I had a text message giving a window of 1 hour for collection, and the parcel was collected on schedule.
It was on the delivery van in France 2 days later, and I was kept informed of progress. There was nobody to take delivery but that is not the fault of Parcel Monkey or Chronopost. Overall, Very impressive service.

Disappointed that the parcel was not collected on the date expected and if this is the case I feel that delivery should automatically be rescheduled for the following day rather than having to do myself online. By the time I checked online the following day to see what was going on I was too late to book collection that day (Friday) so the parcel was not collected until the Monday. I just think this is poor when next day delivery has been paid for.

I recently used Parcel Monkey to collect and deliver an Induction Hob I purchased online. Parcel Monkey in turn used Parcelforce 48. I clearly described the item during the Parcel Monkey checkout process as "INDUCTION HOB, EXTREMELY FRAGILE" and the sender also packaged well and put fragile tape all over the packaging. During the checkout process I was offered to insure the package which I did. The hob was delivered smashed to pieces. I applied to Parcel Monkey for compensation through the insurance I had purchased only to be told the item was NOT insured as it has glass components and is therefore on their "restricted items" list. Parcel Monkey are refusing to deal with my compalint that even though the item is on their "restricted list" or "small print list" as I call it, they still sold me insurance so shoud be responsible. They are extremely unhelpful, uncaring and frankly not bothered that they have destroyed someones possesions. I am currently fighting a long term illness/health issues and cannot afford to replace the item they have destroyed. I would steer clear of these cowboys at all costs, please dont risk it.

I will definitely be using Parcel Monkey again and recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, simple and easy to use service to transport their packages from point A to point B. I was using someone else before I found Parcel Monkey but they were always letting me down with missed deliveries or lost packages. None of that here. I am so glad I found Parcel Monkey.

First time user of Parcel Monkey, and so glad I did use it. I had quite a large package to ship and did not think it would be too expensive until Royal Post quoted me at 102.90 pounds, and that was for a 28 day delivery! Parcel Monkey quoted me at just a little less than half of the Royal Post quote, and that was for Priority International shipping. Packages received five days later intact and in great shape. Looking forward to calling upon you again for more shipments. Thank you.

The website is simple to use and price comparison was very helpful.
Booked Parcel Force by they didnt collect the package until a day after it was scheduled for collection which means i had to take 2 full days off work and the buyer wasnt very happy as they needed the package within 3 days.
Will definitely use Parcel Monkey again but not sure about Parcel Force.

My son uses parcel monkey and suggested I use them as I had very large parcel to send. It was collected on time by parcel force and arrived safely. It was also cheaper than parcel force quote online. Would recommend

pickup times should be a visible option - this was very important to me and in the selection of packages I couldnt find that information. I had to call parcelforce customer service to ask about that.

First time I have used this service. All went well. Picked up on the day and delivered two days later. Would have left 5 stars but there is no time given when they pick up. Therefore most of day wasted waiting for parcels to be picked up late afternoon. Still v pleased with service.

Havent used parcel monkey in a while due to their increased prices from a few years ago when they were competitive. However, needed to send a large parcel out with Parcelforce which was extremely well packaged, only to be told by the recipient that item arrived broken. I cant claim either due to the nature of the item. With "fragile" tape on the box, you would assume Parcelforce would treat parcels better, but they never do.

Cant believe this service, door to door from Norfolk to Tipperary in Irish Republic in 51 hours, faster than sending a letter. Was also able to track the parcels through out the journey. What more can I say other than a fantastic service. Will definetaly use this company from now on without hesitation.

Booked same day collection on the 4th August (it said underneath in green letters if we booked within 36mins the collection would be made the same day). I did this well within the 36mins and the collection wasnt made until the next day - 5th August!) I specifically chose same day pick-up because it was a very important parcel which needed to get to its destination ASAP! Why do you not do what it says on the tin?

Parcel Monkey has the most deficient services not to talk about customer services and how they treat the customers. They lost my 20kg parcel and they offered me the refund of £25.66, as they say that the CLOTHES that I put on my parcel are considered PERSONAL EFFECTS and therefore not covered by the insurance. This only two months after I sent my parcel. The only option to complain and try to know about the whereabouts of my parcel was to go through a Live Chat of completely helpless staff, they dont even offer a customer phone to reduce costs! UNACCEPTABLE

PARCEL SHOULD HAVE BEEN COLLECTED ON A TUESDAY BUT POSTMAN DID NOT HAVE THE PAPERWORK. HE DID NOT HAVE THE PAPERWORK ON WEDNESDAY EITHER BUT I ASKED HIM TO TAKE IT AS CUSTOMER WAS WAITING FOR THE GOODS. GOODS EVENTUALLY ARRIVED WITH THE CUSTOMER LATE THE FOLLOWING MONDAY AFTERNOON. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
