perfect service, nice staff and quick delivery.

I have used Parcel Monkey for several years to send parcels to my family in Norway and have never been less than100% happy with the service.This is the first time I have used it for an inland parcel and it was collected and delivered promptly even taking a bank holiday into account.They are reasonable in price and as a non car driver it is a tremendous advantage to have a parcel collected and delivered door to door.

Parcel monkey provides an easy web interface to provide a comparison service for several couriers. It was very easy and quick to input the details of my package. The optional insurance provided by Parcel Monkey was considerably cheaper than that of my chosen courier.
The courier collection went as expected. While I had printed a Parcel Money/Courier address label, the driver supplied their own label. The parcel was delivered to the destination with no issue or reports of damage.

I never post and use any parcel service before. I found this service on line, but have to say I do have some worries, therefore I tried to only sent two boxes to see what is the result. In the next day in the early morning, my friend told me she already received the posts. It was certainly within 24 hours. Then I sent second parcel to a different address, same, they received very safely too. I am very happy to say, this service is brilliant!

I had already tried sending my parcel via Parcel2Go and it was a nightmare. They lost my parcel, were unhelpful and rude, found and returned my parcel to me. Parcel monkey were a lot easier to use. My parcel was collected on time, didnt get lost and arrived when it was supposed to. Thanks parcel monkey!

booked a parcel to be collected, it did not come, i then asked what went wrong and no answer several days later i organised a different collection and delivery service. i have emailed them on several occasions and they cancelled my order but will not refund my money and my charge was £60, still trying to get my money back 3 weeks later

Our delivery with DPD was cancelled 3 times and they have still not picked up our delivery. No communication was given apart from an email each night at 6pm to say we had successfully changed our day of collection (when in fact we had made no change to our collection date). Very very poor service.

Have sent many parcels with parcel monkey over the last few years mainly with parcelforce but the 2 most recent have been a huge let down. One delivered to wrong address and one 3 days late as they could not locate the property. Giving them one last chance before I find an alternative. Shame really

I booked Parcel Force through parcel monkey on the 26th April to collect and send a parcel to Canada.
The driver arrived on the right day, and the parcel is in Canada now safe and sound and within the proposed timeframe.
Fantastic value for money.

After booking a consignment of 7 parcels to 1 address through Parcelforce 24 hour service, they failed to collect when they should. After endless telephone calls to Parcelforce customer services they were collected a day later. However only 1 parcel arrived 3 days after it should have and the remaining 6 arrived today (6 days later) One of the problems was that Parcelforce kept insisting that I progress my complaint through Parcel Monkey, Parcel Monkey do not have any telephone support so difficult to resolve anything when something goes wrong. We send many parcels daily, but usually only international through Parcel Monkey, but we will NEVER use Parcelforce again, and although they have a 50% refund policy for items not delivered within their time (in this instance 24 hours) that only applies if you book directly with them; so no doubt Parcel Monkey will make the additional money without having any of the problems!

I sent a parcel to Romania, the cheapest I found on the market, with Parcel Force (via Parcel Monkey). The parcel was collected on the day, as arranged. I was able to track the parcel all the way to destination. It was picked up on Tue and arrived at the destination on Tue (4 working days). Excellent service, no problems at all, will use again.

Easy so far but Ill tell you better when it arrives at destination and if TNT actually pick up which is sometimes hit and mostly miss!!

The time window for pickup is slightly rediculous (9am-6pm) especially if its not at your house! But my stuff Got picked up in Wales and delivered in Denmark as promised so all in all im happy with the service :) and its cheaper than bringing it on a plane :)

The parcel monkey side of things was fine. I think an additional piece of info they should include is what communication methods the courier uses and what warning they provide. The one we went for did not get in touch with pickup or delivery at all in advance. Giving the time 9am-6pm a long time in advance is fine, but on the day, a simple text would be good. I realise this is nothing to do with ParcelMonkey, but feel it is a feature which may sway a consumers decision with who to go with.

I was impressed with the user friendly site and I read reviews about Parcel Monkey before I booked my parcel delivery. I was so pleased with the whole process that I worried it was too easy so it had to be too good to be true.
