Great fast next day delivery from Scotland to Reading , at only £15 !

Im disappointed, as the website said I booked my parcel with Parcelforce within the cut off time for same-day collection once I dropped the parcel myself. (This was a Thursday so I expected delivery on Friday). This information on the website was false, and the parcel was not collected until the following business day on Friday, and therefore was not delivered until Monday. This was not the service I was promised, and was not the service I promised my customer...so I am disappointed! as was my customer!

Punctual collection and good timing in the UK. However, once in Spain the delivery could be better, as the carrier didnt do the effort to find the house (or didnt have all the information from ParcelMonkey). As result, two days of delay because of this piece of lost information.

Parcelmonkey do a good multi-parcel deal with Parcel Force, who Ive found to be consistently reliable. However, Im disappointed to see that Parcelmonkey also use Yodel and indeed that on Parcelmonkeys homepage they describe Yodel as a reputable courier. This is flat out factually wrong - as is easily evidenced by looking at customer satisfaction surveys on Money Saving Expert and other websites: over 50% of Yodel customers report a negative experience. My experience of Yodel is that they are a scam (they took my money and didnt deliver a service) and they lie to cover themselves, and indeed it seems to be the policy of the customer service at Yodel (if you can get through to them, they dont give ANY phone number on their website) to double-down on the lies. It is outrageous that they are still operating; they rely on the Sports Direct business model - if your margins are high enough (because you pay your workers next to nothing), then it doesnt matter if you never get a returning customer, theres enough fools out there to fleece all of them once and still make a buck. If ParcelMonkey want to look after their own reputation, then I think they should distance themselves from Yodel. Go with Parcel Force, but treat Yodel as you would a stinking kipper.

I couldnt find a better price to courier a mobile phone from London to the French alps. It was collected the day I made my order (Thursday) and arrived on Monday - pretty good.
My only gripe was I couldnt pay with a UK bank card that was registered to a French address - I had to pay with a french card and will have to pay an exchange cost and transaction fee. This should be a minor thing to sort but if Parcel Monkey wants to continue with international deliveries like mine this needs to be rectified.

Decided to opt for this courier thinking looks very straight forward but landed up paying almost £50 including cost to sending and returning my parcel. Btw I still even havent received my parcel for which I paid for!!! They dont even have phone number to speak to someone. All in all horrible courier services.

Well if I told you in one week that you managed to loose one parcel in Eindhoven and another to Belgium was delivered back here with the delivery label missing even though it was under shrink wrap when it went ( confirmed to me by your driver) with me having to pay another delivery firm to return one and a complete replacement for the other. sums up my week with Parcelmonkey. So make your own conclusions as to how I feel.

The platform for this site/service is not always the easiest to use for key details (like collection times, for example) but I spoke with Jimmy on the Chat service several times and he was great. He sorted out my issues quicly and easily so, ask for Jimmy!

The picking up of my parcel went perfectly well (in the UK) but once I arrived in France, the company Chronopost was in charge to deliver the parcel and they completely failed I added all the details to find my flat but they did not even bother to look for my door and ring, they sent my parcel to the closest post office, requiring me to go pick it up there whereas I paid for the service to receive my parcel at home. Very disappointing

I have used Parcelmonkey to send parcels to my family abroad and have found them quick, efficient, economical and overall excellent. All parcels have been collected and have arrived within the stated time. Have used them recently to send an item to a third party - item was received within 3 days (even though we were told up to 6 days). Easy to print off labels for the parcels and, if you are sending packages to the same address, you are able to save it in an address book. I would have no hesitation in recommending Parcel Monkey!

Sent a parcel to NZ, parcel force wanted £85, sent via parcel monkey still through parcel force for £25! Same service but £60 cheaper! Unbelievable, only took 3 days to arrive. Couldnt be happier. Great customer service via online chat too.

This service is quick and reliable although the packaging was very damaged by the time it reached its destination. The driver who came for the collection was extremely rude with no customer service skills. The driver gave me threatening look when asked to print his name and sign as advised by parcel monkey. I was intimidated. There is definitely scope of improvement but can be trusted.

steer clear of this company, time and time again they have let me down!!!! i have been WAITING 3 DAYS FOR THEM TO COLLECT, you CANT PHONE THEM (no phone number on site anywhere!) all you get is excuses, no appologises, no money back or reduction in your bill for the inconvienence THEY HAVE CAUSED YOU,IF YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH A QUALITY COMPANY YOU CAN TRUST, GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!

Shocking. Tried them out with two deliveryies 50% success rate. Said they would uplift the two the next day and only uplifted one. Re-arranged the delivery and never sent out the new packaging slips. Had to phone the courier to confirm arrangements. The customer service couldnt have gave a toss, kept referring to their terms and conditions even though they didnt apply as their initial contract had been broken by them. I wont be using them again, try another courier or hermes I have used these companies in the past with 100% success in the UK and worldwide.

It was worst experience with your company. Three panels were delivered broken. All parcels were damaged. It was put something heavy on one parcel, beacuse it was squeeted...

Was dubious about this with the price but I decided to give it a go and was glad I did. It was alot cheaper than going direct to the delivery company.
There was some confusion at the post office when I dropped the parcel off but this got sorted in the end.
The only down side was it wasnt clear what labels to apply to the parcels so I stuck them all on! It got there so must of been ok.
Overall I would recommend this service and would definitely use again!

I booked a parcel force collection and delivery. Site was very easy to use and book with. Prices were very competitive in fact it was cheaper than going to the post office direct. I paid for next day delivery it was a day late however this was the parcel force delivery guy that had gone to the wrong place! All in all a very good service.

I sent a 20kg parcel to Italy with parcel monkey and I am satisfied with the service. Very competitive prices and the parcel arrived in 4 working days. I choose parcelforce. The only down are that they could give a time frame so you do not have to spend all day at home waiting for collection/delivery. The updates on parcel force website are very vague compared to other companies and they do not give you a delivery date at all!

Ordered a collection via Parcel Monkey on a Wednesday, for a collection on Thursday and for delivery before 9am on the Friday. On the day of collection, PM still hadnt provided a label for the parcel. When chased, they apologised and said that the package wouldnt be collected - the order hadnt actually been passed to the courier. Even worse, although they agreed to refund the order, it would take "3-5 days after they have contacted their finance department to process the refund". Luckily, I jumped onto the Parcelforce website, booked a collection for the same day and it will still make it on time. Save yourself the hassle, spend a few quid more and go direct.

We started using Parcel Monkey around 1 month ago.
Previously, we had exclusively used Parcel2Go to send all of our international parcels (we use UK Mail domestically.. highly recommended).
Parcel2Go were great for a long time, very few issues... then they got greedy.
They used to offer £50 free cover on the more expensive services (UPS, DPD, TNT etc) and £20 free cover on the cheaper economy services.
They then dropped the £50 free cover to £20, and the £20 to £10.
As if that wasnt bad enough, they have even more recently removed ALL free cover from their website.
Why..? MONEY!
If you get zero free cover then you have to pay to cover every single parcel you send, which in turn now bumps the prices up considerably.
They now make more money by charging you over the odds for cover...
So, we turned to Parcel Monkey.
Turns out their quotes are actually cheaper anyway.
PLUS, they offer free cover on ALL of their services (up to £75 with Parcelforce, and £20 on every other service... its also only 19p to bump that £20 up to £50 cover).
So, in summary, Parcel Monkey are now the best option out there.
They are cheaper, and they arent trying to rip their customers off like Parcel2Go.
Weve sent a lot of parcels all over the world in the last month using various services on Parcel Monkey... absolutely no issues so far, and their support service is excellent should you wish to discuss your delivery with them.
Highly recommended site!
