One of my parcel delivered with apparent damage. Will not get refund for it now, so I will be claiming from citi link. Any advice what I do?

Label error, on 3 computers. ParcelForce said "can print at depot". Parcel back 5 days later "it won't print". Now too late, so cancelled.

They lost all my delivery cartoon. 100% fake company. Deliberately they loosing item to force customer to buy insurance. Stupid service
