Was a bit unsure at 1st using a courier I hadnt heard of. I wanted to send a 22kg guitar amplifier from the UK to Germany. Quotes from other companies were extortionate, but the quote from parcel mokey was very very competitive.
It was picked up in Northern Ireland on a Monday and arrived safe and sound in Germany on Wednesday.
Would definitely use the service again.

Just a simple straight talking no nonsense does what it says service like the fact it emails me to tell me when it going to be delivered - if the client calls and chases me I know a time slot and boom its sorted !

Wont be using again. Parcel was meant to be collected on the Monday, didnt get picked up until Wednesday. I had to chase for an explanation and apology. They dont have a contact number so had to do this through their chat forum which I personally didnt like. Didnt receive some sort of compensation for the delay.

The delivery was easy to set up online with various options for the date of pick-up and delivery. I had to get the parcel collected from my work address as there was no way of knowing what time of day it would be collected, but that was not really a problem. It arrived safely.

My delivery was a day late which annoyed my important client which is bad for my reputation. The tracking is all automated so I had no idea what to tell my client about where their package was and the parcel monkeys live chat was totally not helpful on the day my parcel was missing being told-its loaded for delivery 3 times doesnt help me . Parcel forces automated tracking info is just frustrating. A humans voice would have been more helpful I feel.

Had to wait in until 4.30 for collection, however large parcel was collected from London and delivered to a Scotland address 3 days later for £13, including insurance - very impressed

Absolutely brilliant service. Cannot believe that you can send a large parcel from the UK on a Monday and it arrives in Canada on the Thursday! Brilliant. Very competitive prices also. Well done.

Initial price quoted on the site was wrong. Good accurate communication for collection. Bitter upset at delivery end as Israeli courier now wants an additional £30 to deliver.

Parcel force was a day late after you sent me a reminder text to say they where coming to collect. This meant I had to take time off work to wait for parcel as it was an important parcel for the receiver. Comments please

Does not always point you to the least expensive courier, but as long as you have an idea of things in your head I guess its useful enough. My concern is that sometimes you could end up paying more than might be possible.

Parcel force did not put all of the address on their label. The agent in Bulgaria could not deliver to the right address. The receiver had to make a special journey to collect the parcel from the agent. I will not use them again. I will stick to Courier they always get it right.

Late delivery. Causing my self and my customer agitation !! Extra cost and time of tracking and telephone calls to discover the where abouts of the parcel. Late delivery caused embarrassment to my self and the loss of confidence in my contract with my customer. A 48 hour delivery was purchased and a 60 hour service was delivered.

Was worried when I dropped of my parcel at a designated shop as they said I didnt need any paper work or to sign anything, but the parcel arrived at the destination 2 days later, and I was kept up to date with where it was and and exact hour slot of when it was to be delivered. Couldnt be happier.

This parcel was collected from me on the 3rd Sept- now 17 day later. it has still NOT been delivered or trackign does not eve show it whereabouts. Seems to be lack of communication between ParcelMonkey and the courier companies, and Parcel Monkey arent very helpful at all. No phone number to contact - very frustrating I choose the Asendia couriers as it stated on the booking page that is was 4-7 day delivery time ,???? NOT TRUE.. this info is not correct. as I needed it to BE DELIVERED IN THE USA by the 15th sept as it is a custom made stand for a wedding today, it has not arrived !!! and i have no information on tracking etc after 4 requests to parcel monkey for an update. I respectfully request a full refund of postage paid as they did not complete the service I paid for and the recipient will now be returning the parcel back to me as it did not arrive in time for her wedding day today. VERY VERY POOR tracking system, unclear and muddled and very delayed and very confusing for customers, I have used parcel monkey dozens of time in the past 6 months and one in 3 deliveries is very late and way over double the estimated delivery time of 7 days,, I am now going trying Parcel hero to see what luck I have with them , at least they have a tel number so you can talk to a real person..

1 of the parcels was broken. if there was damaged could not be tested because it were electric devices and sometimes a damage comes up later
