I have used parcel monkey on 5 occasions now and never had a problem.items are collected on time and delivered on time safely . impressive prices from different companies offering different services.local national international 1 day or economy services its all there.would recommend to anyone.

We booked a parcel to go to France through parcel monkey (our first mistake). The day rolled round for the pick up and low and behold no driver, no pick up. But not to worry we received a email thanking us for changing the pick up date ( which we categorically did not do) and giving us a second pick up date for our parcel. Fast forward to second pick, no driver, no pick up, and again a email thanking us for changing the pick up date ( which again, no wasnt us !!!). Third day, third pick up date, the poor unsuspecting DPD driver turned up to deliver something to us, this was the company that was supposed to pick the item up through parcel monkey. The driver didnt know anything about the parcel, but got on the phone and managed to organise the pick up and take it for us. Parcel monkey could not organise this pick up in 3 days, DPD driver took five minutes to sort it out. Thank god for DPD, avoid Parcel monkey at all cost.

Will never use you again ,You did not pick up the parcel on date you stated ,and I am still awaiting my refund due to your failure. So dissatisfied, and you sent to me an e mail stating that I change the date of collecting the parcel, this is untrue I did NOT change the date as my Son wanted the parcel urgent.

Rubbish and difficult to deal with. Con artists, your people do not listen or do not give a dam. You lost the paperwork and want me to pay for your mistake. Win Win for you. I am furious at how inept You Parcel MONKEYS really are!!

I used the parcel monkey website to arrange for a large, heavy awning that I had bought to be delivered to me. I was very impressed by the quotes given, especially for such a bulky item. Parcelforce option was 70% cheaper than booking direct with them and it was useful that there were drop off options, as the seller of the awning didnt want to wait in all day for a collection. Booking confirmation and labels were emailed promptly and I received my item within the 24 hours guaranteed by that particular parcelforce service once the seller had dropped it off. Would definitely use again.

The parcel wasnt collected on the day that was stated, I spoke to Parcelforce and they said they hadnt yet received instructions from ParcelMonkey to collect the Parcel. I then had to reschedule the collection date myself.

Parcelmonkey informed me my parcel would be collected between 8am and 6pm. Made sure to be in the house all day. No one showed up. They rebooked my collection for a few days late only to have the same thing happen again. The driver finally showed up at half past eight in the evening. Terrible service, will not be using again.

We own a business had a £200 parcel sent out with these guys. We have also insured this, we contacted the company within 7 days no response... we had no reply to several emails. Now they know they do not have to pay out as it has been 7 days and longer. They have offered £38.48p compensation. JOKE! STAY CLEAR

I sent two red hard shell suitcases via parcel monkey and the customer was not happy because when they arrived both of them had been written on in black permanent marker pen!!!

This is the ire time I have used parcel monkey to ship from UK to Poland. This time I used parcel force which was a little more expensive due to the size of the parcel but was very efficient with upto date tracking and on time delivery. I have used DPD previously which offers fantastic prices to Poland. I like the easy parcelmonkey interface and will keep using it

Is literally just filled out the request form and he was here ready to pick it up. The hassle free, no need to do your own label, pick up from anywhere, and at what seems a reasonless price was excellent. My first purchase. Very impressed.

Ive used Parcel Monkey more than once and I really cannot complain. They always picked up my parcel within their given time frame and they always arrived on time at their destination. Definitely good value for a low price.

I have used Parcel Monkey twice before and didnt have any problems but this time was not a good experience, The parcel was booked for collection but the courier( DPD) didnt turn up even though I waited in all day, Rebooked for the following day but the same thing happened and so I cancelled the order. I am now awaiting a refund but will not be using or recommending Parcel Monkey again,

I booked my collection online for the same afternoon. Didnt happen. The following morning, via the website, I rescheduled the collection. Didnt happen. The following day I didnt reschedule the collection but called the office who ensured that the collection was made. Delivery was the following day. Good value, even with the slight hassles.
