In parts it was very confusing, and unfortunately the parcel I sent did not get delivered. I dont know whether this is down to parcel monkey or the parcel company I chose to use though. There are definite options and conditions that should be more clearly stated in the initial options process. All in all I probably wont use again as I just dont feel I got the service I expected.

Parcel Force wanted to charge me £16 for a package that was 7kg because it was over 5kg. I went on parcel monkey and delivering via the same parcel force service I only had to pay £12.
The only issue I had was that the Parcel Force restricted goods and the goods listed on parcel monkey as restricted (or prohibited) are different.

I have used Parcel Monkey several times before and I have always been happy with their service. However....My last booking was a nightmare. I had an urgent delivery of a parcel. I booked Parcel Monkey to collect the small parcel from me on August 10th and then deliver it. The carrier failed to collect it. I phoned the carrier and they had no knowledge of the parcel. As Parcel Monkey were my agents I could not reschedule a new collection directly with the carriers. I rescheduled a collection with Parcel Monkey. Again the carriers failed to collect, again they said that they had no knowledge of it. After the third time of this happening and waiting in all day for three days for collection I asked Parcel Monkey for a refund, to which they agreed and I then booked a delivery through another company with no problems whatsoever. Unfortunately I have not had my refund despite several reminders and emails from me over the last few weeks and their accounts dept. seem quite happy to ignore all attempts from me to get one.

I used parcel monkey to delivery some documents. it was easy to book and the courier turned up at the time agreed and delivered the documents on time. the price seemed reasonable too. Very happy. will use them next time I need to arrange a similar delivery.

The package arrived safely in Poland in 3 days. We received a call before collection and arrival to make sure we were at home and let us organise the day. Perfect!

Have used Parcel Monkey twice now to send some Vintage bicycles. Find the site easy to use but the only viable option for me is to use Parcel Force which I find a little on the expensive side. One thing I dont like is that they charge 2% extra if you pay via PayPal - this only increases the overall cost which as I say is quite hefty to begin with.
Other than that I have been satisfied with the service that they have given so far.

Booked DPD local drop-off but 3 shops refused to take parcel as their computers could not read a printed label so had to booked another service which was parcel force collected the next day and got the day after no problem. parcel monkey were great got a refund for the wasted DPD service. DPD say there are the number one delivery company this time i think not

On an order of 2 items of flatpacked nest of tables....... First tables dropped and damaged by huge crack (cost to me to pay repair £15 Second tables went around the Mnachester depot,for 10 days before I asked to have them sent back to me........5 days later they returned in many pieces (cost of refund to customer £50.00) Compensation or money back for non delivered item????? A big fat £0 Will I use again? ......I dont have a death wish so NO NEVER,

Have used Parcel Monkey quite a few times now and never had an issue. Used to use Parcel2Go, but their insurance worked out quite a lot more expensive than Parcel Monkey, so now tend to stick to Parcel Monkey.

Was showing dpd could collect same day but as I went through the sections it turned out the parcel force was the company to use and a 3 day wait for collection. And they didnt collect the parcel until late afternoon so all day I sat waiting in

Picked up parcel Friday 21st August within two hours. Arrived at recipient in Vancouver, British Columbia on the West coast of Canada, Tuesday 25th August.
Now, thats impressive, at well below half the cost of UK Parcel Force.

I used Parcel Monkey to ship an eBay item that was bought from me. I used DPD pickup and was charged £8 for it. When it arrived the buyer informed me that the item was heavily damaged due to the carelessness of the courier. I would like a refund.
