I use Parcel Monkey frequently for UK/South Africa parcels. Invartiably parcels eventually get to their intended destination. But the internal Parcel Monkey tracking, and even the links to their external courier partners, if you can weazle them out of Parcel Monkey, do not work usually until after the parcel is delivered. 2 to 4 days is not correct - usually 7 to ten. Would not mind if their CUSTOMER SERVICE was readily ACCESSIBLE and RESPONSIVE. You can wait 2 to 3 days for a nebulous response clearly designed to fob you off as a delaying tactic. So in short the delivery will happen eventually, but customer service and tracking is an illusion.

Good service - the only things that would improve it are: (Specific to Parcelforce) Knowing the approximate time of collection would have been nice. We were told the driver was supposed to bring a parcel label but didnt.

I have used parcel monkey many times and each time my parcel has been picked up and delivered to their destination quickly and cheaper than any where else will continue to use this excellent service everytime thank you

Booked a collection and delivery over a week ago, the parcel was collected exactly a week ago. It should have been a 4 day priority service. The shipment ID supplied is still showing as invalid. I contacted the company who told me that parcels are "not their responsibility" since they only represent other couriers. They were unable to assist and told me to get in touch with the courier who actually collected the parcel. Despite having paid for and been informed I was paying for a four day "priority" service, in fact the service booked was a cheaper "value" service which I could have booked cheaper had I gone direct to the courier. In the meantime the parcel is nowhere to be found and Parcel Monkey are refusing to take any responsibility.

The cheapest prices I have found for international shipping! The best bit about parcel monkey is not needing to pay vat or handling costs. They deal with everything for you! Great service, will definitely use it again...5 STAR!

parcel monkey were excellent because, the courier (royal mail) was booked via parcel monkey to collect on a Wednesday, but I missed him. it was easy to rebook (for free) so that he returned the following day (Thursday), and my parcel went off and arrived to the recipient on friday. very happy, thank you!

I was sceptical using any courier after my last experience whereby the company I used couldnt guarantee the item in transit (I was shipping a £2,000 embroidery machine so I drove the item to the buyer myself as they were fairly local). This time the buyer of my item wasnt local and although it was of a lesser value (only £700) I still wanted cover. I paid extra which I was happy to do and the item was picked up on time. I could even track it along the way until it was safely delivered. Overall a great and stress free service and I wouldnt hesitate to use again. Restored my faith in couriers after seeing a tv programme about how items are handled. Well done

I like the idea of Parcel Monkey. The user interface is modern and simple enough. My only negatives are: 1) I cannot seem to pay with a debt/credit card when Im not physically in the UK. Since I mostly arrange my deliveries while being abroad, this is a slight annoyance. I had to resort to using a UK based VPN to get my payment approved. 2) No PayPal option: This is the only site without PayPal as a payment option that I have come across in a long time. 3) No parcel tracking information in the emails from Parcel Monkey.

The service was easy to use, effective, and very cheap. I could book my shipment the day before collection. My parcel was collected on the right day and delivered 3 days after (international delivery). The online assistance was also a useful service.

made booking at 7.30 pm on the Monday , collected Tuesday , delivered Wednesday 11.30 am .
Now thats what I call fast !!!! . Im happy , customer happy , we are all happy ! . Happy , happy joy joy !.

I sold a heavy item on ebay for UK only delivery to reduce shipping costs but the buyer lived in Portugal!
I went on Parcelmonkey to see if it was possible to ship economically and found a shipper who was cheaper and quicker than UK delivery!
Brilliant.
The package arrived in Portugal quicker than some parcels I shipped in the UK.

Paid for a 2 day delivery to France. No label arrived, so then delayed by one day. Parcel eventually arrived but took 8 days!!!

Cant fault them, always the cheapest quotes often substantially lower than going direct to the pro ider and very clear easy to use service.

The assigned courier was DPD, using a 48-hour service from the UK to the Netherlands. It took 4 days to arrive. I wrote twice to DTP and so far - 4 days after the first email and 3 days after the second, I have yet to receive the courtesy of a reply. Just to make clear - Parcelmonkey is great - but DO NOT opt for DPD to be the delivery company - they are slow, unreliable & uncaring.

Nearly got bought out by an excess added when i went to pay for a parcel force delivery to Northern Ireland. It more than doubled the postage, not sure why, but ended up buying postage on PayPal, with Parcelforce and it was £3.00 cheaper than the original cost. i dont get it.
