The parcel was picked up in Eastleigh on Wednesday morning and was delivered to the address in SW France less than two days later. All for a reasonable cost

I placed an order 5 (five!) weeks ago and my parcel has not been delivered yet. According to DPD (the courier) Parcel Monkey didnt forward the necessary information to allow them to another courier, not even upon request. I urged Parcel Monkey to get in touch with DPD several times, which the members of the "support" centre obviously refused to do. Instead, after a few weeks, the contract was cancelled against my will (you should find the respective correspondence with the "support"-centre). My questions as regards recovery for the damages occurred due to breach of contract have not been answered yet. Neither have I received a refund.

I used the DPD service where you drop your parcel off at a local shop - which is great if you dont want to wait at home all day.
Unfortunately, when I dropped the parcel off, neither of the staff knew how to process the parcel and asked for the Tracking Number which I didnt have (its actually one of the many codes on the label). They had to wait until the following day when the manager was in to process it.
I also got several emails telling me that my parcel was going to be collected and that I had to be in to ensure collection - which was slightly worrying. But, in the end we worked out what the Tracking Number was, it got collected and then delivered safely.
Its a good value service, but the systems need a bit of reviewing to make them seamless. Having used it once I would use it again.

Having booked the pick up - with pick Up between the hours of 9 am to 6 pm - no one arrived. I kept ringing to check on the status of someone coming but got lots of vague answers or excuses, like someone had tried to pick up the item but no one was at home - this was a lie as we sat in all day! Eventually the item was picked up at midday the following day. I was not impressed at all with the service. A 2 hour window for deliverys or pickups would help enormously. Having to hang around for a whole day is very tedious. I have to say I probably wouldnt use this service again.

Did exactly what it said on the tin!
I was provided with an hour slot for pick up, which was unusual but very welcome. The courier came as advised and having used other firms, for the first time in nearly 4 years my parcels have been delivered without any drama.

I had to send a parcel to the Netherlands, and since the courier arrived witohout notifying me I had to rebook and reschedule my parcel, get refund. This has nothing to do with Parcel Monkey, but communication with them through online chat was not quick, pleasant or hassle free and required a lot of my attention. All in all I got what I paid for, a really competitive price service, but once you need to do any communication with Parcel Monkey, things just get less pleasant.

Having recieved a quote in my local post office which would have meant applying for a mortgage extention I decided to try Parcel Monkey. The options are far superior to those offered at the post office for a fraction of the price.A courier arrived promptly outside my door and whisked my parcel away.As it was an expensive item I opted for an insured value and a signed for delivery.My customer recieved the item the next day.Very impressed with the ease ,quality and value of Parcel Monkey.Would definetely recommend.

Parcel was booked to be collected Thursday. (We got email to give us hr time slot which was spot on). Parcel was received in Australia Monday. Amazing and cheap too. Will definitely be posting more with these. Well done!!

Sent a large parcel (22kg) and no problems - collected from house, delivered on time. My only criticism was it took 36hrs for the tracking to start working, but otherwise great service.

I got quoted £140 for a parcel via royal mail from the UK to Hong Kong with a delivery time of 40 days! Went online with Parcel Monkey and i paid £79 for a collection feom the UK to my house in Hong Kong in 3 days!!! Incredible service door to door, highly recommend!

First I was surprised how cheap ParcelMonkey was. But No one for the collection (I had to bring my parcels to the depot). And guess what... No one to bring me the parcels to the destination (I had to pick them up). And no one to call me even if I put my number on the website!!! Plus the state at the arrival was a real disaster.

Was attracted to parcelmonkey because of their same day collection service with parcelforce. However, after waiting in all day, no collection - no email, no nothing. Rearranging collection is easy via website and they did collect my parcel this time around and they did deliver it the following day. So the service itself is great and good value. BUT 2 different times are advertised on the website as being the cut off for same day collection - 10 & 10.30. I completed my request at 10.10 (so obviously the earlier cut off is correct), however I was not sent any notification that my collection wouldnt be same day. It wouldnt stop me using them again but is not great customer service

First I had my doubts how anyone could offer a service with the same big name parcel companies for less money, but I was pleasantly surprised how smooth everything went from pick-up the next morning to delivery on time as stated. Would recommend to anyone, thank you for reinstalling some faith!
