Waited all day and parcel was collected with only 10 mins to spare at 18.20. A phone call would have been appreciated. Disappointed.

The courier mixed up my box with another, instead of delivering a car amp he delivered a box of used tesco vouchers !

DX Freight failed to collect "driver ran out of hours" result wasted time and resources, attitude from helpdesk....not that bothered!

I had 3 large parcels, the delivery driver was surprised by this, wasn't sure they would fit in the van which they eventually did.
