The process to arrange the pickup was excellent and it was delivered as stated. I will definitely use them again.

Super cheap to send my parcel to France, saved loads of cash. 2 things to note: dont try and drop DPD packages at My Hermes drop off points (despite DPDs website claims - bar code readers dont recognise parcel monkey labels), and post offices need to know the exact service youve booked before accepting parcels, as its not written anywhere on the label they email you. Great customer service to refund my first failed collection. Will definitely use again.

I booked them and they where not the cheapest, never used them before, told me collection day was, which was a day later than asked, but no one picked up, person was going on holiday, and said if they dont come before we go, her son was going to drop them off at drop off point, and I feel if that had not been done, I would still be waiting, useless to try and ask anything, no telephone number for contact, I took a chance and rebooked it, and touch wood it was picked up and delivered. But never again, should have looked at feedback

If you are considering sending parcels overseas my recent experiences with Parcelmonkey would suggest that you stay well away from this company. What a rip off, they fail to supply labels, a problem compounded by the fact that their courier doesnt know the procedures and took the parcel regardless. The outcome is that I then had to pay again to get the parcel returned from Southampton. In total I have paid almost £70 for nothing, and am now having to organise delivery with a REPUTABLE company. AARG

I booked a parcel to be collected for next day delivery and it wasnt collected for 3 days despite my chasing every day! I had to cancel and booked directly with the courier who collected the same day. This was over 10 days ago and I have still received no refund despite chasing several times. Absolutely appalling.

no problems at all, changed to them as the company I was using, first told me, i did not need a label, so I payed, came to my door, would not take the box, even though it had a label on, told me, it had to be a company label ,had to fight for my refund, went with parcel monkey, no problems at all , even came with a label for my box, picked it up delivered next day, use again ,, yes all the time now, %100,positive,

My parcel was picked up at my house on time, a Monday morning, and arrive just 5 days later safe and well in Hong Kong. Fantastic, 3 days ahead of predicted delivery. Very impressive!

Booked several collections with different couriers, most arrived the following day but one did not turn up for a further 2 days! The courier company said that Parcel Monkey did not book it on their systems until 2 days later, but on Parcel Monkeys website they stated a collection the day after I booked it. Apparantly this is always the case with Parcel Monkey and their systems should not be trusted. It was a time-critical delivery, and as such I have now lost a customer as a result of it. Parcel Monkey will not accept any liability over issues with their own system at all and will not even provide a partial refund to cover my loss. Very poor customer service. Oh and paying with PayPal offers no guarantee, even though the service was not as offered, PayPal still ruled the dispute in the sellers favour, meaning that not only have I lost a new customer, but I have also lost my money completely. First time customer, and the last time I will ever use them again.

My company lost a major business opportunity while bidding abroad as parcel force failed to deliver the package ontime. We purchased the most expensive packs from PF and send a simple letter from UK to UAE and the SLA agreed was 3 days. Its been 11 days and according to PF, the parcel is still in one of their hubs. At this rate, why not just simply send it via Royal mail and it would get there faster. I will personally never use PF again and make sure none of my companies uses this unprofessional courier. In addition to that, we send a request to find details about it using the form online and adding our package reference number and they send us an email back 48 hours later asking us the reference and contact information (Which is already associated to the package.) I am personally very surprise to see in 2015, with all the technology available to them, they still struggle.

I booked and paid for the delivery. I had an email on the day of collection telling me it would be picked up and they never came. I then tried to reschedule the collection day and they said the only way was to cancel this order and make another one. I think this is a scam site that takes and holds your money without providing the servce. It should be illegal. This was a care package for some orphan kids in Tanzania... This clang has really let us down...

I sent a large heavy parcel to my daughter in Alberta, Canada. It was collected from me on Friday lunchtime and delivered on Tuesday lunchtime. I was impressed with the collection and speed of delivery.

Fabulous service from Parcel Monkey / DPD! Delivered a parcel to Southern Ireland and was quoted £12 less than Royal Mail! Parcel was collected in the hour "window" as stated, on my preferred date and it took less than 48 hours to be delivered to its destination. Made up ... Thank you so much!
