this is the first time that i have used parcel monkey and i will certainly being using them again everything was very smooth and easy to send my parcel i even received an email that day of delivery to let me know what time my parcel would arrive at its destination

Terrible service from Parcel Monkey, advised on fragile goods and paid for insurance neither of which have been honoured. Not recommended! Should have used the Post Office, at least they care about their customers

Parcel monkey offers rates that arent available directly from carriers. They offer easy payment services and have a decent website to navigate.
My only gripe is the login system which appears to need me to recover my password almost every time I use the site with a gap of more than a month or so. Irritating, but manageable.

First time i used them to send a parcel to china and it would be the last time! apparently the custom invoice got missing on the way and the parcel was sent back to the depot. i even asked the driver to see if the invoice where i Attached was ok and he said spot on! now to send it back they guy on the live chat said i will have to pay more money in order to that even though i had the invoice attached and they lost it. so have to wait till the depot manger gets in touch with me and tells me how much i need to pay for them to reprint the invoice and attach it!

My parcel was late, because the parcel wasnt collected on time. I had to rearrange the pickup for another day, because the courier didnt show up

I had difficulty finding the service needed to send a parcel as I found it difficult to compare different services having in the end to make notes on each carrier and go back into the site about 3 times before I found what I wanted. Then I found a problem with getting delivery details accepted as I had no phone number for the person I was sending the parcel to and had to enter my mobile number. I did use your help line but the person talking to me on line only answered my first question and I could not get a response to my second question to clarify what they had said in their answer. I also took at least 3 attempts to work out how to print a label and then found I could only do it when I received conformation email from you. Even so although this was the first time I had used Parcel Monkey and I had difficulty with using the site I would use it again as next time I would hopefully be able to find my way around the site better and know what information I need and what happens for printing a label.

My parcel was collected within a couple of hours of booking and arrived on time in Ireland, with useful tracking throughout.

Booked a pickup for same day, pickup arrived 24 hours later which resulted in the parcel arriving 24 hours later, should have gone for the cheaper 48 hour option. Also website not the easiest to use, random error messages when putting in address that do not make much sense, the online chat support was helpful to overcome this but shouldnt be that hard in first place.

the DPD tracking information is telling me that the parcel is being returned to me today, I get an email saying its being delivered to the correct address then today ,i paid £5 extra to get my parcel delivered monday ,what a complete and utter shambles ,never again

Threw in the measurements and weight of my package, and it found me a great rate for shipping a package to Germany with DPD, faster than anyone else too!

Only gripe; you put in the weight of your large parcel and are given a list of prices. Select book now and after entering dimensions, the price shoots up. Why not enter all relevant dimension/weight info from the outset?

I had 4 parcel to be delivered, parcel monkey turned up and collected parcel. Next couple of days I heard nothing, they returned parcel back to me, tried contacting them and I havent had 1 reply!! Avoid!!!

Parcel Monkey played a huge role in the success of my PayPal claim where I was refunded all of my money from an international purchase.
Paypal had instructed that I needed to provide a tracking number for the return of my parcel within 3 days so i was frantically searching for a courier service that would offer a same-day tracking number.
I was desperate to get hold of the cheapest courier service to send a parcel tracked and signed for to Japan and Parcel Monkey provided me with some great results.
After using their Live Chat service to answer all my queries with regards to my all important tracking number and help with customs there was always someone able to help me within a minute of requesting an agent.
They helped me in choosing the best courier service that provided all the information I need and they found it at an excellent rate. 2.5kg parcel to Japan for £41.18 with ParcelForce
If it wasnt for the services I used through ParcelMonkey I would have never received my full refund for my PayPal claim.

Very competitive price. Gave a one hour window in which package would be collected, so didnt have to wait in for hours on end as sometimes is the case with these things. Package arrived in Denmark in a couple of days. Will definitely use again!
