Package sent to Italy - was returned to the UK 4 days ago- no contact to advise of this. Called them to find out what was going on and was told i would be called back- nothing. Phoned again today and am still waiting. Paid for a 3/4 day delivery- now 8 days and counting- Rubbish

When I contracted the service with you, I clicked on a box that said : If the weight exceeds the weight that I have provided they gonna charge me an extra 30 £. I agreed to this condition. But they still returned my parcel with the reason that my parcel exceded the weight by 1,8 kg.

When I booked with Parcelmonkey, I was able to book a collection for that VERY SAME DAY. When I looked at other companies to compare prices, the soonest the others could do was the next day. I was super impressed that Parcelmonkey had availability that very same day.
Then the whole process went very smoothly and quickly. Ill definitely use Parcelmonkey again in the future.

I arranged via parcel monkey for parcel force to come and pick up a parcel. ..the return of some shelves to a shop for refund. The process was easy and no complaints there..but that was a couple of weeks ago and the parcel has still not arrived at destination. It is lost somewhere in transit and I am not able to have my refund until it arrive at the store. Parcel force are not being helpful and I am out of pocket almost £80. A great service if it worked but now very difficult for me to trust again.

I booked a parcel pick up and the next day at 10pm the night before. It was collected before 9am the following day and was delivered the following afternoon as promised.
It impressed with the service via ParcelForce on behalf of Parcel Monkey and have used them before and will continue to in the future

First-time user, worked exactly as required. Price paid was lower than the service direct from the chosen provider so great on that count. Only issue was that the courier grumbled about the packet size, even though he should have known exactly what to expect since dimensions were provided. I do not know if this was the driver having a bad day or because something contravened what the collection agreement should be, but in the end it all worked fine! Will use again

As a person who run there own business from home, I know how honest feedback is. My opinion is always honest! Ive used parcel monkey for a while now, on and off, depending on my needs. I had some initial problems in the beginning, but never since then. One service they currently do not provide is a place (residents or business) where you can drop off your parcel or collect your parcel. Collect plus currently do this for items up to 10kg. Which I couldnt use. I hate staying indoors all day for a parcel. So last time I used the parcel force drop off service, much prefer this. As there open until late. Im currently not working at the moment, but if parcel monkey decides to take this leap, then please contact me. Could roll this out as a beta experiment.

used this for the first time to send a large parcel to Northern Ireland. There was a large saving on the price quoted direct from Parcel force and the price from Parcel Monkey using Parcelforce! So Parcelforce service for less than Collect+ or Hermes service who wouldnt carry it anyway as it was too large. Whats not to like??

Hi booked for a collection through PM with Parcelforce as the carrier. They did not collect on the day and on ringing them they had cancelled the collection. I tried to ring Parcel Force my local branch but could only get through to my local branch if they were not busy. This is because the calling system redirected you to any Parcelforce in the country to pick up the call even though I needed to speak to my local depot. Eventually got through and the notes on the system said collection cancelled with no communication back to me as reason. This may be a parcelforce **** up but as it was booked through Parcel Monkey the review is for them.

After waiting 10 days for DX to another courier they have now lost it! Parcelmonkey do not have a customer support phone number. Everything is done by email. When you raise an issue they say they will look into it but never actually do anything about it.

Although I had to wait for the collection having no idea when it would be during the day, my boxes where delivered within 3 days as planned. I would recommend the service.

I decided to use Parcel Monkey to collect a heavy item for me that I purchased on EBay. I only bought the item, as their web site told me it would cost around 13 pounds for the 20 KG to be delivered to me. Once I agreed to continue the shipping process and enter the dimensions for the package (Bicycle carrier), is suddenly became 37 pounds to deliver. Unfortunately I had already purchased the item so was committed. Service by the actual courier (Parcel Force) was faultless, but wont be using Parcelmonkey again.

I found the online form filling frustrating. Perhaps there was a fault that day. I put in my postcode in order to choose a post office, selected a post office which then changed to another. Then my postcode was changed to that of the delivery address. I ended up having to go to a different post office to the one I preferred because I was unable to select it. It seemed to take a long time and I remember getting very cross.

Have had no problems using Parcelmonkey to send my parcels overseas. Easy to sort out and organize collection - sometimes takes longer to arrive than the specified time given by the courier (not Parcelmonkey fault). In all a very good service.
