I paid extra money £12 for collection - driver rbinging the lable through DX express - this driver did not jave patience till the door was opened to him - took a photo of locked door and said unsuccessful delivery It was not collected even after 2 days . I had to spend 1 hour of my valuable calling and for online chatting to arrange for a new collection date from Manchester . It is not delivered till now at Bham though I made a payment 7 days ago. Where as with Royal mail , I paid £3.60 for collection from Liverpool a day before and it is going to be delivered today at Bham . DX express is useless and waste of time and money and I have learnt a lesson not to use parcel monkey and to always use royal mail

The comparisons provided a clear insight to the options from various service providers.
It was a shame that there was no options for adding multiple parcels that were the same Dimensions/weight but entering the same details for the 5 parcels I was sending wasnt the end of the world. The service passed the data to the providers I chose faithfully and made my selection really easy following comparison. Will use again!

My experience with Parcel Monkey was a disaster. I sent three packages — two of them were lost. I had purchased insurance, but after three months of back-and-forth, they reimbursed me a ridiculous amount: $29 for a guitar worth over $600, and $56 for a lost UPS shipment — which was merely the amount I had paid them, not the value of the contents. One of the lost items was a guitar I was deeply attached to, and they didn’t even make an effort to locate it. I was forced to file a police report for theft, as there was no tracking available at all. Their response was simply: "Its lost, we cant do anything.

Do not use - international post does not work - no contact details of the parcel which arrived at the destination country (australia) no method of contacting the courier and my parcel is at a depot somewhere in australia. I have no idea how to find my parcel at the destination country. 7 day response time to emails. Useless support!

basically conned via smallprint, bike was lost but it had a battery in it so would not pay the insurance! even tho battery in bike was completely discharged and posed no drama! so lost bike and no compensation for their loss of my bike!!

Parcel has not been collected. I emailed Parcel Monkey the next day alerting them to the fact we are only open Tues-Sat along with opening hours and to please reschedule a collection. They got back to me the next day rescheduling a collection for Monday... when, as I had previously said, we are closed. I have emailed twice again and had no response. The parcel is still waiting and so is the customer who ordered the item within it!

I paid for a 24hour delivery service with Parcelforce on a Thursday and even paid extra to guarantee my delivery within 24hrs but my parcel arrived 86hrs later on Monday. Needless to say, all the fresh produce arrived in a very state and I had to refund my customer. Not good at all.

Bought postage for 10£ cheaper than royal mail, dropped it at the post office and arrived 3 days later in perfect condition! (UK to USA). Would absolutely use again.

Completely useless took out insurance for my parcel, it got smashed on delivery and they said the insurance didnt cover my package, will never use them again

Very difficult and poor customer service Next time will go to companies direct rather than use them as an intermediary and would encourage everyone else to do the same Had an issue with parcel force which they were willing to resolve but had to be done via parcel monkey who made things extremely difficult and would not help

I was not informed of the additional charge.

The parcel is not delivered to the recipient but instead it has to be collected from the depot!! This is supposed to be a door to door delivery. The recipient was not informed that it had reached the depot either but had to check on the tracking to figure status of parcel.

Why cant I print the address label from your website? In the end, there was a mix-up & having to do the whole label all over again, as the address was mixed up, leaving me with 2 bills & lets just say never again will I use PARCELMONKEY, ^ AFTER BEING RIPPED OFF BY £10.00 SHOWS HOW THE POSTAL SERVICE HAS BECOME IN THE U.K

A 1kg parcel (a book) was collected and delivered to Amsterdam in 3 days for £12 via UPS after visiting the Parcel Monkey site.
The same book was sent 3.5 months ago to the same address via Royal Mail (£17.70) but was returned to me nearly two months later. It was resent and returned yet again, apparently without an attempted delivery. I am still trying to get my money refunded by Royal Mail.
I wish I had used Parcel Monkey and UPS from the start.

Very confusing experience when generating proforma invoice for cross-bordel duty fulfilment. No indication was given about how to use it and, and the transporter (UPS) just ignored the paper version whereas parcelmonkey explicitly asked to print it. When trying to update the package contents value due to an initial mistake, the old version was used instead of the new one, despite it was showing as successfully edited. Overall very bad experience with pro-forma and cross border parcels, which resulted in a 100 GBP+ fine to pay on reception.

Very easy to use, clear pricing structure. Will be using again.
I sent 4 large cases of similar size. I printed off the label at home and made an airport style tag just in case for the handle. The only element of disappointment was the delivery time was a day longer than expected, having paid an extra 3 pounds for 24 hours delivery. Despite late delivery I was very very pleased that everything arrived in good shape. The main expense was insurance rather than postage. I would not use this for high value small items because the service needs to be reliable.

What a fantastic service Parcel Monkey gave us. We needed to get s guitar to a customer the following day - not only did they arrange collection from our house, but they delivered to our customer the next day! The app was easy to use, the price was great, and we could track the guitar the whole way!

Avoid if You Can – Unprofessional and Unhelpful Service I placed an international order from the UK to the USA and paid extra for both the delivery guarantee and the item protection plan. Unfortunately, the parcel arrived heavily damaged, and despite providing clear evidence—including photos of the item before shipping, accurate measurements, and weight—the company is refusing to take accountability simply because I don’t have a photo of the item inside the box before sealing it. This excuse is completely unreasonable, especially when I paid for insurance and followed all required procedures. On top of that, they overcharged me for the shipping, and despite sharing proof that the dimensions and weight were correct, they are ignoring the issue entirely. Customer service is an absolute nightmare—agents just copy and paste generic responses instead of actually addressing your concerns. Response times are painfully slow, and the lack of accountability is beyond frustrating. If you can avoid this platform, do yourself a favour and ship directly through the courier instead. Disgraceful experience from start to finish.

There was a little hiccup at the beginning, as even though I made it clear when booking the service that the item is heavy, they sent a driver with not the appropriate pump truck to lift up the heavy item. Thankfully the driver was helpful and proactive, called their office to re-book the pick up for the next day. Only suggestion would be, be more attentive when you take the orders to avoid delays and problems both for the customers and your drivers. Other than that, no other issues
