Although i had a glitch printing out the scan Label, Lorena from customer service mase it all less stressful. She edited what i needed and sent it to me instantly. My parcel reached its international destination without a single problem. Fantastic

We paid for a saturday delivery . it was so important for our customer to receive this parcel on the saturday . It finally arrived on the Tuesday ... Broken. do i have to say more

Apparently they managed to lose my parcel! Seeing as there "was no insurance", they will not reimburse the value of the parcel (only shipping costs) even though they acknowledge that they "lost" it. I have never had a shipping company lose a parcel before, so I must unfortunately recommend NOT to use their services.

It took DPD 2 attempts to another courier, first time the driver did not turn up and when I called customer service, they were just oblivious to the my concern, they booked for a collection for the following day, I received an email to say they would pick up between 21:48 - 22:48pm, which is absolutely crazy, nevertheless I waited, and again the driver did not turn up. I called customer service and had to re arrange another collection, this time I received an email to say they will collect between 9:00 -17:00pm, another day wasted waiting but finally at 17:30 the drive came to collect, and now I cant track my parcel online. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with, delivery option I chose was 3-6 days, today is the 7th day and I dont know where my parcel is.

Service provided and saving are good. The only issue I experienced is that I had to reschedule the collection to the next day as the carrier wasnt provided with the full address by parcel monkey (so I had to call directly the carrier)

Collection was agreed on 3 occasions and each occasion the parcel wasnt picked up. Queried this with them and response was incredibly slow.

Easy to use courier service. I dropped my parcel off at a local collection point and it was delivered within 2 days. I could track the parcel the whole way and got an email once it had been successfully delivered. All for less than half the price of royal mail!

I placed & paid for order and printed off label on a Wednesday. When I took the parcel to the local DPD shop as indicated on the list of local drop off points the barcode wouldnt scan as the tracking number on the label wasnt recognised by the system. I came back with the parcel and emailed Parcel Monkey. The next day I got a new label which I printed off & added to my parcel. I then took the parcel back to the local shop to be told by a different member of staff that they dont offer a drop off service, only a pick up service. I therefore came back with the parcel for a 2nd time. I contacted DPD direct to be told that not all shops listed offer a drop off service! There is no differentiation on the shops listed! DPD told me my nearest drop off shop (not near at all!) so finally, on the Friday (2 days delay!) my parcel was successfully dropped off and was delivered the following Tuesday.

Dont not use parcel monkey maybe try parcel hero or other more helpful company with actual phone numbers where you can speak to a human being instead of try to sort the problems out via there messaging service.

Very pleased with my international delivery to Slovakia. Used dpd service and got all the important info I needed, was notified all the way through. The parcel even arrived a day earlier than expected. Recommended!

I couldnt believe how fast this shipment of a large box of kids clothes to provincial France was. Picked up from me on Thursday, delivered Saturday lunchtime! Outstanding value too. Highly recommended

I booked Parcel Force 24 service with insurance for £1000 on Wednesday for pickup on Thursday and delivery on Friday after interacting with the customer care executive Lorena ( she was a great lady yo deal with and was helpful and courteous) Pickup happened after 5 pm on Thursday my four heavy boxesweighing 99 kilos in all were put in a cart and pushed down from the second floor by the collection guy like junk and then dumped in the van by throwing them inside. This was the beginning of the nightmare as the delivery NEVER happened the next day as scheduled, the recipient waited the whole day, The following morning with great difficulty after tracing the contact phone number we managed to contact the office and were put through different office who told us that two of the four pieces were in Coventry and the other two were not traceable, we explained to them that we had to take along the boxes to India on Tuesday and that was the reason we chose the next day delivery, we were totally stressed out till the goods reached us on Monday. After reaching India and opening the boxes found a number of valuable items damaged as well. what surprises me is that there is not even a word of apology for the delay from them for the stress we went through for three days nor any offer of compensation. I must say that I find this as highly unprofessional and unethical. I want to take up this matter to higher scale if I do not get a reply from them. Customer Name: Pervez Sheriff

Poor rating as although Parcel Monkey seemed to work, DPD totally failed to live up to expectations. They failed to collect parcel on day agreed saying it wasnt ready which was totally wrong as someone was in our office all day and no DPD person came to us. This was my first experience of using PM so was it their fault well no, but they stand and fall by the sub contractor i.e. DPD. I will use PM again but not with DPD.

I booked "by Monday next working day drop off at location" service on Saturday using parcelMonkey. I dropped off parcel on time as suggested. Next working day was Monday; it wasnt delivered by Monday 9am. It was delivered on Tuesday 9am. I had spent that extra money to get it delivered on Monday. If i wanted Tuesday i could have posted next day parcel on Monday. I spent £26.99 for Monday morning but they didnt pick and thus not delivered on time. Not trustworthy.

I was travelling to Denmark and didnt want to be dragging a heavy suitcase, so I opted for to send a parcel which also would be cheaper option than paying for an extra check-in luggage or send per Royal Mail.
Webpages interface is easy to view and use. The parcel could be picked up as soon as the day after, or any day of your choosing, and arrive in 2-3 working days (sent Thursday and arrived Monday). Driver had a label, so you basically only have to make sure to pack your parcel and secure it properly (instruction sent per email).
I was very happy with the service as it was foolproof-easy, trackable, prompt and for a reasonable price and because it generally made it so much easier for me than be carrying an extra luggage or bring the parcel to the post office for a higher cost of postage.
A highly recommendable service which I no doubt will use again and again.

Picked up on Thursday and was delivered on the Saturday. Great service would advise anyone to use this company. Will never use Hermes or Yodel ever again

The process of finding a suitable courier through comparison on the Parcel Monkey website is easy. However initial costs shown are subject of considerable change when more detail is entered. So check carefully. I liked the reminder texted to me on collection day. The Parcelforce collection and delivery went without a hitch. However, the parcel collected on behalf of Nightfreight did not fare so well. I was informed by the recipient that the package had been dumped in the road, the cardboard wrapping badly damaged, and a carry bag inside the parcel was damaged. Luckily the item inside the bag was ok. As it cost £41 to send it was a very disappointing service.

shipped my goods on the 10th sep with a 3 days delivery.. needed it to reach destination at least by 17th . its delayed and the tracking website give little information. no one has contacted me so far with any information

Very straight forward , easy , fast, reasonable price, only one thing for collection they should give you a hour space no 9-17, it is quiet long day to sit by window and wait may of us have ( school runs, appointments and so on), for delivery you give a hour slot and for collection all day. But overall very pleasant experience. Will use you again.

It was the first time I used Parcel Monkey to send a parcel to Italy. They got the delivery address wrong after having twice put in the correct address on line before sending it. They took a long time to answer my query on line so I missed the day I had wanted to send it. Poor communication - which wasted a lot of my time. I was not happy. In the end, the parcel got there. I will probably not use them again.

I am very happy with this service. My boxes were collected from Scotland and delivered to Catalonia very quickly and I was able to track them online both via the Parcel Monkey website and DPD. Boxes were in perfect condition too. Would definitely use this company again and recommend it to others. Thank you
