Brilliant. I used Parcel2Go 6weeks ago and the parcel was returned to me. Very bad service.
I reposted the parcel with Parcel Monkey and it arrived in 4 days. I will definitely use them again.

I booked a parcel for same day collection on there website say will collect in 15 minutes even I have paid double for same parcel, and then after two hours parcelforce webiste displaying that customer not presented, even I was especially at home all day to handover parcel to courier, then i spoke with there so called customer adviser, said that very are very and will collect it tomorrow mean today, and all today no one come up and I chat again because they dont have a telephone, then i realise that it looks like a scammer. they took my money and giving lot of explanation and not trying to find the parcelforce that why they are lying, it looks like they both are lying. Now i have asked to remove all my personal data and tehy are not going to remove it. Now i have decided to speak with trading standard and Information Commissioners Office UK for this issue.

I went online to book my delivery. I was advised if I place my order within 32 minutes my collection would made on the Friday afternoon. I placed my order and the collection was made on the next Monday I actual paid extra for the same day collection, so feel a little aggrieved the collection was made late.

Booked online. Came up tops with pricing and was easy to book a collection online. Came and collected earlier than stated which is always a good thing. The only reason why i did not give it 5 stars is that most other couriers inform you when they have delivered to the customer so that if there is a problem of them not receiving you have confirmation of delivery on hand. A simple email to say your parcel was delivered would be beneficial. Otherwise a good all round experience. Thank you. Will use again.

Not just bad, appallingly bad. If there were a no star option I would have ticked that, most was down to hopeless Parcelforce but as Parcelmonkey use them its their problem. Im now persueing a compensation claim and have demanded my money back. After sales seems to be run from India and there is no hurry to help with every question getting an off the shelf reply, 28 calls,4 promises of delivery and 8 of call backs all lies. Avoid!

So it´s now 7 days with no response from the claims team for a destroyed + 3 days late parcel. £400 insurance wasted!!! Deliberately no phone number & no response from website is simply not OK.

Very good service apart from it would have been useful to know that the collection company (Dpd) did not collect from my location before I had quoted the p and p price to someone I was selling to. I would rather have quoted a higher price from a different company that collected more locally to me. It would have saved a 17 mile trip to the DPD drop off point.

The process of using Parcel Monkey was painless from start to finish. The price was really competitive, which drew me to the service. The services used to get the parcel to me in Germany (a large bike box) were first class, Parcel Force in the UK, Norsk for the international sector and DHL for local delivery in Germany. And all in less than a week (including two "dead" weekend days). Excellent is the only word I can use to describe this service!

In the main excellent. Just one criticism: the website indicated that the collection would be the next day when it was actually the day after that. The following email from Parcel Monkey did indicate the correct collection date. Other than that everything was fine.

Only 4 of 5 Stars for the overall service as there was a problem which happened 2nd time in a row. Upfront Parcel Monkey it self 5/5 Stars all perfect from booking to printing lable to drop off at the shop or as pick-up from a driver.
Now the problem. As I sent regularly parcels to Germany I had a problem with GLS again, that they dont deliver the parcel and say customer wasnt home. This is not true as the receiver of my parcel was at home all day and was waiting for it, just after research we found out that the driver dropped 6 Parcels at the nearest pickup shop at 7:45 in the morning, claiming that all these customers werent at home. This needs to change urgently as its customer unfriendly!!!

If i could have given it 0 stars I would have. Thee most useless and incompetent service I have ever used. Paid for next day delivery, courier arrives 4 hours earlier than the very specific time slot given, then the courier decides not to bother showing up at all, go out my way to deliver the parcel to the depot myself for them only to lose the parcel for the next 10 days. By the looks of how the parcel arrived its been dropped, crushed and just mis handled. contents are smashed and ruined and now the joys of trying to get any sort of refund or claim the insurance, sent a complaint ticket 1 week ago, no response. contacted again today and just told wait for a response from the ticket. absolutely useless. AVOID at all costs

I have used the Parcel Monkey services quite a few times now. Without reservation, they are excellent. Sometimes, the carrier (selected by me, always DPD) has been disappointing (boxes delivered looking like they have been jumped on, contents exposed, once delivered to a neighbours) but they got delivered on time. And my latest order was delivered in very good shape. Overall, I have to say that that Parcel Monkey offers a reliable service that is great value for money as long as you pack and tape your boxes securely.

RUBBISH! i was given a time slot for collection between 8am and 6pm. I waiting in all day and no courier came. i contacted Parcel Monkey and they told me they had no way of tracing the driver and i would have to reschedule for another day. My client cancelled their order as they needed the parcel delivered for the next day. So i waisted a whole day waiting at home for the driver , my client cancelled their order. Parcel monkey did agreed to give me back my money but i could have to wait up until 5 days for my refund, Absolute rubbish. DONT BOTHER ...USE SOMEONE ELSE|!

Awful customer service. I ordered a parcel to be collected. My parcel arrived broken (camshaft smashed, despite extremely secure packaging) and I emailed Parcelmonkey to complain and request compensation. They replied to say that they were passing it straight over to their claims department who would be in contact with me to process my claim. This was on 16 August. I sent many messages through the chat, and the responses to these and on their Facebook page were equally vague about passing it to the relevant team, non committal with no timescales. So I am no closer to a result and time is of the essence. The email, chat and Facebook customer service is entirely unsatisfactory. I contacted Parcelforce, the courier, and they will not deal with this and say I have to go through Parcelmonkey. The fact that it was broken is terrible, and to have such an indifferent and unsatisfactory response as a customer is appalling. I am thankful I took out insurance, but at this point this seems a waste of money if Parcelmonkey keep fobbing me off with meaningless platitudes which appear designed to delay.

Before I actually paid for this delivery to Australia the estimated delivery time was 4-7 days. As soon as I had paid the estimate delivery time became 12-13 days. I was not too pleased, although when I thought back to previous Parcel Monkey deliveries I had booked, I remembered that this was a common feature. The new estimated delivery date became 21st August, but the parcel was delivered on 15th August., so actually within the original estimated time. I though had gone cap in hand to my customer apologising that the delivery would not be until 21st August, when I had previously told him that it would be much sooner than this. The parcel then arrived nearly a week sooner than the 21st August, but why on earth to Parcel Monkey operate this way. It is very unprofessional and a waste of time.

Amazingly cheap. Thats the first thing. Thats great! However the two-day delivery time was not honoured at all. I recently sent four packages. One arrived in two days. Two took three days and one took four days. I did not mark the packages fragile (I assumed that a 30kg package wasnt likely to get thrown very far) but it was clear they got tossed about a fair bit. Although quite tightly packed, the contents had moved around a lot. Some CDs and cases were cracked or broken and a small coffee table leg got a bit broken too. Ive used them before, all in all Ive sent six packages and theyve all arrived eventually with nothing missing. Id highly recommend for non-time-critical deliveries of items unlikely to break (great for gradually moving a record collection from UK to Germany!). Extremely cheap!

This was easy to use with lots of choice on the courier type of service needed and speed of delivery. I requested a signature as needed proof of delivery and this has been provided on both occasions I have used the service. Happy to recommend.

They were very fast and careful with my parcel. I believe parcel monkey has the cheapest prices for larger parcel in the UK. I only use parcel force through them, due to being disabled and my printer plays me up every so often. I just wrote the name on it and I know they have the label to stick over it. And 24 hours door to door is the fastest service as well. Wish they did smaller parcels too. I would use them then for all my parcels.
