The shipment to Austria via DPD failed inspite the full detail of the customer was given via follow up email, there was no help from DPD or parcel monkey. Now the package is being returned, am so unhappy and wont be using this service again.

I have now used Parcel Monkey twice and on both occasions their service was very good. Parcel sent from Manchester to Switzerland. Picked up from my house, delivered to my friend 4 days later. On line tracking let me see the progress it was making. Great service.

Parcel Monkey as a concept is very good but do not choose the DX option for your courier. DX are hopeless. I have given them benefit of the doubt 3 times and been let down every time. ENOUGH is ENOUGH

The collection driver told me that it was not necessary to attach a customs invoice. My parcel was rejected by DPD due to this. Parcel monkey now informed me I have to pay to get my parcel returned. Unhelpful and very disappointing company.

Booked a pickup/delivery with Parcelforce48.
Collection and delivery went smoothly without problems. Booking direct with Parcelforce is so much more exepensive

Delivered my parcel to the wrong address, was signed for by someone at the wrong address. When the recipient finally contacted me to ask if I had shipped the item I raised a query with PM. They started an investigation with the carrier. They sent me a photograph of the wrong door and GPS co-ordinates of the wrong house, along with a random signature. They then made me wait for over 1 month while "investigating" the problem. Always had to chase, until eventually they said they will not assist me because I didnt contact them within the stipulated 7 days. It took them 1 month to give me this answer and still no explanation of why the parcel was delivered to the totally wrong address. I asked for escalation to a manager and just get totally ignored. NO PHONE NUMBERS EITHER! Absolutely shocking service, will NEVER use them again and I advise people considering PM to look at other carriers who offer these services direct to public - this way, when it does go wrong, you can deal with the carrier directly. PM are rubbish and offer nothing unique any more.

As usual very easy to use Parcel Monkey also great help from one of their call centre reps. Sadly despite paying extra for 24 hour service ParcelForce took 50 hours to deliver.

Easy comparison, and all pretty smooth, except the emails saying "you have a collection today" and "the driver will bring the label with them" contradicted the "print out at home and drop off at the depot" product Id chosen...

I sent a parcel from the UK to Italy and it hasnt arrived!! On the website it was written that they were unable to deliver the parcel due to a query with the address but nobody has contacted me to resolve the issue! Very bad experience

Pretty easy really, nice simple site layout and it just works. I booked a ParcelForce collection for an international shipment. E-mail confirmation received at 1116, driver arrived less than 20 minutes later!
Used Parcel Monkey several times now without a major issue. Sometimes getting the customs documents printed can be a bit glitchy, but Ive always got there in the end.
I am a repeat customer, which kind of says it all.

Collected 2 days late no one called to say that collection is not going to happen, called on the day twice, they assured me it would be collected, 8:30pm no parcel collected, even though they said it would collected a between 9-5..

I booked a parcel collection with Yodel direct through a different site. They failed to collect on 6/7/15 as booked. One goes online and the only option is to book another date. I did that. They failed to turn up on 8/7/15. No contact, no apology. This is a parcel of goods bought from me on ebay, I have a 100% reputation to protect. So I pay again with a site called Parcelmonkey for a collection from me on 10/7/15 with Parcelforce (no more effing Yodel for me). Guess what, no-one turns up.....on Saturday 11/7/15 I go to the Post Office and get rid of the parcel for another £23 (£49 so far). I go to France on Monday a.m. for a short break. Glad to having got the parcel on its way after copious excuses to the buyer. I get back late on 15/7/15. I find a dumbass note to say Parcelforce came to another courier late on 13/7/15. What the eff are you companies doing taking money for a service you cant deliver? So my postage costs on eBay will be hiked to avoid sphincters like yourselves and now I will pursue you for my money back. I would love an answer to this review where Parcelmonkey tries to justify its lack of service, it aint possible.

Very quick and easy . Needed for the label to be taken to the address as seller had no printer ,no problem ,it tells you which service requires a printer or not . Worked a treat.

I had a parcel to send from Northern Ireland to my daughter in America. I thought delivery might take over a week. The parcel was picked up from my house on Wednesday afternoon and my daughter had it in her hands on Friday morning. I could not believe the speedy delivery. I will definitely be recommending Parcel Monkey to everyone and have no hesitation using this service again and again. Thank you.

Used the drop off service ( post office/parcel force ) as it was easier as I couldnt be in for them to collect..
Excellent way to do it and a lot cheaper..
I send lots of parcels to Germany and its always a shocker what the cost is!!
This way was cheaper and got there faster but still using a well known courier..as it was a larger parcel than what I would normally send..
Will always use parcel monkey to send anything now, uk or abroad
