Brilliant service. Easy to use website, with our chosen courier things couldnt have gone more efficiently from pick up at my door in Norfolk at midday to drop off in Dorset 8am next morning. Super happy, carefully handled, well done and thank you.

Tracking shows delivery was never attempted for my 2 parcels I sent with parcel monkey- the parcels were scanned in the local depot and then “returned to sender” straight to parcel monkey rather than my own sender address which was on the parcel. It takes days for them to respond with pointless template responses that don’t acknowledge any of my questions. They’re trying to charge me triple the original postage charge just to send it back to me, they won’t even carry out the original service I paid for and deliver to the recipient. Total nightmare - do not use this company !!!

Outstanding service from Karla Culla. I contacted Parcel Monkey to cancel a parcel and Karla handled it quickly and efficiently with no hassle. Clear communication, genuinely helpful, and sorted everything first time. Made a potentially frustrating issue completely painless. excellent customer service.

Booked what i thought was a delivery to canada for £36.00 then get a demand for £156.00 from carrier no mention from Parcel Monkey until after the fact. Dont use, avoid at all cost.

Late, Late and Late! So we booked a collection for a before midday delivery on the next day. Firstly they failed to collect on time, then they failed to deliver even on the day required let n lone the before midday! The item was delivered a day late, just 35 mins before midday.. All in all this was a poor experience and even when we complained to them, rather than accepting they had failed to honour the contract, they simply offered to refund the difference of the timed next day delivery price. We on the other had to chase them and waste a load of time getting nowhere, with no answers only stress for our business parcel required for a show being late and the show not going as planned due to missing items! Failed to collect on time, failed to deliver on time and failed our business by letting us down and causing issues for us, which wasted our time! We would not recommend this service or there aftersales service. Sorry but this was poor all round.

I’m so happy with Parcel Monkey! They collected my parcel directly from my workplace, which was so convenient, and it was delivered to the Republic of Ireland in just 3 days. The whole process was smooth, easy to book, and excellent value for money. Communication was clear, and everything went exactly as promised. Highly recommend Parcel Monkey for fast, hassle-free deliveries at a great price!

Good price, Easy to use quote & order process, All necessary documents and labels provided with clear instructions of how to package, easy to use tracking mechanism with email or text updates provided free of charge. Import duty identified and easy to pay. Will use again for sure.

The purchasing process with simple with the available options. However, after purchasing the2 different options required, I was informed I would receive the labels within 30 minutes. After 1 hour I had to contact the help centre, as nothing had arrived, the operator said they would resend the order, which they did and the label arrived; I enquired regarding the 2nd order and the operator had to resubmit this again for the label to be sent to me.

I am having problems with my parcel, it has not been accepted by DPD. I am having no success contacting Parcel Monkey to solve my problem, there is no telephone contact and there is no response to my urgent written query. Unacceptable customer service.
