Booked for collection on Tues 27 May but wasn't actually collected until Fri 30 May after 2 calls to chase. Not good enough.

Couldn't fault Courier however DX didn't turn up the day booked and there tracking service did not work. 2 days holiday wasted waiting

Collections on time by cheerful drivers. First delivery on time. Second delivery was late but you found out why, all's well that ends well.
