after the many couriers/services available Ive finally settled on parcel monkey, quick and easy log in and tracking and if theres an issue there always very quick to respond!!

I asked for the parcel to be picked up at 10.30am. The courier was not there by 10.45am so I called the office. The lady I spoke to was really friendly and said she would send someone straight away. The courier arrived around 15 mins later, he was really nice too and the parcel was delivered within the hour.

All the courier sites we used were expensive. Parcel Monkey was easy to use, the parcel was picked up on the same day and delivered on time - excellent service.

I have used Parcel Monkey in the past as they do often tend to be the cheapest... Excuse the pun, but pay peanuts, get monkeys. I have now been waiting a week for my parcel to be collected, this has not happened still. PM dont have a contact number so any issues have to be dealt with through there website, which is great, if you dont mind waiting 3+ hours for a response. I have contacted the courier (DPD) and they have no record of any parcel being collected from my address and PM havent provided a reference number. Not great for a small business started out like myself who is probably going to have to refund my customer. If you LOVE generic apologies, and the wait for them, this is the company to use, if you like good service, pay the couple of quid more and go directly through DPD etc.

I was extremely happy with the service supplied , European delivery was quick and efficient . I was kept advised on details at each point of the Journey .
I really feel that for a private delivery it was excessive with both numerous texts and emails , however for business purposes, I can see that the proactive delivery updates could be of great benefit to the company and their customer

Easy online access, instructions throughout the step by step process. Collected on time, tracking the parcel was excellent and always updated. Arrived in time.

I have re-booked collection 3x. Contacted help service and they assured me it would be collected on Friday. Still not collected and no-one has contacted me. Terrible service. Easy to book. Easy to contact someone. But would expect a call/explanation or assurance of collection. Luckily this is not an urgent delivery but for others it could be a disaster. Now I just want to have my parcel collected, or a refund, but no response from Parcel Monkey yet today.

Booked a collection of a parcel that never happened. Customer service is awful as they dont have a call centre. Booked with parcel force who hadnt heard from parcel monkey hence no collection. Should have gone direct to carrier as parcel monkey added no value.

Ordered parcel to be collected on a Monday at around 12.30 for a next day delivery. Wasnt collected until the Thursday and delivered on Friday. Chose dpd from the choices available. Parcel monkey took 24hrs to reply to me, they kept saying rebook it, why should I and how do I do that? They were no help at all. I contacted dpd, they told me that the delivery was booked but not the collection part of the order. I had to sort it out directly with dpd. I will NOT be USING parcel monkey again. Parcel monkey have also refused to refund me in any way.

Booked a collection for a Tuesday and had to pop out, was left a slip saying they would try again the next day. No one came on the Wednesday so I rearranged collection for Thursday. No one came on Thursday, so I phoned the courier - they had no record of my collection. When I contacted Parcel Monkey they sent me vague generic replies without directly resolving or acknowledging my issue. I have now had to refund some money to the customer I was sending the parcel to because it will be arriving late - all because of Parcel Monkey. Terrible service, terrible customer service. I will never be using them again.

I have used PM before via yodel who were exceptional however, I booked collection of my parcel for the Monday with parcel force which I knew I was available to wait in. Monday came and went and by 7pm when I decided it was not going to be collected I rebooked via PMonkey for Tuesday . At approx 10am I contacted parcel force on the phone (1st contact - made by me) and asked about my parcel collection - the response was not apologetic however they did take my number and offer to contact the driver and get back to me. They never did, I went through to same call at 2 pm and they finally arrived at 4:30pm with no receipt or postage label. Not impressed as I lost a days work twiddling my thumbs.

Ive used the service several times before but after this experience - never again. The quote I was given was half that compared with Royal Mail. However, Parcel Monkey failed to inform me that packages over a certain value would incur additional customs charges in Australia (the packages destination). The Royal Mail price quoted included these charges. As a result, I am having to liaise with Australian customs off my own back, and have been lumped with charges that mean that Parcel Monkey were far more expensive than Royal Mail. To top it all, the parcel was returned to me because it only had one copy of the customs clearance form - so I had to pay again. To be fair, Parcel Monkey do tell you to attach five copies - but only in the SMALL PRINT which is neither helpful or an easy customer experience. And the website wont allow you to key-in long addresses making it impossible to complete a correct address. If saving money actually costs you money in the long run - theres no point. Terrible experience with little customer service - the online tem have no contact with overseas customs so cant liaise or help. Youre on your own.

Everything has been very well organised until my parcel reached Italy where no one informed me (either by email or by phone) that my box was stuck in a 30km far depot due to a problem with my address. The issue was actually not with the address I have provided to parcelmonkey, but with a communication error between DPD and the local delivery company. Very disappointing. I personally drove all the way to the depot to collect my parcel, avoiding it to get lost, and this, of course, caused a huge waste of my time.

I have used parcel monkey before several times, with no problems However I obtained an instant quote yesterday for parcel delivery service from UK mainland to Northern Ireland (putting in N Ireland ,correct sizes & weights in the quote box). When I went to book in shipment , the actual price more than doubled stating remote location (It was drop off at a UK parcelforce depot to a Belfast area postcode) Needless to say i did not book and found another courier company offering the same service at half the price On this occasion can not recommend
