Excellent service just came across it whilst browsing to post large furniture item to return, easy to navigate through and better price than posting own site. Would recommend and definitely use again. Constantly kept up to date with delivery details and can track from site with straight link.

Paid 15.00 for delivery of a parcel and didnt get collected, so changed to another paid even more and delivery late by days, complained to parcel monkey and were useless and didnt care and did nothing except throw their terms and conditions at me. They lose as wont ever use again and will be telling people to avoid this terrible company. happy to take your money but will wriggle out of any issue you have and do nothing to sort it out or even offer compensation after you pay guaranteed delivery and dont get it. I was conned and they clearly dont care ! avoid if you dont want upset and stress and want your parcel to be delivered !!!!

Great result and pretty cheap. Sent two carboard boxes to Europe with dpd and they arrived after 3 days. Nothing to complain about.

Part of this review is actually in regard to DX couriers. It doesnt actually matter who the courier is - its just part of the backstory. So, here it goes: I booked a pallet service through PaMo for Wednesday, DX didnt turn up. Re-booked for the following Wednesday and stressed the fact that it definitely has to be Wednesday, as there is no-one there any other day (PaMo kept confirming and assuring me they will come). Guess what. Turned up Thursday wondering why there is no-one there. So, I cancelled it altogether with PaMo, who assured me its cancelled (they are very good at assuring things, not so good at the things that matter). Then, I booked with a more reputable company to collect the following Wednesday. Thinking that DX had been cancelled, I didnt think I needed to tell the guy I collected from not to hand out to DX if they showed up. Guess who showed up 30min before the new company and effectively "stole" the consignment (ignoring the new label on the pallet and putting their own label on top) causing me to be out of pocket with the new company for the failed attempt? Yea, DX. After 2 weeks, they turn up on time, despite having cancelled them a week before. Absolute Crooks! And so are parcelmonkey, who take no blame and actually think its my fault for handing it out, as apparently not all couriers get the cancellation message within 24hrs. After telling them the cancellation happened nearly a week prior to collection they didnt know what to say. Really unprofessional and wouldnt recommend to anyone else.

If there was less than 1 star then that would be my rating. Our parcel was never collected despite daily assurances that this would be our luck day!!! Took my money and I am yet to have a refund for the package that is still sitting in my lounge. An absolutely shocking level of service. Ineptitude of the highest order. And now you have to actual nerve to ask me how you did. What an absolute joke. I’m currently preparing my complaint and my social media posts to ensure people will think twice before using your, I use this word reluctantly, service!!!

Very good service - very quick and easy to print out the required labels and was able to drop the parcel off at my local post office - so very convenient. My heavy parcel to Germany was dropped off on Tuesday and arrived at its destination on Thursday - exceeded my expectations.
Will definitely use Parcel Monkey again.

I use parcel monkey regularly to send parcels to Asia. To date They have always fulfilled their commitment to timescales apart from once which took delivery time well over timescale, but they were really diligent in chasing up. Love the fact that a parcel can reach its destination in Asia in 3 days !

Im a old customer very bad experience with this company. my parcel came from UK to Germany, i paid again to get it back. than i need simple GPS Coodinates, to proof the driver was there. DPD wont give me, parcel monkey can only give me as its their account with DPD. they wasted 1 week, and i might no be able to claim from ebay now. because of these guys. only good for dispatch. when you need help, worst experience ever for a simple task.

Best way I know to send parcels internationally. They find the best price for your weight and size of parcel from range of services. Printed labels etc at home and took to local PO, can arrange collection or additional insurance for a little more.

Sent parcel via parcel monkey. Weight 3.3kg. Courier states that width and length were correctly stated but higher was1cm short (I disputed this). Courier then decided that due to the extra 1cm in height then correct weight would be 6kg!!!! Parcel monkey have sided with courier and charged extra postage fee. Parcel monkey state that unless I had photographic evidence of parcel (with label) on scales and next to tape measure then it was the end of the matter. My customer has weighed the item sent and states it weighs 3.06kg. Just remember folks...take pictures of all your parcels being weighed and measured or you will be treated as a liar. Customer service at its best....not. I fully expect this feedback to be deleted so will copy and paste it across the internet.

We needed to ship items to family in America for Christmas, but due to weight and parcel dimensions this meant that it was potentially going to cost us loads to do so.
We stumbled across Parcel Monkey online and purchased the relevant Parcel Force product to suit our needs, which was a fraction of the cost of purchasing direct from Parcel Force or the Post Office!
Printed the label, stuck it to the box and dropped the parcel off at our local Post Office without issue. Three days later all delivered as hoped for. Brilliant service and would definitely use them again, or recommend to anyone needing to save on shipping costs.

After refusing my claim for a lost consignment, they eventually (3 months later) paid my claim in full, but ONLY after me making a claim through the courts!!! I assume this is a tactic that this disgraceful company employs to reduce the quantity of claims they pay, hoping people don’t have the time, money or knowledge to pursue them. Take away message to anyone who feels that they have a fair and just claim with this company - register your claim online with the courts and let them deal with them. Good luck!
