Delivered to wrong address driver said person at door said I am not expecting delivery so took it away it was the flat next door to that never even asked name so she could say this is not the number that number is mr ------ next door Told PM done nothing about it said the driver knows what he is doing ?? had it delivered back had to pay again by other courier company sent lots of parcels off with them over years never again F-----g Retards

Brilliant service! Nice and easy to set up my courier. Parcel was tracked and delivered on time. Would definitely use them again.

I have used Parcel Monkey 6 times so far. 4 times I used Parcel Force and they were great. The 2 times I used another company, both times, they failed to collect on the date agreed. I run a business and had to let down my clients by not sending the goods as quickly as agreed. Parcel Monkey failed to do anything to make me a happy customer - surely they get a refund from their courier companies when they fail to fulfill their part of the agreement so why dont I get some sort of compensation too.

This is the first time that I had ever used Parcel Monkey before but I found the booking system very easy to use & follow. Will be using again.

Booked delivery at 2am, parcel picked up at 10am and was delivered to France in 4 days 2 of which were sat and sun. No complaints.

I chose the DPD drop-off service, and left my parcel on Wednesday morning, expecting it would be delivered on Thursday or Friday. It wasnt. So I paid an extra £5 online to upgrade to delivery on the Saturday. That didnt happen either. Eventually it turned up on Sunday afternoon. Compounding matters, the tracking page on the DPD website was inaccurate throughout: initially it said nothing, then it claimed the parcel would be delivered sometime on the Saturday, then (late on Saturday evening) it switched to telling me to expect delivery on Monday.

I booked five heavy boxes to ship to Denmark from Northern Ireland. They were collected on time and arrived super early - within two days. Well four of my five boxes arrived within two days. The final one was delivered after a weekend and another day - I have no idea what happened in the interim but Im guessing the box must have got damaged as there was a lot more tape on one side than I had used originally! All the thing inside were in tact. Throughout the search for the missing box the customer service was really prompt and polite - even if they didnt locate the box before it arrived - despite the issue with the box I would definitely use them again. Good price, good service and communication is important!

I made an order for 3 parcels in the period of 4 weeks. FIRST parcel: I booked three times the pick up, the driver never showed up had to book a pick up with Courier. SECOND: Strangely they came to collect it and delivery it smooth. THIRD: Came to collect it, went to italy and sent back with no apparent reason. Now after 2 weeks the costumer service tell me that I have to wait someone in a week to call me back. RIDICOLOUS COMPANY with the most unhelpfull costumer service. My FEDEX account is nearly ready I will stick with them, Ill pay more but I will have someone taking care of the costumers.

Sold a lot of items on eBay following closure of my business , I sent all items through parcel monkey 12 parcels in total four were based ,two boxes that contained vases smashed each case was bubble wrapped and individually boxed within a larger box so adequately wrapped and labelled but parcel monkey say they wont accept liability for sending glass and wont let you insure it, so I sold my items paid for courier , courier broke two lots and I had to fully refund the buyers and lost everything as by using them I could cover myself against kiss or damage?! Its a farce .

The parcel was not picked up until close of business and I expected it to be picked up earlier on the day so I could keep my customer happy by having the item delivered a day earlier.

My parcel was lost by Parcel Monkey and after 1 month and a 3 page complaint letter, I was only refunded for the service I had paid for, I was not offered any compensation. Its an absolute disgrace.

Picked up Wednesday 9.00 and received text to say was bring delivered Friday between 2-3pm. Not so - another text saying being delivered Monday between 3-4pm. Sad because always could rely on their word before.

I ordered my pick up from a variety of options available. They picked up my parcel the next day and delivered it directly to my Mums address in the timescale given! Cant get better than that!

These guys are no monkies, they do what they promise. Which in my case was to pick up my parcel from my house and deliver it pronto to New Zealand in the time they declared from the off. No more, no less. And for £80 less than the post office quoted for the same job. Why would I go elsewhere?

Very good and up to date updates via email on the parcels location and status. Was sent from UK on Monday and arrived safely in Sweden on Thursday. First class service. Thank you.

I booked with Parcelforce at 9.30am, and by 11am the parcel had been collected. 24 hours later it was delivered. It was a large box weighing 19kg and was collected and delivered for less than £15. Will definitely use again.

Happy overall but it was very confusing as to whether DPD were going to pick up from me or a local parcel shop. Unclear on the website so had to check with ParcelMonkey. Still unclear as they told me it depended what I ordered. My order didnt say, just looked like they would collect when I wanted to take it to a parcel shop. Ok in the end but caused a delay in sending it as I wasnt sure - should say what service has been ordered once you put it in the basket for purchase.

Perfect in every way. On Parcelforce website this would have cost £25.00 but was half price delivery by booking through Parcel Monkey using the same company Parcel Force.

parcelmonkey is a great way to find the cheapest shipping rate, however the initial comparison could be a bit clearer as there are sometimes factors of the service you have chosen that are not suitable.

I had such trouble with this company that I would not use it again or recommend it. I was supplied with a shipping label and thought it was great that I could drop my parcel at a Halfords outlet to be collected by a courier. In two stores my shipping label wasnt accepted as the tracking bar code was scanned and came back as invalid. I sent a message to Parcelmonkey stating this and asking if there were any other numbers I needed-they promptly sent back the numbers that appeared on my shipping label. I finally visited a third independent store to drop it off and it was finally accepted. Surely it shouldnt have been necessary to visit 3 stores in order to drop it off-unfortunately I didnt receive any useful help from my e-mails to the company either. Perhaps it was a problem with Halfords, though it seemed the independent store I finally went to had the same scanning equipment.
