Really expensive for what you get. We were charged an extra £50 for miss weighing the parcel. Better to go direct through Courier or similar

What went wrong?? Everything!!!! My parcel ended up being returned and I am still waiting 1 month later to receive it. It was only sent 2 hours down the road. Save yourself the hassle. Oh and that was with Parcel Force through Parcel Monkey. Parcel Monkey do not help when it comes to complaints.

Sent Parcel on the 08/09/2025 to Germany. Information says that it is in customs in Niederaula on the 10/09/2025 Held at Customs - incorrect documents. Had an email from the company i was sending the package to saying that they had recieved it on 08/10/2005. Parcelmonkeys dashboard still has my parcel in Niederaula being held at customs for incorrect documents. Poor service and slow delivery times.

Courier did not collect the package. This has happened several times with Parcel Monkey bookings. They dont tell you when booking that if the collection isnt made as scheduled then there is no refund or no upgrade to get the parcel delivered on time. Parcel Monkey takes your money, and doesnt deliver in more ways than one.

Dropped parcel at pick up point, got to USA 10 days! Customs refused it, no explanation. Small box of sweets, toys and clothes for 4 year old grandson birthday and 8 month old granddaughter. Received email giving 24hrs to ask for return or will be destroyed. Day late answering and parcel disposed. Would have been nice if Parcel Monkey had tried a little harder to contact us before 24hrs disposal. Will not use again

They dont deserve any stars. Posted my own house house keys and a parking ticket so i can arrange to get my car out of the airport carpark. The parcel was going to France. I got a message to say the had arrived, which they hadnt. Called parcel monkey to inform them. They tell me they have a picture of the delivery. I ask to see the picture and they say i cant at the moment but may take up to 10 days to be able to view it. I still havent seen it and parcel is still missing. In the mean time i have a letter from French customs to pay duty on my own keys before they will release the keys, which tells me they cant have been delivered. I pay the import duty and still havent got the parcel. The inconvenience this has caused is immense. I have had to leave my wife who is very ill and fly to France, pay 180 euros for parking as i no longer had the ticket and have locks cut off my gates and replace them all because of using parcel monkey. I have used them many times without a problem, but as with any company you only find out how good they are when there is a problem. This was a stress that i could have done without when i was dealing with my wifes serious health issues and Parcel monkey were less than useless. Avoid like the Plague!!!!!!

I have used Parcel Monkey several times, to send parcels from UK to Sweden. I have never had a problem and this last time they exceeded themselves! DPD picked up as arranged on the Wednesday and was delivered 9 days later! The best so far! I’ll be back!!

I always use ParcelMonkey for shipping parcels overseas. Easy to use website, good choice of couriers (so I can avoid Evri) and they sort out the customs documentation for you. Fully tracked, insurance not expensive either. Fast delivery too.

I arranged a collection for the 7th October, but no courier came. I tried to get hold of Parcel Monkey but there is no phone number and the live chat does not work. I rearranged the collection for today 8th October, yet again, no courier has been to collect. I have been trying to get hold of Parcel monkey but they have simply ignored me. No reply, no way to contact them. Disgraceful customer service.

I’d give a lower star if I could. My parcel has been stuck in transit for 2 weeks now after paying for 2 day delivery. I’ve been messaging n emailing constantly and have even filled out the query form on their website but received no response except their promotional nonsense. Horrible service

I wrote the wrong weight in but didnt realise until i printed the postage label. I went to live chat and was greeted politely and explained my transaction was cancelled and refunded. Thats was fast and straight to the point! Will rebook once refunded.

I sent my parcel way back in June and to this day the recepient is yet to receive it. Theres no information given apart from "well get back to you shortly" which is not satisfactory at all.

If you dont want to get caught up in details and clauses with multi-box deliveries - typing and retyping dimensions and weights - then look no further. One time type and quote - perfection.
