This is the second time I have used this company, easy to use website and easy to complete the paperwork to accompany the parcel. The parcel has not been delivered yet as the delivery agent in the country of delivery is requesting further payment before delivery. Last time I used them they did not deliver as they said they could not contact the person they had to deliver too when they were given all local numbers. I WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN

Without an account I completed the detailed entry for my package, then when I tried to pay the system demanded an account. After creating the account I had to completely re-enter all the package details and then pay. Now I see I have been billed twice - once for each package details entry.

I used Parcel Monkey to return some clothes, which were to the value of over £300. I booked a collection service with EVRi. The parcel was collected on schedule and I followed the tracking info. After 2 days there was no further update. I contacted Parcel Monkey when nothing further was updated for another few days. I was asked to send a breakdown of contents and an image of the parcel so that they can follow up on my behalf. All seemed very nice and helpful at this point, though it was only through excess caution that I actually did take a photo of my parcel prior to sending. Some time late it transpired that EVRi had lost my parcel. Parcel Monkey then took some time to review my case and offered compensation in the form or postage refund. No comp was offered for the lost items: “As you did not take any protection cover against the parcel unfortunately we cannot raise a claim on your behalf.” So basically it means that unless you pay extra for this cover, the courier can misplace your parcel without any repercussion whatsoever so ever! Unreal! When I send something I expect it to be delivered otherwise I am not getting the service I paid for. What exactly did I pay for?! This seems like a complete scam to me. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Parcel Monkey are required to perform this service with reasonable care and skill. As the parcel was lost while in their care, this is a breach of contract. However, they refuse to acknowledge this is the case. I’ve come across a solid wall with this company and I shall never use their services again.

Drivers were very good but firstly didnt have big enough van then on the second attempt did not have sack barrow to move the package and my cleaner had to help.

Booked a collection for the same day before the cut off time. Got an email confirmation confirming that it would be collected that day. Stayed home all day waiting for the collection. Saw the courier van pass my house twice without stopping. Contacted the courier who confirmed that they had had no instructions from Parcel Monkey to make any collection from my address. I contacted Parcel Monkey who blamed the courier. Parcel Monkey tell you not to contact the courier on their website, I can only assume to keep you in the dark! Customer service is unhelpful and dismissive. Go elsewhere!

I have used parcel monkey for years now and sent hundreds if not thousands of parcels but of late the service has been shocking,I have had parcels failed delivery when no attempts have been made,I’ve booked 2 parcels in to the same address at the same time one has arrived the other has not after a week when I have done next day delivery,of late I am booking next day deliveries and they are not turning up after a week, I report it to customer services and they never chase it up or give a proper answer

I am still waiting on my parcel to be collected via Evri. Terrible service and very difficult to get in touch with them to sort it out. Issue still unresolved a week later.

parcel that contained my drivers license was supposed to be delivered three/four days from collection which was last Thursday 29 January. six days later and we still do not have the license! This has caused us to have to change our plans because we have now left for a trip and I will be unable to rent a car.

Very bad customer support! I booked a ParcelForce 30kg collection. They send Royal Mail courier with a 20kg limit. Naturally, the driver refused to collect the parcel as it exceeded their weight capacity. I contacted support team to re-book collection. Explained the error in detail, and specifically requested that the booking be corrected to a ParcelForce 30kg service. Despite this, they again send a Royal Mail courier with a 20kg limit, who has once again refused the collection. Next day they not even respond my emails. Not happy at all!

Shocking. They collected my parcel. Returned it to me. No reason. 4 weeks later still no response about what is going on. No refund, many emails sent. Safely say I will never use them again.

All good except they sent the label to the wrong person so had to email a copy to the collection address and had a email to say that the parcel could not be collected due to it being to large for the type of collection arranged but it still got collected and delivered relatively on time. Will use again .

They are completely inaccessible by email or through their chatbot. I tried to explain that my collection needs to take place between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. I sent them several emails and also tried to provide instructions through the chatbot. However, it’s been impossible to resolve the issue. Today (2 February), they are trying again to collect the parcel between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. Of course, they were unsuccessful because the collection cannot be made at that time. Because of this, I do not recommend their services.

If I could give zero stars I would. I sent my sons xmas presents to Japan by express postage costing over £200. The parcel was not delivered, my son even walked an hour to the post office in Chiba where the parcel was being held and confirmed the address was correct. He was told it would be delivered that day - it was not. It was then returned to the UK. Parcel force tried to deliver it whilst I was at work - I had no notification that they were going to be delivering that day even though I had been chasing parcel monkey constantly. I have attempted redelivery twice, once to my work address and once to a local post office. Still no sign - We are now in February and all I get is "we will contact the courier". I paid the higher rate of insurance in case my parcel got lost but I am getting no where. So no xmas presents for my son, time and money on my part and fob offs from Parcel Monkey
