Very pleased with the service. Booked via parcel monkey as it was much better value than booking direct. Parcelforce did a great job collecting and delivering to Portugal within 3 days as listed on the website. Recommended and will use this service in the future.

Uk quotes doubling by the time you reach checkout Correctly addressed parcels returned without warning. Parcels disappearing from collection point, but couriers deny taking them. Then informed parcels have been returned to depot. Told parcels incorrectly addressed when its the same address that worked a week earlier. AWFUL customer service via live chat that takes hours and seems to be done with people whos 2nd language is English. Questions submitted that dont get answered. Wont discuss anything on phone. Have spent over 5 hours this week chasing three misrouted/rejected parcels that they deny any blame for. Utterly horrendous waste of time. Oh I nearly forgot - they also try to charge you for all these foul-ups.

Parcel monkey are a good service,the only thing I would like is a time slot for the collection ie am or pm as I did sit in all morning as the first time I used them my item was collected at 9am, this time was 1 oclock

I am a first time user of this service and to say Im impressed is an understatement. The prices for the 3 boxes I sent to the U.S. were the best I could find anywhere the only downside being that because the contents were on the restricted list they were essentially uninsurable, so if they were lost or damaged it was a case of tough! The collections were prompt on the day and the transit time quick. One box was stopped by customs at destination but released very quickly. Overall my experience was an extremely positive one, so much so I have used the company again since. The price was again very good and I hope the delivery is just as quick. Thus far, I would highly recommend giving this company a go.

I am very happy with the website and company DPD.
I sent a package from Northern Ireland to Spain. The courier who collected it from my house in Lisburn was very nice and kind. In Spain, there was no one at home when they went to deliver it so they phoned us and we agreed to left the packet on my neighbours house. In Spain it was delivered by Seur which is very truthful company. Package was picked on Wednesday 10th and it has arrived today, Wednesday 17th.
Only negative thing is that on the colection date I did not get any email saying the collection time. But it has been a great service for a very cheap price! I will use it again today :)

Dropped parcel of at Post office 5 days later it was delivered in Corfu excellent service . 2nd time I have used them and service was brilliant.

Courier didnt collect on day it was booked for and every time I contacted customer services I was told they would be picking up soon then at 5-55 I was told " I think we might need to rebook for tomorrow " I was also promised it would then be first thing in the morning as it was their mistake and was actually collected after 3-30 !!!

I used Parcelmonkey for the first time last week, sending two parcels to UK addresses and one to Austria. On the plus side, some very good prices came up and the parcels were collected and delivered as promised. On the negative side, the booking form wouldnt accept more that 30 characters per line, meaning that I couldnt enter one recipients name in full, or my own email address at all. The Austrian address in its correct format wasnt accepted by the system and eventually had to be altered to a "British" layout. The above difficulty was notified as "Problem - contact us" in the status section of my account. I sent a message and received a vague answer. Three further requests for clarification over the next 20 hours went unanswered and I only got a reply when I pretended to start another booking and was able to access the live chat help service. As a result, collection was delayed by a day. Finally, none of the numbers supplied by Parcelmonkey for the Austrian parcel worked on the DPD tracking system. Overall, mixed feelings.

I found the service that i got through Parcel Monkey excellent, easily understandable step by step instructions which made the process very easy. The delivery address always gets their parcel on time and in good condition.

this was the first time of using parcel monkey - the carrier was DPD and having my parcel taken by brand i trust was reassuring. I was sending the parcel to france so anticipated it arriving probably sometime in July! The parcel arrived literally 2 days later and i had tracking info on it too. The price was by far much cheaper than royal mail so i was really surprised and delighted by this service - ill definately use parcel monkey again.

parcel monkey gave me several prices ,I chose parcel force who delivered my parcel to USA in 4 days so quick. My only little grip is when they came to collect parcel only rang bell once so if you dont hear or are not quick their off!
