I thought by using parcel monkey as a third party, my parcels would be safer in transit. I sent three parcels first courier was Courier two parcels sent ,one is missing sent one with parcel force and that is also missing. 2 out of three missing. They total around£400 and eBay as seized my funds until I pay the customer. I think by taking out extra insurance I might as well as told the courier s that there was an item of value in box. Will stop using courier services for a while.

Sent something to China. Item being returned due to incorrect import labels that were supplied by Parcel Monkey. I have enquired with them but only received a generic response. Issues and bad service. I now have an annoyed customer in China and no answers.

Their customer service was the worst I had in my life and I am not exaggerating. The customer service representatives were giving confusing and wrong information all the time to me. their communication with DPD was at least poor and because of their incompetence I lost all my clothing and professional equipment (total value of £2000). To be more precise, many of their representatives one day they were telling me one thing and the next day the were claiming the opposite. They were never helpful or did anything at all to help the situation. Parcel Monkey requested some information from me(photos, description of the items and parcels etc.) and it took them TWO WEEKS to send this information to DPD. They were ignoring my messages in the the open thread and the investigation was stalling because they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Even if the send your staff for free, avoid them. As I said, worst experience ever.

Easy to use, always gives choice of economic, speed, awkward size. Customer service back up is excellent and Haarlem free for an online offering. Well done.

very good service and cheaper than going direct. Just a bit slower than advertised but I think that was down to Parcel Force who are slow because of covid 19.

We have been waiting over a week now for a pallet to be picked up by the courier that these guys are using but everyday we have just had the same old messages from them saying "sorry for the inconvenience, well let you know as soon as its on its way" which we have now noticed seems to be a very common reply! Why should we be paying over £80 for the collection of a item that has not been picked up a week after it was meant to be? Avoid this company at all costs! Its called parcel monkey because its run by monkeys that treat you like a monkey! Just pay the extra for a decent company! It saves so much hassle!

Was told international parcel would be delivered Wednesday 17th June after having been picked up 8th June! It’s now evening of Friday 19th June and parcel has still not been delivered and tracking says it arrived at local facility on 18th June. Where is it? And to add insult to injury I was charged twice for the same parcel! Not great!

You declined a pick up for a parcel on the 10th June, which I have tried to get re-collected from yourselves and I am yet to get a response . Vicki emailed and said she would be in touch within 3 days, that was over a week ago, everytime I try and contact parcel force are in high demand. You have took my money and I have no parcel. This has caused me a lot of distress,

The service is unprofessional and a disgrace. Nobody came to pick up the parcel and nobody responded to my queries. I would recommend finding an alternative courier if someone really wants fast and professional service. These are money crunchers.

From start to finish was a dream. Great competative price, well informed via emails and when i had an issue the live chat was avaliable and answered and sorted my problem straight away. Ill defo be using parcel monkey again.

Had an invoice and email a week later saying that a 1kg parcel was 45kg and charged me an extra £9!! Utterly ridiculous.

Parcel collected by Courier, delayed and then lost. A bike lock for my son, a doctor, so he can cycle to hospital. They now admit it is lost but will not refund the £16.99 for the lock.
