I paid for a 48 hour collection but received it 96 hours later I was at work on first delivery bout got it the next day, packaging was badly damaged as no care had been taken for its destination.

Amazing service. Took my stuff in London early and in exactly 3 days I recieved the delivery in Madrid and everything ok. No damage, nothing left.

not collected on agreed day, no contact, impossible to call to see where driver is, lost money now due to delay, PM or DX not likely to compensate loss of income. use these Professionals for speed, reliability & quality, that is now in question

i emailed my details, i rang the next morning to get an indication of collection time, I was advised eithin the hour and as promised the guy arrived, her was very pleasant and helpful. the item was delivered as scheduled eith no problems. i would recommend and use parcel monkey again

I paid extra to insure for a parcel to be collected for me when it arrived via parcel force the bottom of the item was damaged it was a Blueair 650E air purifier however it was in perfect working condition but the castors at the bottom of the unit were damaged, parcel monkey wanted to inspect the unit they said they may??? keep ownership of it but i thought they meant while they were inspecting it, so i sent it off to them so they could inspect the damage to the unit, they have offered me £199.99 in compensation but their keeping my item that i paid (They are not going to return me item back to me) I mean its my item it works perfectly well it just doesnt roll about because the castors on the bottom of it are damaged i will not be able to get another unit in that condition for £199.99 + they parcel monkey have refused to return my item back to me!!!, I mean what are they going to do with it??? I want it back i would rather have it back then accept their compensation i will never ever use this company again i mean why do they want to keep my item i say again what are they going to do with it if you do use this company and your item is damaged never ever send it to them for inspection because you will never ever get your item back what a stupid company policy i mean why do parcel monkey want to keep your item what will they do with it????? my advise is always use another courier.com i have never ever had any problems using them never again will i use parcel monkey to ship or collect my goods again i i recommend you dont use parcel monkey ever!!!!.

Used this site to arrange a parcel delivery to Argentina, having paid over £50. Goods never arrived when I called to ‘Yodel’ who was the company collecting it took months to get them to find out the parcel was missing. Then when I spoke with Parcel monkey they said I should have been in touch within 7 days and I was didn’t I can’t claim. Expected delivery was 8-11 days. Also spoke to Yodel who apparently do not ship abroad so am doubly confused why Parcel Monkey even booked with them. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

a very poor performance from this company and a package un delivered despite being rescheduled and no real explanation why and very little help from a complacent e mail only help service , the upshot is that after weekI have had to go to another company and ask for a refund from " Parcels from Monkeys"

Good website, cheapest price for my selected carrier and the package was collected and labelled up by the driver without a hitch. It was received at its destination within 2 business days (according to the service Id booked).

Parcel Monkey as a search engine took us through a series of questions that led us to believe that if our parcel weighed a little over what I had estimated that a charge would be applied and the goods delivered. Instead without any communication they attempted to return the parcel back days later and one of those heart wrenching little notes was left on my door mat. The parcel had been all over the country just not to where I wanted it to go!

I selected "express 24" drop off service.
I dropped the parcel off at lunchtime on Thurs.
The tracking showed it was collected that day (scheduled for Fri). so far so good i thought.
The parcel was then delivered Tues.
Now call me old fashioned but Mon is 24 (working) hrs from Fri, not Tues.
No wonder they are colloquially referred to as Parce Farce!

After 10 days that my parcels have been collected, I still dont know where they are. I thought they might have been somewhere between the UK and Italy. No, the wrong courier picked them up and they are still in a depot in the UK. I could cancel only 2 out of 3 parcels. I am still waiting for my parcels to be delivered back to me. No one ever contacted me in these 10 days. Worst service ever. I wont try this again.

3 days late with collection, a collect today deliver tomorrow service took 7 days.... When asked about this, the customer service rep couldn´t have cared less, I had to change the destination to accomodate the new date, and despite telling me this change had been made, the parcel was delivered to the wrong place. No mention of a refund, no apology, unacceptable.

Although there were a a couple of breaks/tears on the cargo, I was more than satisfied with the speed of the delivery along with all the parcels arriving. If I move again I will try and remember to use this company again.

I needed to book a courier to collect and deliver a parcel on a 24 hr delivery. Parcel monkey was recommended by someone and I was thoroughly pleased with the service provided. Customer received their parcel in allocated time and it was intact unlike some other companies who have no respect for parcels being couriered.

Not happy with service . i will not be usiing you again as i booked the job at 14:10 driver did not collect from the destination and cased me a massive issue. i had to call you 3-4 times to find out what has happened and nobody knew. so im not happy with you guys and never using you again

I think the website is really well design. Instructions are straight forward and user friendly. The package was picked up the following day (as I missed the cut off time for placing order) and received very quickly!

I have just used Parcel Monkey for the first time, to deliver a personal item from the UK to my French address. It was carried by Parcel Force which is now claiming to have delivered it to destination and that it was signed for by someone whose name means nothing to me. Since there are only two houses in my French hamlet, the parcel couldnt have gone astray if it was delivered to the correct address. Now Parcel Force is claiming that they need an original receipt for the purchase of the item before they can investigate the fact theat theyve not delivered the parcel to me but have somehow lost it. This is very disappointing and upsetting. I shall never use Parcel Monkey again.

a little irksome to have so many emails during one transaction and then a very important email goes to wrong address. The email to the recipient, to inform of delivery time!! was sent to person sending the package!
