having tracked parcel it still had not arrived to a child cancer patient after a week. was told it was rerouted and i could pay £5 for it to be sent or disposed of. i have insurance on item weight and measured and packed correctly. lable printed, i have confirmed the address again which is the same as already stated. its ended up in southport not essex. somehow they seem to think this is the error on niayahs funds part. given the correct address and information is clearly on the site. yet they asked for additional money for there error, chasing this up as per sales of goods act its more than covered

I used Parcel Monkey to ship a package from the UK to Greece. DX Freight, the company that handled the shipping never came by to pick up the package even though i kept rescheduling for a week. Same thing happened after I cancelled my order and made a new one using ParcelForce this time. I am aware that Parcel Monkey is not the company that handles the shipping but merely schedules it, however it is liable for not taking care of their customers and ensuring their services actually go through. The good side was the helpful employers that handled the case

Do not use parcel monkey They delivered my parcel late then lost part of it. Dont bother complaining they take ages to reply then insult you with only 50% refund even though its there fault. You definitely get what you pay for with these *****s, dont say you havent been warned.

A good service. But we need times of collection. DPD delivery give me an hour slot , and I can even track the driver. That is a brilliant service. Its not always possible to be in for a whole day to wait for a collection

I found parcel monkey to be the cheapest way of sending two bulky items. Not only that it was on a next day delivery also. Both parcels got picked up and delivered as stated. Tracking of the item was great. Would definitely use them again.

Really disappointed with Parcel Monkey when the courier failed to another courier within the one hour time slot - this meant that I had to tell the client the parcel had been delayed by a day and then was re-collected the next day which meant a further 2 days delivery. When I explained all of this to an agent on-line he quoted me the courier terms and conditions and refused to refund me my parcel collection costs, saying that the courier co. involved had not breached their contract however, they failed to turn up during the time slot so that is a breach of service in my books. Even a part refund was not offered so I will not be using parcel monkey again and have gone elsewhere already in order to have a more efficient, guaranteed and reliable service.

Absolute nightmare getting my parcel collected to be delivered. No time given. Had to wait in all day to then get a sorry we missed you slip through the letterbox - no one knocked! Parcel monkey website didnt update itself for re-collection. A lot of phone calls and confusion later the parcel has finally arrived at its destination, 5 days later! It was a 24h service!

My parcel was delivered to the wrong address, despite being labeled correctly. Impossible to speak to anybody directly. Nobody got back to me about my request for more information.

The booking system was easy and efficient. I booked my order at 10.30 am for a same day delivery. I was advised the parcel will be collected at 1.45pm and delivered within 90 monites. The courir eventually showed up at 3.45pm and the parcel delived at 5.45pm when it was required by 4pm. I had to chase nearly 5 times after booking which wasnt good. This was my first time booking the service and am not sure I will be using it again just yet.

I was unfortunate enough to deal with these scum bags, dont make the same mistake! I sent an item with them, they lost the invoice so the item was stick at their holding for days, so many days it went passed their terms and conditions complaint period so after waiting weeks of no contact they finally messaged me. They ignored my chat and email complaints and they DO NOT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER. If something goes wrong you are screwed with 0 chance of getting compensated. After getting their message they charged me a large sum of money to have my item sent back, despite this being all their fault! I had the pay the and wait a week for my parcel! For your own good stay away from this company, and warn others of them, we cant let big businesses use their loopholes and bully hard workers like us.

Parcel picked up same day. I had all sorts of problems with yodel (they didnt turn up twice), so canceled and went with parcel money. Wish Id have gone with them in the first place. Great service.

An efficient way to find the ideal service to send your parcel. Nothing was over complicated, simple and easy to manoeuvre around the site select the appropriate option and pay. Easy peasey!

I ended up using parcelforce but their own website is not very good so it was a much better experience to book through here and have them just deal with the pickup and delivery.

In principle, a GREAT service, relatively easily navigated with the web page. HOWEVER, when it comes to the human element, it took FOUR attempts to get my parcels collected as the drivers couldnt be bothered to read the instructions properly (went to the wrong house) or knock hard enough on the door. Shame, as they tarnish what is otherwise a very good service :(

Ive used parcelmonkey twice now, the second time to return a alrge item someone had accudentally left behind. Pricing was comptitive, web site easy to navigate, collection and delivery happened when stated. Very good service.

All I wanted was a parcel collected and delivered. Didnt pick up twice, when I phone first time, told to rebook. Second told I had to take it to a local shop. Not sure why I wasnt told that the first time? Chose PARCEL MONKEY because they use DPD, who I really like and because the DPD van stops outside my office nearly every day. But no, I have to go to a local Halford or somewhere. In the end went to DPD direct, a much better experience entirely. Bearing in mind all this took place in the capital city of Wales, were not talking out in the sticks! Have cancelled and am awaiting a refund. My suggestion is you probably shouldnt get your parcels delivered by monkeys.

Used a DPD service to Europe. Tracked my parcel all the way to my recipient. Arrived in 48 hrs. Fantastic.

It wasnt too expensive, they took my two boxes from home (in London) and delivered to Italy in one week. No damages and they closed my boxes in a safer way. Well done.

Paid for delivery of item (DPD pickup service), dropped item off at pickup location (Thursday). Nothing happened for 2 working days, asked Parcel Monkey what was happening, said theyd look into it see what happened and get back to me. Nothing heard for a day so ask them again. Said they contacted DPD and it would get picked up. Nothing happens on tracking for a day so ask again, this time they contacted DPD and said they messed up. Finally collect on Friday (one week one day after drop off). Doesnt get delivered until after bank holiday. No compensation or proper apologies, like it was sweep under carpet.

My parcel was not collected as arranged and I had no communication from Parcel Monkey as to why. Hugely frustrating not having a telephone contact for urgent communication. They could and should communicate much better with their customers.

Weve had a few problems over the last few months, I suppose thats in the logistics DNA Some of the difficulties have been of my own making. But however small or large the problem Jonathan in the UK or the wonderfully laid back yet always deliver. Ive had a few packages gone missing but they have never failed to find it in the end to sum up an excellent service at a superb price. 5 stars rating
