Although purchasing on the website went well, the FedEx terminals did not work in the shop. I tried 5 in total. Eventually I found one working and although paid for next day delivery, did not arrive until 4 days later. Very disappointed in service.

Avoid this Company! They provided a list of shops to drop my parcel for a courier service, the first 3 shops i tried told me they did not provide the service for years! Parcel monkey agreed to to refund me but did not!. The Name suits them!

Thank you for your message. I’ve been informed that my claim will not be settled, but no explanation has been provided. The parcel has now been missing for over a month, I request that my parcel is also found and delivered and I would prefer this over compensation, if you do need more documents please let me know, as I have provided it all on your site. Before I consider any further action, please can you confirm the following: What specific reason was used to decline the claim? What evidence or information was relied upon to make this decision? Has a full investigation been completed with the courier, and if so, what was their final conclusion? Is there any additional information you require from me for the claim to be reconsidered? I would appreciate a clear written response to these points within 5 days If I do not receive a satisfactory explanation or resolution, I will have to review my next steps, including legal action to recover the value of the lost parcel.

having taken extreem care in weighing and measuring the case and verifing the weight on parcel force scales and having allowed extra on the weight and dimensions when booking I am still charged two pounds and twenty pence for this item without any back up information from parcelmonkey.

The saga continues... After finally admitting they lost my package, 2 months after I sent it, they said the claims department will contact me so I could claim on my insurance I bought with them. Its been another 3 weeks since then and they have stopped replying to my messages. I feel like my only option is to contact trading standards. Absolutely disgraceful company.

I chose the InPost option, but I had to contact Parcel Monkey via chat to get the QR code. I shouldn’t need to do that, as you would expect the process to be automated.
Regarding the parcel dimensions, it’s confusing because the fields aren’t clearly labelled as length, width, and depth. The form could be made much more user-friendly.

My 24 hrs drop off parcel took one wk to be delivered instead of next day, and it was going to Africa for the wedding and did miss the departure date, l was not happy at all.

Parcels arrived in great condition from a courier .parcelforce 24 service and it took 36 hrs to be picked up and another 72 hrs to be delivered . Not parcel monkeys fault but the parcel forces . Been told this is usually the case and live tracking isn’t accurate at all as as it was delivered it was saying it’s still at Leeds depot 1 hr away from where I live ! For £105 I could have walked it from Aberdeen quicker tbh

Amazing service, but it would have been good to have known that my son would have to pay in the States a charge for the parcel. Maybe you didn’t know they had to. Please find out as it was a birthday present for my 7 year old grandson. I will use you again.

First of all it was a nightmare trying to book. It wouldn’t / couldn’t find the address. I had to put it all in manually heaps of times. It wouldn’t let me pay. I tried about 6 times and each time had to put all the details back in which took ages. I gave up and tried the next day and it worked. Also I chose an option which required a printer by mistake and could not see a way to change this. So I had to find a printer for the label instead of being able to change it easily to print in shop. Then, this may not be the fault of parcel monkey to be fair. I dropped off the parcel on the 6th and it was then not collected by dpd until the 11th. It still has not been delivered and it’s now the 12th. Have used parcel monkey in the past and found it a good way to get the best shipping option but not impressed this time I’m afraid.

Okay, so I sent a big parcel of magazines to a customer, and the customer didnt receive them. I tried tracking and it appears they were returned to the depot by Parcel Force. I sent Parcel Monkey a complaint and they just were not interested in replying. Or their robots werent. I deal with another courier a lot and they are always friendly and contactable by phone. Good luck in trying to speak to Parcel Monkeys on the phone, or even getting a reply from them. Abysmal service. If a parcel is amaged, why does it take so long to return it to me, almost three weeks as it stands. Now when I click on their tracking I get a Forbidden message, Absolute rubbish. Parcel Hero for me from now on.

An attempt was made (by ParcelForce) to deliver the three large, heavy parcels without any notice that they would be coming. A card was left through the door and I used the details on that to schedule another delivery two or three days later. This was confirmed by ParcelForce but the parcels were delivered the next day - in fact they were simply left on the drive behind a car as we were not in. Despite their weight, our neighbour then took them in to secure them for us.
