Very easy to use, clear pricing structure. Will be using again.
I sent 4 large cases of similar size. I printed off the label at home and made an airport style tag just in case for the handle. The only element of disappointment was the delivery time was a day longer than expected, having paid an extra 3 pounds for 24 hours delivery. Despite late delivery I was very very pleased that everything arrived in good shape. The main expense was insurance rather than postage. I would not use this for high value small items because the service needs to be reliable.

What a fantastic service Parcel Monkey gave us. We needed to get s guitar to a customer the following day - not only did they arrange collection from our house, but they delivered to our customer the next day! The app was easy to use, the price was great, and we could track the guitar the whole way!

Avoid if You Can – Unprofessional and Unhelpful Service I placed an international order from the UK to the USA and paid extra for both the delivery guarantee and the item protection plan. Unfortunately, the parcel arrived heavily damaged, and despite providing clear evidence—including photos of the item before shipping, accurate measurements, and weight—the company is refusing to take accountability simply because I don’t have a photo of the item inside the box before sealing it. This excuse is completely unreasonable, especially when I paid for insurance and followed all required procedures. On top of that, they overcharged me for the shipping, and despite sharing proof that the dimensions and weight were correct, they are ignoring the issue entirely. Customer service is an absolute nightmare—agents just copy and paste generic responses instead of actually addressing your concerns. Response times are painfully slow, and the lack of accountability is beyond frustrating. If you can avoid this platform, do yourself a favour and ship directly through the courier instead. Disgraceful experience from start to finish.

There was a little hiccup at the beginning, as even though I made it clear when booking the service that the item is heavy, they sent a driver with not the appropriate pump truck to lift up the heavy item. Thankfully the driver was helpful and proactive, called their office to re-book the pick up for the next day. Only suggestion would be, be more attentive when you take the orders to avoid delays and problems both for the customers and your drivers. Other than that, no other issues

I booked a collection with Parcelforce and they did not turn up - I messaged Parcel Monkey who rearranged collection and sent a new label. Again parcelforce did not show up. I have now had to rebook with another company and my parcel will be collected after the returns date (I was using parcelmonkey to return a heavy item) so I hope it will still be refunded. I don’t believe Parcel Monkey correctly made the collection request with parcel force. They did not reply to my 2 messages regarding the second missed collection

Needed to send a large parcel that the usual suspects wouldnt handle. PMUK made the process simple. After packing as advised, weighed, measured a quick click arranged collection the following day. Fully insured and tracked for a fair fee. Buyer dead chuffed tomhavegot their things quickly and safely.

Parcel booked for collection. No one popped in to collect. After 2 working days, I myself took the parcel to drop off in post office. This resulted the parcel delivered by 2 days. Ridiculous service not at all acceptable.

1st, you send me an email telling me youre helping yourself to a 25% surcharge on my delivery because, according to an unnamed courier, my measurement/ weighing of my parcel was inaccurate - presumably by about 25%, which seems vanishingly unlikely. No proof offered, no clarity about which dimension(s) were incorrect, no measuring or weighing of my parcel with me present when it was collected, and no details telling me how I can contest this totally unsubstantiated claim. 2nd, you send me an email asking how I think youve done - are you actually born stupid, or did you get a collective bang on the head at some point? And 3rd, you havent even told me yet whether my parcel has in fact been delivered. Seriously, what review score were you expecting at this point?

I booked a delivery. then received a notification saying that they couldnt process the labels. There is nobody you can contact. I need an express delivery and now I am a day behind. They then send another message saying to cancel as they cannot process. I have paid, I cannot speak to anyone and there is no way to cancel and get a refund. They are an absolute nightmare. These third party companies are a joke. Still no response. Then when I tried the live chat it sent me to a robot asking me to pay to receive an answer. A complete con

Parcel Monkey’s service has been outrageously awful!! They purposely give you a low price initially only to charge you additional fees afterwards even if your parcel is the correct size and weight!! I put my dimensions and weight of my parcel, I even added 10cm and 5kgs over just in case, the price came up as £50.99 which I purchased. After the parcel got delivered I received an email saying they had helped themselves to £124 extra because my parcel exceeded the size!!! Which is a lie. They quoted me this price from the info I gave them so how how they charge extra after??! Without warning of permission they have charged my card.My bank told me they hadn’t even charge the £50.99 at the time of booking, they sneakingly just took the whole amount plus the additional fees in one go! My bank have confirmed this is a scam of their and are trying to stop this payment! SO if you don’t want to get scammed DO NOT trust these MONKEYS!!! Their name says it all!! I will be taking this further and will update accordingly.

Parcel Monkey was recommended by Amazon to ship my parcels — which gave me confidence that I was using a trusted and reliable service. That confidence quickly vanished. I sent two parcels, one weighing 6kg and the other 28kg (rounded up for tolerance). I even included manufacturer-labelled photographic evidence proving the weight. Despite this, I was hit with a completely unjustified surcharge, claiming the parcel exceeded the limit — which it absolutely didn’t. Parcel Monkey offered no evidence, no real investigation, and zero customer support. They simply passed the charge on to me without question. Amazon has since refunded me (thankfully), but the whole thing now feels suspicious — especially considering Parcel Monkey was the recommended provider. It raises real questions about whether there’s some sort of kickback or backhanding arrangement happening behind the scenes. I’ve raised this with my bank and will be reporting the incident to Trading Standards. This experience has left a terrible impression and I strongly warn others to avoid Parcel Monkey — especially when they’re being promoted by major platforms like Amazon.
