I paid for Parcelforce Express 48 but it took 72 (hours). Poor updates on Tracking and no answer to my email query as to why there was a delay.

Its the second time I use your service and its the second time my bags/bixes go to the a wrong adress. I was lucky that the person who received my boxes sebt them back to me. The adress was printed on the box and apparently you guys cant even read the name and the adress on the label before shipping it. The cose wasnt enough to trace it. Ill never use parcel monkey again. Worst service ever.

I havent had any helpful experience from oarcelmonkey. Their service is not good. And I recommend to do it with alternative provider. Their customer service response is slow and at times not useful.

You have asked how you did. Well, I have written to you 4 times to get better information and asked for a phone number where I can speak to a manager about my order. Still no good anwer from you. And to crown it all my parcel was last tracked to Singapore but it should be in Thailand. You promised delivery by 17th August but it is still in Singapore on the 20th. So much for good tracking and so much for your contract promise. Terrible service. Iain Cameron

Experience with Parcel Monkey was extremely disappointing. Ive used other cheap parcel services before including iPost and they were comparatively so much better. The issues included: - Lack of customer service - using the online system to communicate with customer service representatives was slow and inefficient - Poor customer service - when I did a response from Parcel Monkey, the response was inadequate and did not address the issue at hand - DPD Pickup service was inefficient - dropping the package at the local DPD pickup location was not a problem. The problem was in the fact that the DPD representative had no idea what he was doing. He did not know the process and ultimately was not able to accept my parcel. Another DPD pickup point said they could only receive parcels and not send parcels on my behalf. This was not clear in the DPD store locator website. Ultimately had to go to a bigger DPD pickup point 2 miles away. - Follow up with DPD was slow - Parcel Monkey could not contact DPD directly to ensure safe delivery of my item. It could only give me a response once the parcel was delivered. There is no communication between Parcel Monkey and its delivery companies Overall, the service was inadequate, frustrating and incompetent. I will not use parcel monkey again and I would tell my friends & family not to do so either. -

Poor tracking service and impossible to find out even a rough time of delivery

Since I moved back to my home county, I placed an order on July 28th. The fee has been deducted from my credit card instantly, but the parcel hasnt moved anywhere yet. After on week (August 5th) I contacted the claims team and asked for details on my delivery. They were unable to find it (until I found out, that it hadnt been collected). Since then, I try to get them to organise the collection and delivery, but they are obviously unable to do so, stating that "we are a reseller and a price comparison site therefore it is very difficult for us to deal with unfortunate cases such as yours as we are not in control of the parcels." The claims team is friendly, though. But Id rather get my things delivered.

I had made cakes for my nephew who is severely underweight with cystic fibrosis and diabetes. I am disabled and on that day could not get it to him so decided a courier was the best way. The hospital agreed they would get cake to him if dropped at reception. This was all done within a few hours and the driver even said he would put the tin on the passenger seat. A great service and the cheapest I could find. Thank you

Found through Google search and found the website easy to navigate and book a collection and delivery through an established courier (parcel force). Not much communication (e.g. Courier on the way, item collected, item will be delivered at x time etc.) which is why I cant give 5 stars.
To improve I would suggest an up to date tracking system.

The online registration was easy and taking the parcel to the nearest delivery point was no problem. Everybody seemed to know what they were doing. Ill do that again.

Large bulky parcel collected as arranged and delivered as promised. I cant say much more really, it was like clockwork. I would recommend tham on this basis.

I sent a large box to Bulgaria for our grand daughters birthday. Although it arrived a couple of days later than the 5 it stated I am very pleased with the service. Having lived in Bulgaria I know the postage system there.
Will definitely use them again.

As this parcel delivery was costing 75% less than my traditional method I was a wee bit wary. However, not only did I not need to take it anywhere, it was collected exactly when I expected and arrived at its destination within 3 days of this. (Again, much earlier than using traditional method.) If prices stay as low as this, I will definitely be using Parcel Monkey again.

I am delighted with the recent service received from DPD via Parcel Monkey. My collector was extremely friendly and picked-up the parcel in the hour time slot given to me and my parcel arrived in Australia in less than a week. Regards from a very happy customer.

We live a mile from the tarmac road in the north east of Scotland and had a bulky parcel to be collected. Parcel Monkey performed brilliantly in organising a collection by the postie who then handed it on to the carrier. Nicely done.
