Paid for door to door courier service due to the inconvenient location of our local post office. Parcel monkey told me that the courier attempted delivery, this was a lie as we do not have postal addresses (couriers have to call to arrange delivery) so there was absolutely no way that delivery could be attempted. When I asked parcel monkey why I was lied to and why I didnt get the service I paid for I was basically told to go away....fobbed off repeatedly. I attempted to contact them through live chat. ...yeah right. ....doesnt exist. And it came as no surprise to me whatsoever that they have no telephone number to be able to speak to anyone. Poor service. Basically deceived me and then refused to accept responsibility for it. Dont wast your money using them. Terrible..

I booked the collection of a parcel and then the website said - Error - please contact us. There is no phone number on the website and it is not made clear how to contact you in such a situation. I had to look hard to find a way to make contact and the only way was over web enquiry and it took ages for someone to come back to me. My parcel could not be collected the day I intended it to leave which left me very upset and stressed as there were birthday gifts for two little children inside. The parcel was then collected the next day and when asking for compensation for my troubles and worries I was just brushed off that Parcel Monkey would not do this. Disappointing.

Collected almost to the minute and delivered as promised and on time. Cannot fault service. Cheaper too than others Ive used.

Parcel was collected as promised, but it was impossible to put the correct delivery address in the boxes as they limit the number of characters. This meant I then had to chase up with the courier company to correct it so that it would not go astray. I would have asked parcelmonkey about this but their online help is never answered and they do not reply to emails.

Courier did not come on the arranged day to collect. Had to rearrange for another day. While this didnt affect me too badly I did ask for it to be collected on a specific day for a reason. I probably would not use Parcel Monkey again although the two men I spoke to on the live chat were very helpful!

I booked this collection last Wednesday 19/08/2015, it still has not been collected, this was an Express 2 day delivery and my customer is livid. I have spoken to Parcel Force 8 times and contacted Parcel Monkey 4 times and it is an absolute joke.

I have books a delivery to France with pick up the next day, no one came for the parcel. Rearranged it for two days later thinking maybe if I give them some time to organise it better someone will actually show up, but again no one came. Still waiting for the refund, was told my request was forwarded to the complaint team. Their name describes them, thats for sure.

normal couriers came back with quotes of around £300. parcel monkey was for just over £100. The service was very quick at 3 days door to door.
parcel monkey was a slick website with all documents for customs generated.
very impressed. would use again if they had a site in Canada.

The parcel was well wrapped and in perfect condition when it left us,,,, with in 2 days it was dropped god knows how many times and destroyed when it arrived. Would not recommend this company to anyone they have cost me £126. The dustmen look after items better. DO NOT USE, UNLESS YOU EXPECT POOR SERVICE

When collected was told that as clubs were not boxed it would be up to the "depot" whether the delivery could be completed. This had not been made clear at booking when I filled in the description as golf clubs.
In the end, the delivery was made safely and on time.

I booked a collection from my local halfords store, easy enough... yeah I dropped my parcel there, and there it stayed... 4 days later still not moved.... come on guys!

2 of my 4 boxes were delivered to wrong county despite being properly labeled with Parcel Monkeys own labels and customs forms. The shipping company will not deal with me because they consider Parcel Monkey the shipper, and Parcel Monkey is extremely slow to respond and has no phone number.

Learnt my lesson that some shippers are better than others and that sometimes it is worth selecting one that is not the cheapest. Parcelforce did what they said they were going to do and it all went very smoothly.
