Our original pick up was due on Fri - I stayed in all day&Sat. no collection or phonecall.Rebooked then uplifted with no probs. Good not gr8

Failed to collect twice. Impossible to get hold off. In the end I had to take parcel to the depot. Not good enough. Won't use ever again.

Parcel was booked on a 24hr service. It took 48hrs to arrive. You website has no obvious details on what to do about late deliveries.
