I ordered collection of item for next day. They came at 5pm. It arrived at delivery address around 1pm the following day. Unfortunately there was a very big tear in the box and the item was exposed when it reached recipient and it also head a lot of dents. It was a brand new box that I taped up myself and there was a picture on the side of the item enclosed, so I dont see why a big tear had been put on the box but the item was still entacked.

Parcel Monkey have sent me this form asking me how they have done. The parcel is still waiting to be collected after 5 days waiting and being promised its going to be picked up. This is the second time out of three times Ive used them that this happens. There is no telephone number to call just email. Disaster . Do not use

The service was easy to use, they collected promptly, and the items arrived when they were supposed to in good condition. I would absolutely use this service again!!

Our parcel was due for collection on 15th Sep that was a no show. Spoke with a very nice lady from Parcelforce at Stoke who assured us it would be collected on the 16th Sep. When the time got to 4pm on the 16th rang stoke again, the driver was not coming again that day. It was finally collected on the 16th from a completely different depot. So no not very trustworthy, will not be using them again. Back to another courier for us

UPS lifted @ Gourock PM and parcel was delivered to Belfast within 24 hours. A good service end to end

Honestly I was happy with overall experience (price, tracker, delivery time) but the guy who picked my package ruined everything. To treat a customer like that is beyond my imagination. Probably DPD can bring a slogan "smile for customer"?

Terrible experience. Made booking, collection not made on date specified and then blamed by customer services it was my fault as I must have selected the wrong date. Will not be using again.

Everything happened as expected. Would have liked instructions for packaging before I committed as I had wrapped and weighed parcel and paid for delivery, then I was told that each item needed wrapping separately. Otherwise, excellent, efficient service. Would definitely use them again. Really liked being able to track parcel and know when it had been delivered.

I usually use MyHermes to send packages, but they dont do anything over 15kg. I did a quick Google and Parcel Monkey came up. Brilliant price and collected the next day!

Its a very good idea, but Im not sure why the quoted price for a package is so different from the actual price - quoted about £12, it came to over £30. The person who received the package said it arrived damaged. Not a fan of having to wait in between 8am-6pm for pickup.

Initially, Parcel Monkey seemed to be easy to use and good value, BUT... First problem - the box in which to input the pickup and delivery addresses on their website are ridiculously short. I have a normal-length address and could not fit all the characters in the box. I think the limit is 9?? Secondly, I tried to change the delivery address - queue many, many emails. More incorrect addresses etc etc. Thirdly, the pickup was made by the courier (DPD, who I actually rate) and then PM then contacted me to say the pickup would be made the next day. All very confusing. And on. And on... Not great, although my item did eventually get delivered, it took a lot of emails backwards and forwards...

Had a great experience with parcel monkey, hope they will keep the service as it is cause its just brilliant. I recommend it to anyone who needs to send quickly stuff nationally or abroad. I have sent boxes from uk to italy without any issue. Thank you parcelmonkey ! ;)

Was a bit unsure at 1st using a courier I hadnt heard of. I wanted to send a 22kg guitar amplifier from the UK to Germany. Quotes from other companies were extortionate, but the quote from parcel mokey was very very competitive.
It was picked up in Northern Ireland on a Monday and arrived safe and sound in Germany on Wednesday.
Would definitely use the service again.

Just a simple straight talking no nonsense does what it says service like the fact it emails me to tell me when it going to be delivered - if the client calls and chases me I know a time slot and boom its sorted !

Wont be using again. Parcel was meant to be collected on the Monday, didnt get picked up until Wednesday. I had to chase for an explanation and apology. They dont have a contact number so had to do this through their chat forum which I personally didnt like. Didnt receive some sort of compensation for the delay.

The delivery was easy to set up online with various options for the date of pick-up and delivery. I had to get the parcel collected from my work address as there was no way of knowing what time of day it would be collected, but that was not really a problem. It arrived safely.

My delivery was a day late which annoyed my important client which is bad for my reputation. The tracking is all automated so I had no idea what to tell my client about where their package was and the parcel monkeys live chat was totally not helpful on the day my parcel was missing being told-its loaded for delivery 3 times doesnt help me . Parcel forces automated tracking info is just frustrating. A humans voice would have been more helpful I feel.

Had to wait in until 4.30 for collection, however large parcel was collected from London and delivered to a Scotland address 3 days later for £13, including insurance - very impressed

Absolutely brilliant service. Cannot believe that you can send a large parcel from the UK on a Monday and it arrives in Canada on the Thursday! Brilliant. Very competitive prices also. Well done.
