Collecting courier didn't arrive on first day. Tracking system helped, but a phone call would have been helpful

both parcels have been lost. Courier are not responding in the way they should and have given my parcels to a complete stranger.

2 of the 3 parcels arrived in 2 days. The 3rd took slightly longer, but overall a good service. would recommend.
