I Booked the parcel to be collected the next day. 4 days later it had still not been uplifted, so I rebooked it. When it was not collected the next day I refunded the customer just as the parcel was finally collected. Will not be using the site again.

Great service from Parcelmonkey quick and easy to book a same day courier service online.
Unfortunately the CitySprint driver had a very bad attitude. Wasnt happy that the consignment had more than one box even less happy that our clients office wasnt on the ground floor. Very poor local knowledge of the town centre, on the track map you could see him getting lost a few times and what should have been a less than 30min drop took well over an hour. Once with my client the boxes were left on the ground floor for my client to bring up themselves.
The parcel got to the client safely and within time so thats great but a happier more helpful service could have be provided by this particular CitySprint driver.

I use Parcel Moneky for most of my overseas parcels as they are invariable the most reasonably priced. However the live chat box keeps popping up when I am trying to make a booking and it is irritating when I am busy. Just make the box obvious but not intrusive and your service will attract five stars from me!

When a collection works well it is great, but when something goes wrong you can get an ever worsening collection of misleading messages. My latest booking with Parcel Monkey is a prime example. My parcel was booked on a Thursday evening and accepted for a Friday collection. When I checked an hour later looking for the address label there was a bland There is a problem with your booking please contact us message. I did immediately using Contact Us but no humans were on duty to deal with it until Friday morning (the collection day). In the morning I received a Your parcel is due for collection today message. Afterwards I checked the updated contact us dialogue to be told that there had been an address format error in my booking that they had corrected and my parcel booking had been re-booked for Monday. I think this is very poor. Modern computer systems should flag up all address errors immediately at the point of booking and not let them hang like this. Then, bizarrely the errors escalated. Just over an hour later on Friday I received a message from the carrier DPD saying that they had received my details and the parcel would be collected shortly (Hurray!). Then I received a message from Parcel Monkey saying that my parcel was on its way. Reality then dawned that this was yet another fiasco as I was still sitting by the parcel. I contacted Parcel Monkey again and they simply said that the collection had been rebooked for Monday and failed to comment on the latest errors. The aftermath was that I had to re-book the collection for Tuesday due to other commitments. Both this process and the final collection collection worked perfectly, the parcel even arrived a day before I was expecting it to, and in transit the tracking info was excellent. In conclusion it is worth mentioning another basic error that has been in Parcel Monkeys booking system for years now. Their postcode lookup sometimes enters an address that includes hyphens in the postal town such as Grange - over - Sands. Then at the very next step after entering all address info they reject it saying addresses can only contain characters and spaces! Sadly this is the 2nd parcel in a row they have messed up. When they are good they are very, very, good but when they are bad they are horrid.

Have used a number of times for our business shipping overseas when the Royal Mail arent suitable. Always first rate service and good prices without extortionate insurance costs. wouldnt hesitate to recommend.

as a private user i found the paperwork & instructions a bit heavy going although it was international parcel i had a target of 9 days to get there it took 11 days,disappointed,!

Booked the pick-up in the morning, it was collected a few hours later and delivered just over 24 hours later. Very quick, efficient and easy to arrange. I would not hesitate to use this service again

Im very impressed with the service I received from Parcelmonkey. I had a last-minute same-day delivery that I needed to send in London. With just a few clicks I found the best service, got a quote and had the delivery booked. Parcelmonkey handled all the rest.

I think my tag line says it all. No communication and no delivery. I will never trust a company who you cannot contact directly by phone again. Just so we are clear on this AVOID PARCELMONKEY !! We are now using another courier who believe it or not actually have real humans on the end of actual phone lines ! G RoofMotorsDirect

Easy to arrange on line collection, No hassle with courier choice (mine Parcel Force) coming directly to your home address next day to pickup package... Much cheaper than the alternative queing at the local Post Office.... I recommend to anyone using Parcel Monkeys site. I have used them many times.. Thanks again ;)

I paid for parcel force 24 which is supposed to be next day delivery. My parcel was collected 28 May for delivery 29 May. However after countless calls and being told different information it got to its destination 2nd June! I was told delivery was attempted twice yet no card was ever left and on one of my calls to the depot I was told that the drivers couldnt find the address, which for the record could not have been clearer! WILL NEVER USE AGAIN.

There was some trouble concerning the printing of the label, but I used the customer live chat and the issue was resolved within minutes. The parcel pickup had to be rescheduled for the next day, but I wasnt in a hurry.
Parcel arrived within a couple of days at its destination.
Good to see some efficient customer service!

Item never picked up , no explanation why and still waiting for refund 10 days later !! Have requested for my money back 4 times and everytime get told the finance department is refunding it but never arrives AVOID THIS COMPANY and go with a more reputable courier agent

Cannot fault the service. I saved £15 compared to going to parcel force direct. Website was easy to use and progress could be easily tracked online. Will definately use their services again in the future.

Very happy with the service and one of the most cheap on the market. I had lots of issues with companies like Fedex, DPD and UPS before, so I was pleasantly surprised to find a company that was simple to use, reliable and very good value for money.

It would be easy to review if the package was ever picked up. My card was debited fast enough. Parcel never collected. Had to make alternatives to send through post office

If a field can only be 30 characters long then lint the input if I have to enter an address to Register, maybe guess that one of the two adresses Ive already entered might be the one If the address field has limited character, dont give me long adresses back from the search.... filling in the forms was hard frustrating work.

Service was actually very efficient, and calling the helpline was painless even though there wasnt a lot they could do to help.
However, tracking my parcel was difficult, and it was still telling me expected delivery date was 3 days ahead even after it had been delivered! It was lucky that the recipient was home as collection would have been difficult.

After posting a parcel, clearly described and marked as fragile glass I received pictures of clearly mangled box - parcel monkey took absolutely no ownership of this - even yodel said they would investigate should the third party - parcel monkey - raise concern, parcel monkey have responded advising they wont take it any further - £140 out of pocket... Absolutely appalled, insurance evidently means nothing as the only option was £20 for glass items!
