I would suggest NEVER to send your a parcel through a company like this as they are only acting as AGENTS for the big parcel companies. If anything goes wrong and your parcel is lost, like mine, the parcel companies refer you back to Parcel Monkey as your contract is with Parcel Monkey. PLEASE ALWAYS USE THE COURIER COMPANIES DIRECT SO YOU AT LEAST GET COMPENSATED. My complaint is still outstanding with Parcel Monkey and will post again with an outcome ... Hopefully this large parcel weighing 44kg is found!! I have very little hope except I should have sent my parcel DIRECT with the courier to avoid all this unessesary hassle.

Fast delivery, great to track - little bit slow on updating tracking system. Over all good experience, easy to book and print off label, friendly collection guy and helpful and knowledgeable. Used parcel force better value than the post office.

Only issue is with the limited characters available in the address blocks for both sender and reciepient. Caused some consternation because an error e-mail was received, but then followed by another - before we found time to contact - saying this had been resolved. When did call, was told that "Yes" there are a limited number of character spaces. This needs to be resolved.

I wont use Parcel Monkey again, quote was 50% cheaper so I should have realised it was too good to be true. Parcel wasnt collected and I wasnt informed until the end of the working day. Luckily I have read the emails that have come through since from Parcel Monkey, as you have to click on a link within 14 days to get the refund!

The shipping price was much cheaper that going direct, the process was straightforward, I got a pick up time slot so i didnt have to wait all day. I will use again if required.

Website so easy to use, but be careful which courier you choose. If sending 2 parcels to 2 addresses with Parcelforce, they normally send both to one address as they put their own labels on even if you have labels on the parcels. However, if you only send one parcel with Parcelforce, its a great service. Yodel (Trak-Pak) never bother turning up to collect. Would never pick them again.

I have no complaints really. Maybe the tracking system at Parcelforce could have supplied more detail and perhaps shipping it through Germany leading up to a holiday weekend was not the best decision. But I am very satisfied with the service and the price.

Have used these just a few times over the last month or so, and definitely seem a little cheaper than some others. Supposed to getting a package picked up from my house yesterday - got the email saying so yesterday morning, and I was definitely in the house all day, but the courier didnt show up. This kind of thing really is a big wind up. Fair enough if you were to get a call saying when they will be able to make it, or even a call to say it wont be possible today etc. But nothing ! Really cannot be bothered with people / businesses who have a cannot be arsed / dont give a monkeys about customer attitude. I will now be trying other companies again if im honest.

Booked a delivery with Parcel Force via Parcel Monkey. Collection was due Thursday 21st May, then postponed to the 22nd. Now Wednesday 27th parcel has still not been collected. The worst part of it is that there is no phone contact number that I can see to contact someone to find out why.

First time sent a parcel by courier, I found the parcel monkey site on the web, the prices seemed very good, it gave me very competitive prices for different couriers ( I found parcel force worldwide was the best service for my needs ). It explained everything I needed to do very clearly, the parcel was picked up promptly when said and delivered to Europe in the time stated all this was tracked through the parcel monkey website. I would recommend this site for its ease of use, the low cost and getting the job done.

Shocking company to deal with. I recently had two chairs collected for delivery to my home but unfortunately a friend took delivery of them as I as not at home. When they arrived, the driver refused to bring them into the house despite the fact it was raining. My friend (female) argued with him and insisted he brought them in but only agreed to do so when she offered to help him. The chairs had been well packaged with the legs removed, packaged and placed on the seat of each chair under the main packaging. One of the chairs had clearly been manhandled as the packaging had come away resulting in dirty marks left on the the upholstery.When I came to put the legs on I discovered three were missing! I immediately contacted Parcelmonkey via their incredibly inefficient Email service and received an Email to the effect that they would contact the carrier. After 24 hours Id heard nothing so contacted them again via the online Live Chat service - what a total waste of time that was!! I searched the Internet to find a contact telephone number but to no avail. Eventually I found a number for DX - the carrier, and I started my own search for the missing legs. DX were marginally more helpful but despite several phone calls and numerous Emails with DX the legs have not been found. I was advised by DX to contact Parcelmonkey for compensation as I have had to buy eight new legs. Again, no chance of speaking personally to anyone and the reply I received basically told me they held no responsibility whatsoever, although I had photographic evidence of the packaged items before pick up. They do offer insurance on the website but the policy excludes items of furniture!! The attitude of this company is extremely poor - once they have your money they no longer have any interest in any problem that may arise. I may add that after the initial contact there was no further follow up from Parcelmonkey, I had to keep contacting them and subsequently did not even receive an apology for the inconvenience and added cost. There is absolutely no way of contacting them by telephone - and the reason is obvious!! This is a shoddy way of dealing with customer complaints.

Extremely happy with the ease of use, cost, efficiency and communication. Finally, good service in the UK returns. Word of mouth is good advertising. Ive certainly not shut up about this company. Next parcel, Ill be using this service. Thanks

The tracking details needed to be updated as it did not show enough info . dates /times and where the parcel was last scan etc,,,
But this seems to have been updated over the past few weeks with most carriers and now tracking page has much more info much better and parcels have always been delivered although the actual delivery times show are not correct add on at least 5-7 days more the estimated if sending outside europe . Overall very pleased with service and responses from CS

For the first time used parcel monkey. After an age filling everything out for an international parcel and paying for it, waited for it to be collected, on 19th May. Waited and e mailed daily No reply called e mailed called, finally the parcel was picked up on the 26th Mau, I had hoped my parcel would have been delivered by then. Never again !!

First time of using Parcelmonkey. I shopped around and Parcelmonkey offered the best deal. We sent a package to Australia on 19th of this month and it was in the country by 24th. The tracker was updated regularly and is showing that it is available for the customer to collect. I would definitely use again.

Cheap but offer terrible customer service and have no phonlines to get something sorted if you have a problem so its all through very slow emails. DO NOT USE DX THROUGH THEM
