I just used Parcel Monkey for the first time. I normally use another carrier but this time one of my parcels was just too long for them. The web site was easy to use and gave me a clear choice of rates. I opted for Parcelforce and the Parcel Monkey screens seemd much easier to use than the Parcelforce one. Everything worked so easily both on-line and at my local post office. The only confusing bit was a couple of days after when I got an email saying I had a parcel scheduled for collection that day - I thought this was odd as I opted to take them to a Post Office - but whit meant was the parcels were due to be collected from my Post Office though this was not as clear as it might have been. I will know next time

used parcel force via parcelmonkey...parcel arrived totally smashed..not just broken but looked like someone had run over the contents in a truck, not kidding damage was unreal. so never again.

Picked up when said driver very pleasant, parcel was going to The Netherlands and was delivered when said would get there also cost for sending was very good to. I would recommend Parcel Monkey and use again.

Does what it says on the tin, item collected and safely delivered to France promptly with little fuss. Would have given five stars if the courier hadnt tried to collect the parcel outside business hours from what was obviously a business address, necessitating a re-scheduled collection. Having said that it was easy to do on tinternet and they even collected the same day as my request, meaning that in all, the parcel suffered only one days delay, so Id recommend the service, especially as the price quoted was less than the competitors.

The parcel from Scotland to New Zealand was cheaper than other carriers. It was picked up on time and was at Christchurch within a week of posting. No damage and hassle free.

Took over a week to be picked up even though you set a date for it to be picked up. Took 5 phone calls every day of the week in the morning to reschedule, they say they will pick it up and never happened everytime. Driver tells me he was on holiday for 2 weeks and they didnt have a driver to cover him.... This has happened a few times. Im a business and its shocking to deliver items late to customers. I wont use again!!

Both the person collecting and delivering the parcels were very good in telling me a time and stick to it, as well as good in meeting my needs.
Especially the person delivering the parcels in Rome were was very nice and flexible.

Website and price of service looks and is great. Reason for only 3 star is the payment/check out screen is weird and left me unconvinced that - 1 was this a safe payment ? 2 is this service realiable Luckily alls well that ends well but I had no confirmation that my parcel even got to its destination but maybe Im been picky here.

First time I had used a courier company and called to check I wàs setting up collection and delivery properly. Very helpful on phone, very good price and bulky, heavy package delivered quickly in good order via parcelforce. Very happy with the service parcelmonkey gave and would use again

I had parcel which needed to go to Spain. My parcel was collected from my property and I was able to easily track things until it was delivered. The journey took three days and will definitely used this service again.

I sent a parcel from the UK to Sweeden. UK pickup and transport went without problem. In Sweeden there was a little confusion, tracking was not accurate either, so I had to make inquiries on both ends. Both sides were helpful and the parcel arrived safely, a day later.Little glitch only.
Another UK-UK package worked flawlessly.

I was very satisfied with my first service with parcel monkey and DPD , however the second collection was a totally utter mess , I have paid for my parcel to be collected and no one ever turn up , spoken to parcel monkey they just simply locked my Account , wil never go with them again , parcel monkey is a scam company ,the staffs Jason and Brandon were helpless online , I m now have to write to them yo get my money back ! Otherwise I will go further

Easy website and overview of parcel sending prices. I arranged an international DPD delivery very easily, printed off the label etc. However, for whatever reason, the booking didnt follow through. DPD never came to collect the parcel. Was very disappointing to have signed up to a service that frankly just didnt work. I was offered a refund and accepted this, however one week later I have still not been refunded.

Got my package collected and delivered in the allocated time slots as said in the emails sent. Only problem I encountered was changing the delivery date online, changed collection date instead from monday to tuesday, contacted parcelmonkey that Ive made a mistake but they still turned up to collect the package again after explaining my mistake. The package was delivered on Tuesday without any breakages or anything. Very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend to my friends!

Parcel collected promptly by Parcel Force. Took 7 days to arrive and carrier did not ring before delivery as requested. Arrived in good condition except for small hole in carton which did not damage contents.
Would use again.

Excellent service, i struggled to find a courier to move a rigid motorbike frame from deepest cornwall all the way here to sunny essex.
Tried parcel monkey. Came up trumps and all sorted parcel arrived without any fuss or issues

The parcel got to the US on time however, every item in the box was broken. Despite the packaging and clearly labelled that the parcel was FRAGILE. I am not at all pleased with the service I got. Mrs E White
