just will wait until my delivery will be collected, however the team reply me and tried to avoid conflict and mistakes therefore im satisfied with the service provided.of course not completely until my delivery will be collected by my mother

Good pricing, past parcel arrived fine, but there is way too little instruction, it is too vague, and arrives too late. The email that comes out just as something is about to ship with instructions on how to pack and label goods is redundant by that point and should be sent as soon as a booking is made, to both the person booking and to the address sending the parcel. There is no information given about whether the other party is also recieving instructions or whether instructions need to be forwarded to them by the payee. The labels and customs documents dont execute as a pdf file and so cant be easily saved and forwarded to the person packing the goods. Instead Ive had to go through the laborious process of printing, scanning then emailing them - unneccessary for it to be that hard. You take the email address of the person sending the goods as well as the receiver so why not send the neccessary documents to both? I would like to use parcelmonkey again but these processes have to be improved asap for it to be worthwhile.

From the 24 hour late pick up, to the customer service who had no idea about the order, to the eventual collection and now NINE days later the suitcase hasnt arrived yet. My only regret is that i have to give one star in order to rate them.

No need to write any more its all in the title. I didnt have to print anything. I was sent notifications on pick up and delivery times and the customer was very happy with his goods, thank you.

Parcels were dropped off and labelled correctly, yet three weeks after the delivery date, they had still not even been collected by the courier from Parcel Monkey. When asked about this, they blamed the courier company (who, as it turned out, were not at fault at all). They then blamed me, the weather, and about forty other things. When I took my parcels back to give to a competent company, they refused to issue a refund, until I threatened them with court action. When the call centre staff refused to help, they refused to put me through to someone more senior, and when I was offered a callback, it never came. Utterly useless. I would rather walk over hot coals than use this bunch of incompetent morons again.

I wouldnt personally bother. It looks like I am going to get a negative rating on eBay because it took 24 hours for any enquiry email to get a response. I kept checking junk email just in case it went in that box but nothing. After five days and a long weekend waiting for a response have booked another courier. Just waiting now to get a refund! Wonder how long that will take and in the meantime my our chaser from ebayer is now threatening a negative response and cancel the purchase! Great joy

Parcel Monkey is a user friendly site easily allows you to compare cost of sending large bulky items. Unfortunately down by delivery company I chose ...(.perhaps beware of choosing cheapest option!) however this is no reflection on PM though!

Ordered on Fri before a bank holiday it said 3grs left for next day delivery via Courier. I dropped it off 20 mins later. Parcel arrived on 2nd Sept... It was dropped off on 28th. Let down. Cant be relied on.

Im really disappointed to say that my attempt to send a parcel from Basingstoke to Aberdeen via Parcel Monkey failed. I used the DPD Pickup service and all seemed to be going well...I paid my money, printed the label and took it to the Halfords store. The man in Halfords didnt have a clue...he thought I was trying to pick up a parcel (well the service is called pickup I suppose). He tried scanning various things with different scanners and then found someone else to ask. A little huddle built up and eventually they took the parcel from me and gave me a DPD card with a tracking number on it. I took that home, and to my great relief it said my parcel had been dropped off at my local DPD shop. I kept tracking, every day...then on the 3rd day I called DPD. They said that sorry, someone from Aberdeen needed to ask someone in DPD Newbury to go and get it. They would try to get it done that day. The the fifth day it was still there. I called DPD again, and this time was told that as I didnt have a DPD account that Parcel Monkey needed to place an order with DPD. So I raised a case with Parcel Monkey. I had no response by the following day, so tried the chat. That said everybody was busy and I should leave my email address and a message...but then I got a human on the screen. I explained the problem, they said they had spoken to DPD and it would be sorted. So I waited another day. The parcel is still there. No update from Parcel Monkey. I sent them a message saying if it hadnt been picked up I was going to retrieve it from Halfords and send it by Royal Mail. It is now the end of the day. Im off to Halfords before it gets lost (hopefully) and will never attempt to use Parcel Monkey again. Now I know that DPD Pickup was only launched in June....but frankly the DPD staff and the Halfords staff dont have a clue about it. The process is simply broken. Dont risk it!

We booked a collection on the 28th August with parcel monkey using the courier Parcelforce, but it is now 4th September and still waiting for it to be collected goodness knows how long it will actuially take to be delivered! So far Parcel Monkey have failed to respond to our email as to what to do next. PM_3064494_3903902 is your reference, and CK123869367GB is parcelforce reference.

Parcel was never collected when they said it would be, and was never given an explanation why not! Only reason they are receiving 2 stars is because I received a refund a few days later without too much hassle.
