As a place to find cheaper delivery services, Parcelmonkey is great! There are always a good selection of couriers on offer once you,ve put your parcels details in, some well known, others I hadnt heard of. The prices are so much cheaper than using the couriers own website, even Parcelforce!
My only gripe is, for some reason, I have trouble downloading, viewing and printing the delivery label via PDF. Other PDFs from elsewhere I use download fine, but Parcelmonkeys, well, they just dont. Customer service are helpful but I still have the same problem each time Ive used Parcelmonkey and have to use a convoluted way of getting the label printed properly. Very tedious and hence the four, rather than five star review.
That said, it doesnt put me off using a great service...yet!

However i have 2 parcels on a support ticket because they have not been delivered. It is over 4 weeks since the support ticket was raised & the problem has not been resolved yet

I wanted to send my neice her graduation present and wanted a quick but reliable delivery service. I came across parcel monkey and although because of the cheap price i was a bit hesitant about the service quality, but i was pretty much amazed at how efficient and amazing this delivery seevice was. The parcel reached right on time and nothing was missing or damaged. I am impressed with the service and will use this again for sure!

I bought something on eBay which was collection only. I emailed the seller to see if I could organise my own collection and delivery which they were happy to do as long as I covered all the costs! My partner told me to go through parcel monkey. I had never done anything like this before so I went online, followed some really easy steps, paid (which was unbelievably cheap considering it was for 2 very large parcels), and it was done! 2 days later they both arrived together. Fantastic service and extremely reliable. Cheap and fast delivery! I would highly recommend this service to anyone who wants to organise there own collections! Thank you parcel monkey :-)

sent a parcel to holland received tracking numbers for their own site and DPD neither worked, so unable to track. e mailed to let them know couldnt track and given another tracking number but still cant track on their own site or DPD. 7 days later no idea what is going on and they then ask me when it was collected. Says it all, havent got a clue. So 7 days later I have no idea what has happened to my parcel except it was collected and thats it. totally useless dont use.

I sent 2 large strong plastic tanks and one arrived with the corner broken off. It must have had a severe knock to cause damage, I doubt if I could have broken it without using a sledge hammer. This job was sub-contracted to Parcelforce so their fault really.

Im not sure if this is about Parcel Monkey or Parcel Force. I placed the order on a Thursday so I could wait for the courier to collect it the next day (I was moving and planning to be already in my new home when the parcel would be delivered). The courier came and did not knock nor call, they left a note saying that I should reschedule collection. I found the note 20 minutes after it was "delivered" (just slipped into the mailbox, really, as I was home all the time), so I called ParcelForce and asked them if they could call the driver (maybe he was still in the same area) and ask him to come again; they said no. After the hassle of involving other people into this collection (I had already left when it was finally collected on the Monday), Parcel Monkey did not notify me about the collection so it made me reschedule it one more time, which led me to losing the actual parcel number (they gave me a new one) and being unable to track it. The parcel arrived yesterday afternoon for the first time, and when I placed the order on Parcel Monkey I asked to please deliver after 5pm (Parcel Force delivers until 5:30). This was completely ignored, they came yesterday early in the afternoon and today in the morning (after I left for work). This is ridiculous: why wouldnt the driver call before delivery - and before collection? A terrible experience. It has now been a week since I first placed my order and I havent seen my parcel yet. I have rescheduled delivery for Saturday, does Parcel Force actually deliver on Saturdays? Will I ever see my parcel again? Who knows...

Price quoted for parcel delivery was less than half that of a major competitor. I was emailed immediately with information about printing out the address label and when the parcel would be collected. Parcel Monkey collected exactly when they said they would and the parcel arrived in Italy five days later as promised, having delivered to my daughter at the time stated to her. I was really delighted with the speed and efficiency of the service and the fact that parcels are collected from home is great. There is no doubt that I will use this company again. Thank you very much.

Got my supplier to leave a pack in his local post office whcih was then sent to Italy picked up through Parcel Monket In 5 days it was already in Italy and delivered at half the price of price of normal post.

Great and easy service, I was at the airport when I booked the courier and had a friend give the parcel to the person collecting it.
I then panicked for a while because I realised that there wasnt any postage label printed as I do with eBay but was super surprised and relief when I read that the person picking up the parcel would bring a spare label!!! ACE! A***

Simple to use and effective booking service. However ParcelForce 24 hour service took 48 hours and the tracking site was "amended" to remove rather than correct what was either an incorrect entry or a failure to make an original delivery which is very annoying when trying to keep a recipient informed of the progress of a delivery.

I am from Malta and I needed a package to be collect from a UK address and delivered to another UK address. This was handled smoothly by Parcelmonkey, will no hassle.

Weve used parcel monkey for 2 years on and off. They now have dx service they are terrible they dont turn up to collect and a next day service can take 4 days but they will mark it as delivered in tracking even though delivery hasnt been made. Parcel monkey is better than it was but still could be greatly improved.

Ended up ringing the delivery company myself to arrange collection when Parcel Monkey messed it up. I did everything for a next day collection but on the day was told by Parcel Monkey there was no way I could have the collection until the following day due to some error. They did nothing to fix the error. You cant speak to anyone directly and they can be as sorry as they like in their online chat but when you need something collected, best sort it yourself. DPD who my collection with scheduled with came straight out for it once Id called them direct. Shameful service by Parcel Monkey.

Im really happy using this service. I sent a parcel from Uk to Spain and it was so quick! 3 working days and my friend from Spain recived it without any damages. Collecting time exactly on time. But after refieled the application form was a problem with phone number on the shipping label does it mean was different than number I put on the form. But I am really happy and will use it again !! Thank you ParcelMonkey team and DPD team !!! Really thanks!! A+++++
