Failed to find the delivery address, ended up having it delivered to the post office where we had to go and collect it. As a courier company that couldnt be much worse.

Havent used parcel monkey in a while due to their increased prices from a few years ago when they were competitive. However, needed to send a large parcel out with Parcelforce which was extremely well packaged, only to be told by the recipient that item arrived broken. I cant claim either due to the nature of the item. With "fragile" tape on the box, you would assume Parcelforce would treat parcels better, but they never do.

Cant believe this service, door to door from Norfolk to Tipperary in Irish Republic in 51 hours, faster than sending a letter. Was also able to track the parcels through out the journey. What more can I say other than a fantastic service. Will definetaly use this company from now on without hesitation.

We got a better price for Parcel Force with Parcel Monkey than we did at the post office. We saved about £20. Would definitely use it again.

Booked same day collection on the 4th August (it said underneath in green letters if we booked within 36mins the collection would be made the same day). I did this well within the 36mins and the collection wasnt made until the next day - 5th August!) I specifically chose same day pick-up because it was a very important parcel which needed to get to its destination ASAP! Why do you not do what it says on the tin?

Parcel Monkey has the most deficient services not to talk about customer services and how they treat the customers. They lost my 20kg parcel and they offered me the refund of £25.66, as they say that the CLOTHES that I put on my parcel are considered PERSONAL EFFECTS and therefore not covered by the insurance. This only two months after I sent my parcel. The only option to complain and try to know about the whereabouts of my parcel was to go through a Live Chat of completely helpless staff, they dont even offer a customer phone to reduce costs! UNACCEPTABLE

PARCEL SHOULD HAVE BEEN COLLECTED ON A TUESDAY BUT POSTMAN DID NOT HAVE THE PAPERWORK. HE DID NOT HAVE THE PAPERWORK ON WEDNESDAY EITHER BUT I ASKED HIM TO TAKE IT AS CUSTOMER WAS WAITING FOR THE GOODS. GOODS EVENTUALLY ARRIVED WITH THE CUSTOMER LATE THE FOLLOWING MONDAY AFTERNOON. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

I found Parcel Monkey on the internet when I needed a parcel collecting and then delivering to my address (I bought a collection only item from eBay). The website is easy to use and the service is super efficient. I have since used their services again. Highly recommended!

sent a parcel to australia,got there in 7 days,sent two parcels via royal mail 4 days before this one,and they are still waiting for it,
Plus parcel monkey was £35 cheaper.

I used Parcel Monkey to book a collection and delivery between a London office and an office in Spain. The opnline process was simple enough to follow, and the labels for the parcels arrived in an email after completing payment. Now all I had to do was wait for DPD to collect the next day. The next day, DPD did not arrive to collect. When I called them they had no idea they were even supposed to collect any parcels from me. When I tried to contact Parcel Monkey, I discovered that they dont have a customer service helpline - just a chat with canned responses. Customer service was completely hopeless, I had to rebook collection myself, call DPD to see whether they received the information at all, and follow up again myself the next day. I would go direct to a courier company next time - not worth the hassle to use this third party company.

I booked the delivery late Sunday evening, received a text on Monday morning to give me a one hour collection slot for the courier. Courier arrived as advised Monday lunchtime, Parcel delivered to recipient in Sardinia on Friday afternoon. Tracking was easy with multiple updates at every stage of the journey. All in all a great service at a very competitive price.

My parcel took exactly a week which isnt bad but I had hoped it would be there by Friday or Saturday which meant it was a little stressful on monday.... but reasonably priced and efficient enough service
