I put in the size and weight of my parcel (which was a heavy one) I was given 4 different choices of delivery, at prices I could not get going directly to the carriers. Chose, paid by Pay Pal which was useful, the delivery man came as stated, collected the parcel and it was delivered in less than 48 hours (which was the stated delivery time).
Excellent service from Parcel Monkey and carrier would recommend the service and will use again.

What can I say - went online, saved a fortune using ParcelMonkey instead of ParcelForce directly. Dropped my very heavy package to my local post office (by choice), it was picked up next working day and was in Germany 2 days later.

You refused to pick up my item and didnt offer me a refund . Totally unacceptable . You have no contact number or email . Unacceptable . I would like a refund please . If I dont get a reply about a refund I will advise everyone I know not to use your company .

transaction was easy and straight forward, I paid for next day delivery but this was not done! Easy pick up from courier with label but sadly as I purchased next day delivery this was part of service was not fulfilled. Do not use if you want next day delivery as you will be wasting your money!

Sent 2 packages from the UK to France (20 and 25 kilos) via Parcel Force. The French courier, GLS, threw the 2 packages marked "Fragile" over a 6 foot wall topped with iron railings when we were out and we did not see the packages until the following day. This was in March. Parcel Force refuse to respond to me directly as they say my contract is with Parcel Monkey. Parcel Monkey has been unable to get any response from Parcel Force in spite of my reminding them by email every 2 weeks and it is now 3 months later. Parcel Monkeys inability to get a response on this consignment is completely unacceptable. The service from Parcel Force is abysmal and completely non-existent. Very disappointed indeed with their international courier "non-service".

I was using Parcel Monkey for a while. I have noticed one of their main service prices , which is heavy goods run by DX went up over 500%. Come on .... be serious :) I have found different company where I can send parcel for 1/7th of their prices.

A 24 hour courier was booked for collection Friday 22/05/15 and delivery 24 working hours later. By the following Wednesday the parcel had still not been collected. Completely useless, whats the point in paying for the service at all let alone for a 24hr service!

I dealt with the company and they are really really kind...all of web operators were really kind and nice but the driver...I WAS SHOCKED...he literally waited 5 minutes downstairs and when i got back he started screaming that the thing was going too far because the day before he came as well but the company did not say that I moved the collection for the day after. So i was dealing with really heavy packages and he was basically laughing at my face without helping me saying that taking bags and waiting for ages (literally 5 minutes) was not his job. I am just a girl so thats why probably he felt so sure about his horrendous behavior...I cant even describe his attitude ...it was unbelievable. I have nothing against parcel monkey...you are all very kind and helpful but your drivers are terrible and unpolite.

This company are a waste of time, they have no level of customer service and no phone number, i would not recommend. We were emailed and told two of our packages were bigger than what we entered into the website when we booked resulting in an extra charge of around £25 per parcel. Our package sent was tiny, about the size of a DVD, but they claim that Parcelforce have digitally measured the package as much larger, we know for a fact what the dimensions were yet they completely ignore all evidence and arguments to them, all you get is a generic response claiming no responsibility at all as below. "Hello, I am sorry that here has been issues with the courier services but we are not a courier company, we are a reseller and price comparison web site for courier services. You are correct that when using our website your contract is with us, but you are selecting services via 3rd party couriers, and the Parcel Monkey website site is used to reduce the costs of these services with the couriers. I hope future services go through without issue as 98-99% of customers orders do. Kind regards, David" They are not a courier company according to this email from them, they are not an anything company, they are a complete waste of time company, they take no responsibility as a reseller, if you risk using them then you risk them having free access to your bank account to recharge you whatever they feel like, no argument, they will just take the money they claim is due and ignore any evidence you have that proves otherwise. I suggest going straight to the courier, as at least then you will get customer service and can actually deal with an issue, if you use a reseller you cannot talk to the courier about a resellers account. An unhappy customer who is now looking to take legal action on principle.

I will NEVER make the mistake of doing any business with these guys ever again! Not only are the staff rude, this company clearly havent got a clue about what it is theyre doing! I used these people as a way to courier an item to Africa, thinking they were going to be hassle-free and reliable (ha! what a joke that turned out to be)! My parcel was picked up on Monday the 18th of May by a Yodel courier that Parcel Monkey booked for me. The courier took the parcel and now it appears either he has stolen it or someone else in Yodel has (as Parcel Monkey reckon my parcel has completely vanished into thin air after it was collected from me)! I emailed these guys, got a very lazy and "not bothered" reply which implied that my parcel was lost and Parcel Monkey were not prepared to do anything about it!!!! I replied back to this message with several other messages (none of my messages have been replied to)!! Parcel Monkey know that im livid and am eager to get this matter resolved but clearly they do not care as my emails have just been ignored. What kind of customer service do you call this??!!!!! The worst thing about this is, Parcel Monkey are telling me the parcel is lost and Yodel are telling me the parcel has now been delivered, so someone is clearly lying to me. When I have asked Yodel for information about my own parcel, they pass the buck and tell me to contact Parcel Monkey as my contractual agreement is with these guys, so Yodel cannot provide information to me, even though im the sender! It is very frustrating when two companies like Yodel and Parcel Monkey play around with their customers parcels and dont even want to take responsibility for situations like mine like providing their customers with a decent resolution, better still, a phone number that you can actually speak to an actual person on!!! My parcel was supposed to be delivered first to an international courier called Asendia in Hounslow, but according to the tracking information I have just seen, the parcel has been all around the houses in the UK, first it was delivered to a Borehamwood depot, then on to a Southampton depot, then a Selby depot, then to the Hounslow (address where it should have gone in the first place), and now Ive just been told by the international courier in Hounslow, they dont have it!!! SO WHERE IS MY PARCEL!!??? It begs the question, what is going on!!!! The parcel left me on the 18th, todays the 29th of May and all the parcel has done is floated around the UK for 2 weeks doing absolutely nothing...and now apparently its lost!!!! There are not enough words to describe my fury with this whole situation! The old saying applies....you get what you pay for....this is the first and last time Im using these guys..but im not letting this matter drop until I get my parcel back (or my recipient gets the parcel) and im compensated for all this nonsense.!!!! Stick to the top guys in this courier business (Courier, TNT, FEDEX, UPS) etc....who actually know what the theyre doing and actually give a hoot about their customers and will strive to help them, unlike these people!!!!

I initially booked a courier on Thursday 21st May, after 3 failed collections and constantly being assured by customer services that my parcel would be collected, it is still sat by the front door in my hall today, Friday 29th May! When asked for a contact number for the courier company, I was informed I could not have one. At 4pm yesterday, I asked Lucas (customer services) if he could contact the courier company, to make sure they were still definitely coming to collect (as i didnt want to waste any more time waiting in for them, if they were not coming), I was informed he could not do that. I will never use parcel monkey again and I would advise others not too, because if anything goes wrong with your order you have no direct contact with the courier company and it appears parcel monkey do not either!!

I arranged for a parcel to be picked up with Parcel Force from London to have it delivered in Cardiff within 48 hours. They never turned up to pick it up. When I rang they said the driver run out of time. I requested to be picked up again the next day, and again they did not turned up. I rang again customer devices and then again requested to be picked up. They failed again. Im now in my 4th attempt. I would not recommend to choose Parcel Force to any body.
