A good service & reasonably easy to do although can get a little awkward trying to put an address in outside of the UK, i.e. China. Other than that fairly straight forward.

The online information and process was very straightforward and informative. Collection from home was within 24 hours of placing the order.
Parcel tracking information was in real time and easy to access, particularly i.portant since thus parcel was travelling from UK to Australia.

my parcel has been misplaced and its been more than a week now or 10days you are unable to locate it. this is ridiculous & frustrated me a lot. never gonna use this parcel service again.

Sent my parcel via PM from the UK to the US with my own senders address details and the correct receivers details. It was never delivered to the receiver in the US and returned back to the sender. Yet the parcel has not been returned back to me directly it has been sent back to PM and PM are unwilling to help me as their customer. Total value of contents that I had cover for on the PM website is £224 and cost of shipping to US paid to PM £53.04. Total out of pocket is £277.04 - shameful, avoid. Unfortunately will need to raise a case with the police for fraudulent deception.

I sent a mothers day parcel on 9 March which never arrived. The tracking information stoped the following day. The parcel was never delivered and despite sending more than 10 messages providing all the information requested Ive had no resolution. I requested the basic compensation and return of my postage as the parcel has quite clearly been lost but have received nothing. They keep blaming the carrier.

My parcel to Essex was picked up on Monday 30th March giving plenty of time, I thought, for it to be delivered by the latest Easter Saturday. It was delivered today, 10th April. It was an Easter gift. Surprise was totally spoiled. Nothing was communicated to me until Wednesday saying parcel was out for delivery. Then yesterday, 9th April indicating it would be delayed and would be delivered at a certain time which was further delayed to a later time in the evening. It didn’t arrive at the in the evening. It arrived today, Friday, 10th April at 11.28. So so disappointing! I won’t be using this service again!!

Parcel Monkey part worked OK. But I paid for Parcel Force Express 24 (next workink day), I left it at the post office at 10:10 on 7th April but it was not delivered until 13:13 on the 9th April - thats over 48 hours !

terrible company, took my money for guaranteed next day collection. no one turned up to my property, i lost a days earnings and had to refund the parcels. parcel monkey has no way of contacting customer service. no live chat no phone number nothing. scam company with zero accountability. go direct to the delivery supplier do not waste your time effort or agro, serisouly having to consider a CCJ to recoup my money as no one will answer any form of contact with me

Will never use again, weighed and measured my parcel and paid the relevant fee only to be charged an additional £3.49 …I send a lot of parcels and have never had an issue with any other courier (weight was even checked at PO)

My parcel took over a week and has still not arrived despite the tracking saying it’s been signed for and delivered and I have not received it . Desperately needed the parcel. No way of contacting them at all . Terrible and very stressful . Don’t know where my parcel is or how to get it back ?
