Well worth it price wise and delivery on time with no mishaps. Did ask them not to collect until after 1pm but collected at 10.30am so seller might have been disturbed as works shifts, but as purchaser - I was happy with collection and delivery.

The nice thing about parcel monkey is that you can chose the carrier. With ParcelForce you drop off at a nominated post office. Using DPD, you drop off at a local convenience store which is open late (the downside is that DPD dont collect from them every day) get a receipt with a tracking number and their system takes over.
Delivery to the place I wanted and you can track WHO signed for it as well!

First of all I was charged by Parcel Monkey but DPD rejected the parcel. This could not be rectified til the next working day. I did not want to wait in all day for the parcel to be collected so I spent ages asking DPD then Parcel Monkey whether I could drop it off at a parcel shop. DPD said no talk to parcel Monkey. By this time in the day Parcel Monkey were not replying to Web enquiries via email or online live chat. I decided to take it to the shop who accepted it. But I wasted 3 hours of my life mucking around with this through unclear booking forms and collection procedures. To make it clear you CAN use a DPD parcel store to send your parcel off. You DONT have to wait in all day for thru to turn up. And nowhere is that written.

Multiple consignment booked with Parcelforce 1 out of 4 parcels lost, no response in 5 days regardless several contact attempts, same old response from customer support "We will keep you posted!"

This is the third time I have used Parcel Monkey and the third time I have been really pleased with the service. Very easy to use with a great choice of different options for sending parcels.

Of the last 3 things I sent with Parcel Monkey 3/3 arrived severely battered to the recipient. Its very cheap, but if their couriers breaks your stuff, its not worth it. This was my last Parcel Monkey adventure.

Courier came a day late after chasing Parcel Monkey to find out why. Late collection was due to running out of time. Apart from that everything went smoothly

Collected the parcel 24 hours late after paying for a 24 hour service. So parcel was late and missed its connection for its final destination. No apology, no email, no refund.

Needed to contact PM urgently re a delivery error. Posted a ticket, no reply for 24 hrs & noticed they had locked the ticket without even answering the query. There was an error on their systems. Posted another ticket - when I finally got my answer it was too late and no apology. Plus inaccurate details re no safe place allowed for Parcel Force deliveries. Really disappointing service. This shows everything that is wrong with ticket only communication companies. I try to avoid them at all costs if I can.

We have sent an international parcel to Italy using their service, the very next day the courier has returned the parcel to us saying the label was incorrect? We have then contacted them requesting a refund, it has been nearly 3 weeks awaiting no refund given, no reply to emails, no contact number causing a complete mess. Very poor customer service.

Having been recommended to Parcel Monkey by the Jacobs Well Appeal to whom I was donating a consignment, I was very satisfied with the service provided and competitive pricing compared to other carriers. In particular I like the arrangement to be able to take the consignment to a designated collection point, which overcomes the problem of having to wait at home for collection. Would recommend.

Parcel Monkey have no direct contact number, and with the mistakes they have made this ends up being very frustrating and almost nothing is done. They recently lost a parcel going to Dubai (one of many) and we still await any sort of compensation, when you try to email they are extremely unresponsive and give nothing at all back. I do believe they try and prolong the problem in the event that after a certain amount of time they say there is nothing that can be done. Overall there has been far far more bad experiences, i am currently still waiting for anyone to get back to me once again.

I used the drop off service as it was more convenient for me to drop my parcel off at a time suitable for me, rather than me to wait for someone to pick it up. My parcel arrived the next day!! Highly recommend this service plus it was cheaper than Royal Mail

Took a week for a next day delivery to get there. Not Parcel monkeys fault directly but there partner. Get them sorted or loss customers.

I used the service to send to France. Everything went fine, although I did have a panic when I got an automated email to say that my parcel was enroute, when it still had to be collected from me

Chose this service as no printer was needed and I was arranging a collection for something purchased from eBay so needed to keep things simple. Cheaper than the same service direct from the post office, dont know how they do that! Had some reservations due to cheaper price but they were unwarranted. Everything went smoothly. Only thing I would change would have been to receive a text message on collection day with a time window.

I sent a document to the Philippines with Parcel Force Global Priority. The tracking says "delivery attempted" but the receiver has not received a card with instructions as Parcel Force claimed to. When I called them they told me to call a number in the Philippines which costs a fortune and the staff on the other end dont seem to speak English very well. Still trying to resolve this.

I used Parcelforce 24 hour service. The parcel arrived in the time allocated, but to the wrong address. The recipient managed to track it down to a neighbouring business unit, so no harm done, but she was annoyed when she thought the delivery was taking more than 24 hours and didnt actually receive it until the following day.
