Parcel picked up same day. I had all sorts of problems with yodel (they didnt turn up twice), so canceled and went with parcel money. Wish Id have gone with them in the first place. Great service.

An efficient way to find the ideal service to send your parcel. Nothing was over complicated, simple and easy to manoeuvre around the site select the appropriate option and pay. Easy peasey!

I ended up using parcelforce but their own website is not very good so it was a much better experience to book through here and have them just deal with the pickup and delivery.

In principle, a GREAT service, relatively easily navigated with the web page. HOWEVER, when it comes to the human element, it took FOUR attempts to get my parcels collected as the drivers couldnt be bothered to read the instructions properly (went to the wrong house) or knock hard enough on the door. Shame, as they tarnish what is otherwise a very good service :(

Ive used parcelmonkey twice now, the second time to return a alrge item someone had accudentally left behind. Pricing was comptitive, web site easy to navigate, collection and delivery happened when stated. Very good service.

All I wanted was a parcel collected and delivered. Didnt pick up twice, when I phone first time, told to rebook. Second told I had to take it to a local shop. Not sure why I wasnt told that the first time? Chose PARCEL MONKEY because they use DPD, who I really like and because the DPD van stops outside my office nearly every day. But no, I have to go to a local Halford or somewhere. In the end went to DPD direct, a much better experience entirely. Bearing in mind all this took place in the capital city of Wales, were not talking out in the sticks! Have cancelled and am awaiting a refund. My suggestion is you probably shouldnt get your parcels delivered by monkeys.

Used a DPD service to Europe. Tracked my parcel all the way to my recipient. Arrived in 48 hrs. Fantastic.

It wasnt too expensive, they took my two boxes from home (in London) and delivered to Italy in one week. No damages and they closed my boxes in a safer way. Well done.

Paid for delivery of item (DPD pickup service), dropped item off at pickup location (Thursday). Nothing happened for 2 working days, asked Parcel Monkey what was happening, said theyd look into it see what happened and get back to me. Nothing heard for a day so ask them again. Said they contacted DPD and it would get picked up. Nothing happens on tracking for a day so ask again, this time they contacted DPD and said they messed up. Finally collect on Friday (one week one day after drop off). Doesnt get delivered until after bank holiday. No compensation or proper apologies, like it was sweep under carpet.

My parcel was not collected as arranged and I had no communication from Parcel Monkey as to why. Hugely frustrating not having a telephone contact for urgent communication. They could and should communicate much better with their customers.

Weve had a few problems over the last few months, I suppose thats in the logistics DNA Some of the difficulties have been of my own making. But however small or large the problem Jonathan in the UK or the wonderfully laid back yet always deliver. Ive had a few packages gone missing but they have never failed to find it in the end to sum up an excellent service at a superb price. 5 stars rating

I used parcelmoney before - it was very good experience. However, this time I needed some extra insurance for the parcelforce courier- parcelmonkey invited me to choose to pay £1.75 in order to increase the £75 over to £175. However, clever parcelmonkey added £1.75 BEFORE the VAT, and then charged VAT on the total! Insurance in the UK is not subject to VAT - and if you as the customer to pay £1.75 - it should be £1.75, not £2.10 -otherwise it is like a little shoplifting! The stole a little bit from me, and would steal from you! beware!

Easy to use website, reasonable rates, parcel collected just about as promised (18:06 hours for 09:00-18:00 hr scheduled collected). Collected Friday delivered to an address abroad by Tuesday (which was two days quicker than an ordinary small packet sent by post at the same time! My only criticisms would be that a 9 hour collection window is very long and it was impossible to contact a person at any point to discuss the collection, just a very broad FAQs section on website.

Cheapest Post office could send my parcel to Italy was just over £50, Parcel monkey collected it from my door for just £20 via DPD with no problems, now Im set up the next will be even easier. TOP MARKS 😀

Parcelforce collected the parcel. However, in the notes I asked for morning collection. It was collected at 5.15pm and the person had to stay home all day. Is there any way that time slots can be introduced to avoid unnecessary anxiety.

They overcharged me. My actual weight was 30kg but they charged me for 47kg with an additional cost of £47 for this. Paid twice for same shippment . Just played with volumetric weight. Goodbye to parcelmonkey for lifetime. Worst service ever received

Promised to collect & deliver in 5 days, U.K. to U.S.A., and that is exactly what they did. 2nd time i have used parcel monkey, and would recommend to anyone.
The thing i just cant get my head around is that i chose to use parcel force through parcel monkey, and the price was half what i would have been charged at the post office. Not complaining at all, but would love to know why this is. Surely the Post office should be able to be the cheapest, as its part of the post office set up! AND parcel monkey picks the parcel up from your door, so no humping down to the P.O., no queuing, AND you get a signature on delivery!!!! parcel force at the P.O. was even more expensive for this option!

Have used Parcel Monkey a few times now. Never a problem. The whole process is so simple, a few clicks and pickup is arranged within a couple of days. Never dealt with customer service as never had any complaints!

Simple to get a quote sand to print the label. The booking and sending process was seamless including the well scheduled collection by DPD and - very impressively - the changeover to the French courier Chronopost. Best of all, my 10kg parcel arrived a day earlier than estimated. Will go through parcel monkey again.
