my package was never picked up, although i have paid for the service and no acknowlegment i will be taking this matter up this week.

Booked it Sunday......paid for next day collection(Mon) and the following day delivery (Tues). It wasnt even collected until wed at 5.30pm!

I use parcelmonkey to collect things from eBay. It would be useful to import the sellers address from eBay.

the requirement for a mobile number for the delivery address is a problem when you dont have one would be better as an option
