My parcel was collected and delivered within the expected time and I was kept updated with the progress.

When collected was told that as clubs were not boxed it would be up to the "depot" whether the delivery could be completed. This had not been made clear at booking when I filled in the description as golf clubs.
In the end, the delivery was made safely and on time.

I am extremely happy with my service from Parcel Monkey. From the information and service I received from the team after placing my order, the punctual pick up by a very helpful and nice driver, speedy delivery to the also punctual and pleasant delivery.

I booked a collection from my local halfords store, easy enough... yeah I dropped my parcel there, and there it stayed... 4 days later still not moved.... come on guys!

2 of my 4 boxes were delivered to wrong county despite being properly labeled with Parcel Monkeys own labels and customs forms. The shipping company will not deal with me because they consider Parcel Monkey the shipper, and Parcel Monkey is extremely slow to respond and has no phone number.

Learnt my lesson that some shippers are better than others and that sometimes it is worth selecting one that is not the cheapest. Parcelforce did what they said they were going to do and it all went very smoothly.

I could not recommend Parcel Monkey high enough. I hit a problem with one shipment and their support has been very fast and attentive.

I used Parcel Momkey on various occasions and I normally had no big problems with it. Last time I used the service Parcel Monkey disappointed me because it had offered service that is no longer true. Parcel Monkey should ensure that the delivery times are kept as promised when choosing delivery service. I have placed the order on Friday earliest pick up available following Monday, I have picked service that promised 3-4 delivery days, item didnt arrive until following Monday so that is not what I paid for.

I was initially very pleased with how easy the service was to book and how well the website worked. On both attempts the courier was organised and went to the correct address on the right day. However I have had two failed attempts at having three parcels collected. In both cases the courier refused to take the parcels and I am yet to find out the reason why. I had absolutely no contact from parcel monkey to inform me that my packages had not been collected. I couldnt find out why the packages had been refused from the courier, and I have now spent £70 on two failed attempts at collecting goods. I really cant recommend this service due to the incredibly poor communication between courier, parcel monkey and myself. Really disappointed.

I sent a parcel to Portugal, it got collected from my parents house on Monday lunch time, it arrived at my holiday home on the following Wednesday, I could not believe the quality of service for the economy price, absolutely brilliant, well done Parcel Monkey

I used this service for the first time for two parcels sending in the UK and to the abroad mainly because of the fair cost. Both have communication failure from their side. No telephone service, just on line chatting. Very stressful until problems solved, particularly for those who are at work with restricted computer access. Otherwise it is good service to use again and helpful chat room. However think twice

We started using parcel monkey recently after a few bad experiences with another courier.
We can honestly say we are glad we switched.
There prices are very good and offer a discount compared to dealing with the companies direct.
We are kept up to date throughout the whole delivery process and the shipping labels are emailed threw very quickly.
The web site is easy to use and very easy to navigate around too.
When we needed to contact customer care to ask a question about a shipment it was very easy to do via the web chat and you wasnt left waiting for ages either.
We highly recommend using parcel monkey, we have already recommended to family and friends who have used them too. Who are equally happy with the service.

What a breeze.. So much easier to arrange parcel pick up and drop off from the comfort of your own home, I hadnt heard of parcel monkey until now, if only Id known sooner .... Will definitely use this service again and would recommend others try it too . So easy, just need a tape measure and scales handy ;-) xx

Absolutely awful! Customer services non existent. Im still waiting for their replies to my emails, chats etc. If youre reading this and are considering using them; please do not! Pay the £1 or two extra and dont have the worry and stress Ive had trying to send a simple shipment. Read other peoples feedback if you still doubt me.

I have used your service in the past and it was so professional and precise that I decided to have another go. On that occasion it was ParcelForce that did the collection and delivery. This time, I got DPD to do the same pick up address, same delivery address. From mums house in the UK to my house in Ireland. Big mistake. Booking made for Monday. No show.No phone calls. No email. Mum stayed in the whole day. Nothing. Monday night I email the company because there is no number to ring. Got a reply only Tuesday evening confirming new collection for Wednesday. I email back saying they need to give a time slot for collection because at this stage my mum had stayed at home the whole of Monday and Tuesday waiting on somebody to show up and she had doctors appointment early on Wednesday morning. I get no reply. Wednesday 9:30. They show up. Mum is at the doctors, as predicted. I call DPD and get the following information: 1. They went out for collection on Monday but didnt find the house. They said they didnt ring me because Parcel Monkey did not pass to them the 3 phone numbers I provided! 2. They didnt come on Tuesday because they didnt get a rescheduled collection from Parcel Monkey. 3. They could not send the driver back to mums house on Wednesday because they didnt know the name of the driver, the mobile of the driver, the drivers route that included my mums address. 4. I re-arrange collection for Thursday and ask for the time slot as I know they have to have access to the drivers routes when making the booking. They said they didnt have access to the route and asked me to call again on Thursday. 5. They finally collect the parcel mid-afternoon on Thursday. When I asked to speak to a supervisor within DPD to help out with this chaos, there was no one who could talk to me. Although the girl on the phone was very polite, there was absolutely nothing she could do. They said the problem is with my booking with Parcel Monkey and I had to take up with them. I explain that in the past I used Parcel Monkey with success but the delivery company involved was Parcel Force, which makes me believe that the problem is with DPD and not with my initial booking. When I emailed Parcel Monkey I was told that my phone details were indeed passed to DPD. Meanwhile, I, the customer, am left with no confirmation of when the parcel will arrive (they could not provide this information either!), where it is, and who is in charge of it. DPD or Parcel Monkey?

Straight forward, easy to use, half the price of the Royal Mail even though it was Parcelforce that picked up my parcel. I sent my parcel to Australia it arrived quickly and without any problems. I would definitely use again and recommend to anyone!

you never called to my home to pick up my parcel, never answered my emails. i had to use a courier in irlam to deliver my parcel, on your behalf. having to drive to irlam myself. it transpired you had not got my details correct. in short a total waste of time. never use you again. marks out of 10 a zero
