On contacting DPD via Parcelmonkey (1.7.15) I started to complete the necessary forms. I was confused by some to clicked the help line and was taken through all my problems. A while later I noticed I had done something wrong so contacted them again and was helped by friendly person. Given 10-11 slot for pick up - 10.11 parcel collected. Kept up todate with tracker and given 9.7.15 for delivery. Very worried as recipient always has problems with parcels being delivered. This morning I received a fb message from friend showing the contents of the parcel and stating how thrilled she was the parcel had been delivered 2 days early. I was so happy I have put it on FB this is greatest courier I have dealt with. The cost of parcel was less than 1/3rd of the price Royal Mail quoted me and they stated delivery would be between 1-2 weeks. I hope my sincere thanks are passed on to all the marvellous staff who work for them. I am 100% delighted.

Poor, bad, inadequate. I booked this over a week ago. The Parcel was not collected (not Parcel Forces fault), the repercussions have been terrible. We subsequently took the Parcel to the post office, Parcel Force collected it from there, but because there was no Barcode on the label it was returned to the post office a few days later. Parcel force cannot handle a non bar coded label, there is no way for me to print a bar coded label through Parcel monkey or Parcel Force. Through talking to several service desks at Parcel Force I have re-arranged collection for tomorrow (the local depot have kindly reprinted the correct label).

This is a great way to send a parcel. Pick your courier according to the service and delivery schedule you require, pay by paypal, and its all done smoothly. I chose Parcelforce 24, no printer required, collected from my home next day, delivered the following day to recipient, and at half the cost quoted at the post office.
Will certainly use Parcel monkey again.

Booked courier with parcel monkey for first time as I usually use Hermes but I needed to send a parcel weighing over 15kg and they wouldnt take it. So I put my parcel details into parcel monkey which gave me a few courier price results. The cheapest turned out to be parcel force and was £26 for 2 parcels weighing 19kg and 6kg. Out of curiosity I checked how much directly from parcel force and was surprised it was over £50! I dont know how parcel monkey were able to use the same company for half the price but Im so glad they were. Fantastic service A*****

Parcel monkey was recommended to me by a friend. I have never used a parcel comparison site before so I was very happy to find how easy and comfortable the site was. The results were better than I had hoped for and would recommended parcel monkey to anybody.

Totally fed up with the whole episode, our parcel arrived at its destination late and damaged, quite clearly dropped.. no refund, compensation or apology for the tardy service, leaving us out of pocket, would not use again.

Found this site had the best price for a large parcel to America (the insurance was agreat price too), easy to fill the form and the custom form was completed for me. This is the second time I have used parcel monkey and I will be using them again.

ParcelMonkey gave me several cheap quotes which saved me about £40! My parcel was paid for in the evening, and collected the next day in the afternoon. The item was sent overseas and arrived quickly in good condition. Will definitely use again!

I love Parcel Monkey, i can arrange for parcels to be collected from my home for a really reasonable price. The website is easy to navigate and the customer service has always been flawless.
My only issues have ever been directly with a couple of the couriers - one of which went in to liquidation! I will stress that neither issue has been the fault of Parcel Monkey and they have even helped to put things right when its the error of the company they are representing.
Very confident to keep using them as i know they will look after me!

Parcel Monkey are normally OK, but theyre only as good as the service provider, in this case Parcel Force did not collect our parcel as promised under the 24 service. When we asked Parcel Monkey for a refund we were told to check the terms and conditions which state that it is not their fault so dont expect a refund when the 24 hour service is not delivered! Not exactly the worlds greatest customer care!

Had a few queries due to lacking elements on website, but these were solved using the live chat function, to which I received fast and concise responses. Ive dealt with them in the past and had some minor damage to packaging to a heavily insured package, but I cant really blame them for that! The service I had received in the past was very good.

Parcel Monkey is an easy to use service that put me in touch with the most cost effective courier in the area. The only negative was the courier who failed to collect and I had to deliver to a local office myself

Insurance cover was 1000 pounds, after receiving the items claim was made (including photos etc) but suprisingly they requested a picture of the inner packaging (which was described). Bcs the pic was forgotten to send, the rejected the claim due to the "deadline". We were moving from the UK to abroad after our studies and were suggesting PM to everybody. We will now let our student societies know not work with PM.

Package was sent insured, but was damaged in transit. When recipient tried to claim damages, was told that the item was not covered in the insurance. When I booked I searched the list of items for what was not covered and it was not on there.
