If you are looking for a cheap carrier and arent overly concerned about strict timelines then Parcel Monkey is perfectly adequate. Its always worth shopping around but the prices are generally quite low and youd struggle to get those prices directly from the carrier. Generally in our experience the parcels have arrived at the location in one piece but inevitably they are difficult to trace as you arent dealing with the carrier themselves. However, we would advise never to go with the options that use Yodel, as these have always ended up going wrong. It seems these parcels in particular end up being passed through at least two different carriers which leaves them impossible to trace. In our case we have lost orders and had orders delivered to the wrong addresses. If you are to use Parcel Monkey we would always recommend paying the couple of pounds more to go with the more reputable carriers like Parcel Force or TNT, if carriers such as this arent available we would recommend going elsewhere.

HI, this company is fine until something goes wrong. I had to move the date of collection of the parcel 3 times because a question was not answered and it took me 3 messages and live chat to sort things out and I ended up getting a refund and starting again. So yes the company is good but check, check and check again before clicking confirm.

The parcel was dispatched on May 1st to holland and was returned to the UK on 13th saying the destination could not be found. There have been no phone calls to me or the recipient or e mails. The address on the parcel was clear. It lay in a depot in Holland for 8 days without any contact. I am very disappointed.

Booked for same day pick up. No one turned up I decided to myself to the depot and drop off myself, as i was passing nearby on that day. For the next 3 days curriers kept coming to my address to a collection which was on longer there. Avoid

I sent an important and private document to Philippines. the courier did not leave any collect your parcel card so did not know where the parcel. Contacting parcel monkey is inefficient because the only way is to email them which is time consuming. Highly not recommended.

Parcel collected on site on Thursday 7th May. Was not delivered Monday 11th May. I phoned and was told it would be delivered next day. I asked for a message about access to be passed to the driver and the recipient had a big sign also stating regarding access. The recipient found a card left by the driver stating he had tried to deliver at 3.20, (when the premises were open and fully manned) and had now returned the parcel to an address for them to collect. They went and got it on Wednesday. Appalling service and internal communication. Will never use again for anything urgent.

never show up to collect then when you contact there help they just say its not us its the courier company i understand that they are just a comparision but when bought through them surley they have some responsbilty will never use again ive had some problem with around 5 collections better to go via another site or even direct

Put a parcel in a 24 hour delivery and 3 days later no delivery attempt has been made, no tracking updates since collection, no replies to numerous support requests, no reply to messages sent to DX, no updates via Live Chat. Dreadful service. Now blocked from their Facebook Page where I made a complaint! I will do everything I can to make folks aware of how bad these Donkeys are!! Send a parcel with 8 items and they arent delivered toguether. One box per day.. Try to contact parcel monkey and no answer chat nit working and no phone number. Worst experience ever lets see if i will recive everything.

The service from Parcel Monkey was good but the handling of my parcel by Parcelforce was shocking. The parcel was a well packaged sink, thoroughly protected with bubble wrap and polystyrene, however it was smashed to bits on arrival.

Wanted to send some cushions that were over 1 metre in length....Parcel Monkey came up trumps where all others failed! Easy website to use, collection made on same day and 48 hour delivery as requested, meant customer received their parcel on time! Will definitely reuse!

If you want to send a parcel via Parcelforce, its simply much cheaper via this service. Get a quick quote, pay via paypal etc and you can print your label within a couple of minutes. I saved about £7 on what I would have paid for exactly the same service at the Post Office. Just stick the label on your parcel, drop it off at the Post office, and thats it. Excellent.

My first experience is a good one. A grandsons birthday is pretty important when you live 12,000 miles away, but Parcelmonkey exceeded my expectations and parcel was delivered to a local post office within 48 hours.
Amazing! A smaller window for pick up would be helpful.
