From start to finish the whole process has been easy, stress free and cheaper to use. Everything is explained step by step, you cannot go wrong and the website is very easy to navigate through. I will definitely be using Parcelmonkey more in the future.

I bought some exercise weights recently but they were poorly designed. The seller agreed to refund me but I had to pay the return postage. I knew it was going to be expensive because the combined weight was over 30kg. I got various quotes for couriering them - even by hitching a lift on commercial van deliveries who were already travelling the route - and the cheapest was £45. However Parcelmonkey quoted £12 and collected the parcel within a few hours of me booking. Great value and did what they were paid to do.

First time user of Parcel Monkey so was a little nervous as the consignment was going to Belgium. Entry onto system was OK but experienced a problem with the labels link (which I needed to print off and put on each item). . Didnt get labels link in time for first collection deadline and screen said "PROBLEM - please contact us". Wasnt sure how to do that as no telephone number is given. Shame you cant PHONE someone at Parcel Monkey just to give you piece of mind and talk things through. Anyway courier did not turn up at first allotted time - which was just as well as there were still no labels. However, rescheduled the consignment collection and everything worked perfectly. Labels printed, goods collected (albeit a couple of days later than originally thought) and have just had e-mail from customer saying he has received them OK. So will try and use service again - as the need arises - and see where we go from here. All in all, a little nerve racking to begin with all came good.

We placed our order with Parcel Monkey on 20th June 2015. On the 22nd we were told that "Dear Customer, I am writing to inform you that your order, regrettably, came up in error due to the address format not being accepted by the system. I can confirm that I have fixed this error now but in the process I have had to rebook your collection for tomorrow." The parcel was booked for collection on 23rd June, on the 25th I sent a message to ask why it had still not been collected and was told "I am sorry to hear about your item not being collected. I can confirm that Shipment ID 3755502 is rebooked for .2015-06-26." On the 27th I messaged again to explain it had still not been collected. No reply from Parcel Monkey. So on the 29th I sent another message asking for an explanation. They replied with "I am sorry to hear that your shipment has still not been collected. I can confirm that Shipment ID 3755502 is rebooked for .2015-06-30." I again waited and waited, still no collection. At this point I messaged and asked them explain what the problem was and to change our delivery to another courier who would deliver the parcel to us as we had already been waiting 10 days, or to refund our money so we could employ another company. On the 1st July I was told "I can now confirm that this shipment has been cancelled as requested, I will now pass you over to our finance department who will be able to assist with the refund process (takes 3-5 working days to clear). In the unlikely event that the courier should show up before the cancellation reaches a drivers daily manifest - please do not handover your parcel or your account would be charged. If you have anymore questions please do not hesitate to ask." So now I have to wait for my refund, meaning they will have had my money for a minimum of 14days without doing anything. And I have still not had an explanation as to why they have never collected it. I will never use this company again.

The Parcel monkey site and process is very easy and always straightforward. We now only use YODEL or PARCELFORCE (via ParcelMonkey) though because two the other major carrier was late collecting twice in a row.

Item picked up on Wednesday and stated 2-3 days delivery It is now Tuesday and still no sign of the parcel Found no number to call parcel monkey so called Parcel Force direct with no help at all They wouldnt even contact the delivery company in Denmark I have one very upset customer who I dont believe will order with me again and I definitely wont use parcel monkey again
