my order arrived fast, the company selling it to me used a HUGE box (so unnecessary,) but your service was still cheaper than their quote, faster and tracking was superb. I loved that you told me when it was arriving within a couple of hours...great service thank you I needed a break

Parcel Monky failed to deliver my parcel. They did not answer my direct questions. I will not use them again. I suggest others do not risk using them either.

The person sending the package had to drop it off, and I had to pick it up sod where else. Completely defeats the point of a courier service - seemingly no attempt was made to deliver it to the designation.

The process with Parcel Monkey was smooth and went well until it was passed to Parcelforce 48; they couldnt provide a collection time, only a date. They failed to collect it as there was no one in. So I lost 2 days. It was collected 2nd attempt. Otherwise it was ok, I will use PM again!

I had a parcel to go to from UK to China and decided to use DPD. It was my first time I was sending something to China so obviously I would expect to get all the information about required documentation. I have arranged collection from my work place and given my contact number however nobody called me to say the driver was here. By the time receptionist figured out my work extension number driver was gone and I was charged for failed collection approx £10. I have re-arranged collection for the following day, on the website I have very clearly instructed to call my mobile on arrival and guess what, driver never called again. The receptionist called me because she knew this time it was me. However the driver told me that it was missing 4 copies of some paperwork for customs which was never mentioned on the e-mail where I was instructed to print the labels from. Another failed collection. As a result I have paid £20 for shipping the parcel, 2×£10 for 2 failed collections and ended up using Royal Mail to send the parcel and paid another £20 on the top. Royal Mail however were very kind explaining and helping me to fill out the customs form. Never using DPD through the Parcel Monkey again after such a hassle. Worse experience ever.

I dropped off my parcel on the day, at the nearest halfords store as requested through the DPD pick up service I selected on Parcel Monkey, over a week later and my parcel hasnt arrived with the recepient ... i tracked the parcel through the dpd website and have also called them, only to be told that there is a problem with communications between them and parcel monkey ... Parcel is meant to be in Glasgow, its currently floating around Southampton ... Thanks a lot Parcel Monkey!!!

Ive used ParcelMonkey on many occasions and not had any issues. I recommend it to my friends and even random strangers at times! :-)

I found Parcel Monkey informative and fuss free to use. I entered the details of my parcel and was presented with choices from different postage companies. The prices were clearly displayed, cheapest first. As I was posting to America, I was unsure of the customs forms. I was emailed a link to print them and again, the instructions were clear. The communication was great. I have used parcel monkey before and will again. 10/10!

No customer service open weekends, and when it is its only online, couldnt get labels or shipping documents and had to move courier date back because of this

The UK end was as efficient as I would expect, but the Spanish end was also efficient (!) and the nice man even carried my parcel up to my flat. Only one reason not to award 5 stars - I really only wanted to send about 10kg, but the price was the same for anything up to 30kg. How about cheaper options for smaller/lighter packages?

I shipped glasses and in receipt 2 out of 6 were broken. The insurance policy said that glass good cannot be insured and I had to get them to the destination quickly and obviously putting FRAGILE on the packaging naked no difference.

On 2 occasions have parcel monkey failed to collect parcels from me, even after me having to re book collections they still failed to collect. The parcel collection service is shoddy.

I had a 10kg parcel which I booked via Parcel Monkey. I had to take it to a local shop, but the staff there were incompetant and did not know how to use the scanner. Ultimately, this person manged to somehow void my label, meaning I had to carry the parcel home and try a new booking. As it worked out, I could book a collection-from-my-home delivery directly via MyHermes which was cheaper than the pice Parcel Monkey quoted. Parcel Monket staff were helpful refunding my money, but the service is not the cheapest and too dependent on whether or not your local colection staff know their ass from their elbow.

Parcel was meant to be picked on Monday but wasnt picked up until Thursday. Had to call them 4-5 times everyday. Wont recommend at all or use again.

Incompetent. Liars. Untrustworthy and the worst company I have ever used in my life for goods transit. I will tell every one I know about this awful experience and until I get my full refund I will be actively involved in reducing any new citation to your so called company You are scamming liars and completely incompetent. i had a parcel to deliver from uk to singapore. price was the most reasonable against its estimated delivery dates.
parcel was picked up by courier the next day and there was no damage/missing issue for the recipient.
Ill definitely use them again.
