I selected "express 24" drop off service.
I dropped the parcel off at lunchtime on Thurs.
The tracking showed it was collected that day (scheduled for Fri). so far so good i thought.
The parcel was then delivered Tues.
Now call me old fashioned but Mon is 24 (working) hrs from Fri, not Tues.
No wonder they are colloquially referred to as Parce Farce!

After 10 days that my parcels have been collected, I still dont know where they are. I thought they might have been somewhere between the UK and Italy. No, the wrong courier picked them up and they are still in a depot in the UK. I could cancel only 2 out of 3 parcels. I am still waiting for my parcels to be delivered back to me. No one ever contacted me in these 10 days. Worst service ever. I wont try this again.

3 days late with collection, a collect today deliver tomorrow service took 7 days.... When asked about this, the customer service rep couldn´t have cared less, I had to change the destination to accomodate the new date, and despite telling me this change had been made, the parcel was delivered to the wrong place. No mention of a refund, no apology, unacceptable.

Although there were a a couple of breaks/tears on the cargo, I was more than satisfied with the speed of the delivery along with all the parcels arriving. If I move again I will try and remember to use this company again.

I needed to book a courier to collect and deliver a parcel on a 24 hr delivery. Parcel monkey was recommended by someone and I was thoroughly pleased with the service provided. Customer received their parcel in allocated time and it was intact unlike some other companies who have no respect for parcels being couriered.

Not happy with service . i will not be usiing you again as i booked the job at 14:10 driver did not collect from the destination and cased me a massive issue. i had to call you 3-4 times to find out what has happened and nobody knew. so im not happy with you guys and never using you again

I think the website is really well design. Instructions are straight forward and user friendly. The package was picked up the following day (as I missed the cut off time for placing order) and received very quickly!

I have just used Parcel Monkey for the first time, to deliver a personal item from the UK to my French address. It was carried by Parcel Force which is now claiming to have delivered it to destination and that it was signed for by someone whose name means nothing to me. Since there are only two houses in my French hamlet, the parcel couldnt have gone astray if it was delivered to the correct address. Now Parcel Force is claiming that they need an original receipt for the purchase of the item before they can investigate the fact theat theyve not delivered the parcel to me but have somehow lost it. This is very disappointing and upsetting. I shall never use Parcel Monkey again.

a little irksome to have so many emails during one transaction and then a very important email goes to wrong address. The email to the recipient, to inform of delivery time!! was sent to person sending the package!

I booked on the first of July 2015 for a pick up, apparently it was being picked up next day so I stayed in... Next day, nothing, no pick up. I then sent a message through their support centre at 5:46PM, to their credit they answered me a minute later, however they said: We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Please let us know if you want to proceed with the collection so we can make a necessary arrangement with the carrier. ...I replied, they then said that they wont/dont pick up items left unnatended, I had not said anything would be unnatended to them. They then said: Please advise if you want to re book your order for collection on Monday, 6th July. Please advise. ...I then asked them to pick it up, stating that it would not be unnatended. They said: We cant rebook your order for today as its already past the rebooking time. Please let us know if you want us to rebook your order for collection on Monday, 6th July so we can make necessary arrangements with the courier. The earliest we can re book your order is for collection tomorrow, 3rd July. Please get back to us today if this schedule is fine with you. ...I replied saying to pick it up Monday. On Monday they sent a message saying: The earliest we can re book your order xxx is for collection tomorrow, 7th July ...I replied to them, saying YES, PLEASE PICK IT UP. I am totally sure they wont pick it up tomorrow, they have let me down, I will not use a middleman again and will instead book direct with the courier.

On contacting DPD via Parcelmonkey (1.7.15) I started to complete the necessary forms. I was confused by some to clicked the help line and was taken through all my problems. A while later I noticed I had done something wrong so contacted them again and was helped by friendly person. Given 10-11 slot for pick up - 10.11 parcel collected. Kept up todate with tracker and given 9.7.15 for delivery. Very worried as recipient always has problems with parcels being delivered. This morning I received a fb message from friend showing the contents of the parcel and stating how thrilled she was the parcel had been delivered 2 days early. I was so happy I have put it on FB this is greatest courier I have dealt with. The cost of parcel was less than 1/3rd of the price Royal Mail quoted me and they stated delivery would be between 1-2 weeks. I hope my sincere thanks are passed on to all the marvellous staff who work for them. I am 100% delighted.

Poor, bad, inadequate. I booked this over a week ago. The Parcel was not collected (not Parcel Forces fault), the repercussions have been terrible. We subsequently took the Parcel to the post office, Parcel Force collected it from there, but because there was no Barcode on the label it was returned to the post office a few days later. Parcel force cannot handle a non bar coded label, there is no way for me to print a bar coded label through Parcel monkey or Parcel Force. Through talking to several service desks at Parcel Force I have re-arranged collection for tomorrow (the local depot have kindly reprinted the correct label).

This is a great way to send a parcel. Pick your courier according to the service and delivery schedule you require, pay by paypal, and its all done smoothly. I chose Parcelforce 24, no printer required, collected from my home next day, delivered the following day to recipient, and at half the cost quoted at the post office.
Will certainly use Parcel monkey again.

Booked courier with parcel monkey for first time as I usually use Hermes but I needed to send a parcel weighing over 15kg and they wouldnt take it. So I put my parcel details into parcel monkey which gave me a few courier price results. The cheapest turned out to be parcel force and was £26 for 2 parcels weighing 19kg and 6kg. Out of curiosity I checked how much directly from parcel force and was surprised it was over £50! I dont know how parcel monkey were able to use the same company for half the price but Im so glad they were. Fantastic service A*****
