the parcel was scheduled for pick up on Friday, 13th. no one came to pick up and no calls/texts/mails were sent to explain. after payments

Courier did. Ot turn up, spent an hour on phone. Courier then rescheduled, did not show up. Collection took 2 days.

Easiest and best service to use. I use it every time I need to send a parcel, although postcode coverage is par (e.g OX11 7XH)
