Good Price, arrived on time, and in good condition.
Only one disadvantage , you cant see parcel progress/tracking, nor see if its blocked somewhere if the parcel is going to France, the tracking doesnt go passed the uk,

Went to book in for UK-Northern Ireland a 4kg parcel at checkout said it was a remote destination and jumped up to £36 i knew this was far to much went direct to Parcelforce and it was £18 less, YES A saving off £18 for a 24hour 4kg to Nothern Ireland from the UK and with the same postcodes Parcelforce website didnt say it was remote :( Usally Parcel Monkey is cheaper the Interparcel for European deliveries But not on this case,

Mostly fantastic service. Lovely to have the Collect Same Day until 11.30am. Difficult and disjointed to communicate when there is a problem though. Overall, were still using them and will continue to do so.

I used parcel monkey to send a large box that was 22kg in weight as I was being quoted silly money by other couriers - £30+. Parcel monkey charged around half that and the service was excellent. Parcelforce collected on the day that I had booked and our local driver is very nice. It was then deliveried 48 hours later as per the booking. No complaints at all and I will use them again.

Another successful delivery - this time to Eire. Completed on time and to both mine and my customers complete satisfaction. Item arrived safely and customer was advised of its progress en-route.
All this at a great price.

Prices are very good. Had to contact with a small problem & used live chat, problem was quickly resolved. Parcel collected & delivered as ordered. Very happy with the service. Will use again. It was an international parcel so had some reservations prior to booking but there was no need for them.

Parcel Monkey was actually cheaper than going direct to ParcelForce.
My package was collected and delivered without fuss and as advertised. I will certainly go to them first when I next have to send something.

The parcel was due to be delivered within 48 hours but took 120 hours to even collect then a further 48 hours to deliver. After the parcel was not collected the first time it was not rescheduled automatically for delivery, it was just forgotten about! Terrible service and will not be using again.

Sent a parcel to france and the service was Excellent!!! I would recommend parcelmonkey to anyone wishing to post.. The Price was excellent, the customer service excellent and the delivery time was also excellent!! 5 Star service at a very low price!! Like arnold schwarzenegger once said I`LL BE BACK!!!

Excellent service from picking up the parcel by a very friendly chap to arriving in Australia, being delivered and signed for (in quite a remote area), in only 5 days! Incredible service will definitely use again. Thank you Parcel Monkey.

I paid for 24 hour service. You picked up my parcel Tuesday lunchtime and delivered it Friday morning. The box was in tatters, and only just survived. Please can I have a refund on the difference between your 24 and slower services?

First time I have used Parcelmonkey and I was impressed. A parcel to Europe was to cost nearly £50 from the local Post Office or £17 using Parcelmonkey.
Easy ordering online and efficient collection from my door by a polite, friendly driver.
Online tracking told me the parcel was delivered in 2 days and the name of the person signing for acceptance.

I booked a 24 hour delivery service, they collected it a day late, and delivered it 4 days later; so it took them 5 days to deliver the service they sold as a 24 hour service. Utter embarrassment of a company.

The service is easy to use, print the label, put it on the box, and just drop the parcel off at a collect point. Easy.

Much cheaper than going direct with my usual courier - had a good look at the cheapest options and found one where I didnt need a printer for labels. Collected on the day I requested - used Parcelforce 48 and was impressed by both the delivery service and Parcel Monkeys Customer Service. Their online chat was most helpful

They messed up first collection and wasted a day but sorted it with live chat for 2nd collection. Helpful customer service. Didnt say what the error was just invalid postcode which was incorrect. Didnt send labelbfirst time but did for second collection. So if says parcel needs a label make sure it is included. That was the inly difference in ordering the second collection day. Used before and was ok very cheap
