They messed up first collection and wasted a day but sorted it with live chat for 2nd collection. Helpful customer service. Didnt say what the error was just invalid postcode which was incorrect. Didnt send labelbfirst time but did for second collection. So if says parcel needs a label make sure it is included. That was the inly difference in ordering the second collection day. Used before and was ok very cheap

Parcel monkey is great but parcel force where a let down, choose the more expensive courier out of all the ones selected by parcel monkey, only to be let down!! Track my parcel, took a day of work to collect but it didnt turn up!! Not happy.. I will 100% use parcel monkey again but Ill try a different courier next time..

My wife and I needed a suitcase and box urgently delivered to Poole from London. Parcel Monkey was easy and straightforward to use. We used the ParcelForce48 Post Office option, dropping our parcels at a local post office. That afternoon we had to catch a flight to the USA for a holiday. An email the following day told us the case and box had been delivered safely. Cant ask for fairer than that. Price was very reasonable too. I will use this service again in future.

Sent a rather expensive guitar, taking out the extra insurance as a precaution. Booked the Parcelforce 24 collection online and they were picking it up 15 mins later!! Delivery was super fast too with the guitar delivered before 8am the following day. Recommended!!

My parcel was quite heavy and bulky. The driver collected it from my home and it was delivered within a couple of days. All in all a very helpful and economic service. I will definitely use Parcelmonkey again.

Paid over £40 for large parcel 48 hour delivery...as usual with parcelforce a day late on delivery with no updates, apologies etc. just seems to be the norm these days.

Id used Parcelmonkey before and never had problems with them. However, this time it took 3 days for my Next day delivery to arrive. The website doesnt provide a mechanism to convey information to the driver apart from a text field with 30 character limit - how is that ever enough?? Subsequently, the driver missed me 3 days in a row. If theyd call, Id be home in 2 minutes to receive my delivery. Also, customer service was unhelpful. Ive had to call them 3 or 4 times before I saw some progress. They kept transferring me to somebody else and promising to call me back with news which never happened. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I got my package in the end at least.

Great service, reliable and fairly cheap, shame I cant choose a pickup time as this definitely would help me save time or at least a more real time update of where the delivery is and what time he will come.

It was my first time using such a service; and I had read mixed reviews about Parcel Monkey, so I was not really sure what to expect.
I shipped 2 parcels to France; the carrier was on time, picked my parcels and 2 days later they were delivered ! The delivery was faster than what had been estimated on the website.
I am very satisfied with this service and will definitely recommend it to my friends.

Parcel picked up when stated and more importantly was delivered when stated. Very easy to arrange from start to finish and I have every confidence in using Parcelmonkey in the future, in fact I wouldnt use anyone else.

Cheaper than going direct to carriers. Parcelforce was ideal, with the advantage of in-built tracking and signature on receipt. Easy to use website and good saving as well.

Having been shafted by PayPal in being told I had to return a bike to Germany at MY expense that arrived damaged and unfit for use, I had to look for the cheapest option to do this. Having used all the dimensions and weights listed on the delivery label it arrived with I got the quite which although a 1/3 of the cost of the bike, was the best I could find. All seemed to go well, until about 3 weeks later when I find the company charged me extra stating that the dimensional weight was incorrect, and I had to pay extra bSed on this?? How on earth can the dimensions of a box determine its weight? This was not made clear in the booking system, and I consider to be fraud, as I was omelet and honest about all measurements required when booking the item. Do not trust this company. They are cheap at first glance but re coop cost are delivery! Really disappointed.

I sent a parcel to Spain that I needed there fairly quick and 5 working days on it has still not arrived. I knew I should have used someone other than DPD because they are useless delivering even in the UK
