Good at the start - pick up in UK was great, very smooth. On the delivery in France, the delivery driver from DPD was shocking. The delivery address is a remote country location and he didnt like that he would have to make an effort to find the place. He said he was too busy to be looking for the house and if he couldnt find it, hed just drop it at the post office. When I didnt answer one of his phone calls, he said that he couldnt be waiting around while I was in the loo! Shocking attitude. The box got delivered on time, but was really stressful on the France side.

Although Parcel Monkey only played the middle man in my transaction it was perfect. I booked my parcel -paid - printed the lable- attached it to my parcel I had a problem with the format of they lable but all worked out in the end - and dropped it at the post office for parcelforce to collect. I asked for a quote on the parcel on drop off just to give me an estimate and it would have cost me £69 to send it directly from the post office I only paid £31 on Parcel monkey. The parcel arrived save at its international location undamaged and on time so im extremely impressed would recommend parcel monkey.

Needed to arrange for the collection of a parcel so labels couldnt be printed excellent service provided shipping labels great online tracking service so I could see where the parcel was with regular updates

Firsr time I bought a parcel i was sending it from uk to andorra and took over 3 weeks to get the delivey. I had even t move an collect it from the deposit in Spain. Nobody gave me any information or a phone call and they didnt even know where was the parcel. I in was in holidays for 1 month and waiting for 3 weeks was too long. I have all the rudimentary tracking emails they sent to me. A week ago I booked again a luggage to send to Canary Islands, I had to takeaplane the day of collection and left the parcel at home. The same day of collection they emailed me to vancel my parcel as they said they dont dk an y deliveriez to the canaries. Sorry it says so at the website. I emailed them to please fknd a solution and this was the email back: Claims Team Dear Sir/Madam, We are pleased to offer you a refund of £23.86 for the shipment PM3723626. You have 14 days to accept this payment. No further answer. I had to change my flight as I was leaving UK definitely and nobodycould look after my important staff. Thank you for ruining my life twice

Booked for 5 parcels to be delivered to an address in Murcia, Spain. advised it would be 3-4 days delivery time excluding Sat / Sun Sent the parcels on the Friday and received back the tracking information which I checked out on the Saturday to discover that the parcels had arrived in Spain. On the Monday I checked the status only to find out that delivery had been attempted and that a card had been left advising what to do next. I was travelling to Spain on the Monday and not expecting the parcels till at least the Tuesday. However on arrival I checked with security (gated community) and they advised nothing had been attempted to deliver. I tried Parcelforce to gain information but they could not clarify exactly where the parcels were. I was advised by my local management company that they may be sitting in the local post office (round trip of around 30KM) They rang for me and to my relief thats where they were sitting. However this presented another problem. I needed to hire a car to get to the post office (no public transport) but in any event a vehicle would have been required as the parcels were quite large indeed it required 2 trips to get the parcels to my destination. At the post office I inquired where they had attempted to deliver the parcels. I was advised that they hadnt and this service is not provided by them. So not a pleasant experience and the cost was not a welcome addition to what I had already paid. I will think twice about using the service again. One of the parcels was quite badly damaged but fortunately there doesnt appear to be any damages to the goods but I have yet to check everything (electrical items)

My main complaint was waiting all (monday)morning before work for parcel pickup,eventually came about 1.30ish after i gone to work.(mar)was there to deal with collection!when i rang up to enquire why so late pickup(i expected first thing in morning pickup),concidering booked this shipment on the friday evening,hopeing saturday pickup. was told on fone that no instructions were left for driver for early pickup. I didnt know you could ask for this. Also girl on fone had major attitude. Also tracking not very upto date very quickly at all (parcelforce),had to fone and enquire!!!!whats going on,could have done without that hassle

My only comment would be that the tracking service from the website was a little poor. It reported its pick up and then the process up to international hub... But after that no idea... This was all logged on the same day as pick up. No definitions of there descriptions. But it did arrive in time and parcel monkey quoted the best price. I dont think its put me of using again;)

Booked collection for Friday with no show or call from corrier. re booked for Monday and the same thing happened so after re booking again for Tuesday and having yet another day off work the driver passed on the collection ato 16:20 after I waited in all day again with no time slot given. My parcel was finally collected on Wednesday 3 days after my original booking slot. would not be using this service again.

Great service, respected the timing of delivery. The only suggestion will be to improve the tracking process, since I could see the updates only for the first 2 days. Would also be good to know which day exactly the box will be delivered, to be able to be at home that day.

As a place to find cheaper delivery services, Parcelmonkey is great! There are always a good selection of couriers on offer once you,ve put your parcels details in, some well known, others I hadnt heard of. The prices are so much cheaper than using the couriers own website, even Parcelforce!
My only gripe is, for some reason, I have trouble downloading, viewing and printing the delivery label via PDF. Other PDFs from elsewhere I use download fine, but Parcelmonkeys, well, they just dont. Customer service are helpful but I still have the same problem each time Ive used Parcelmonkey and have to use a convoluted way of getting the label printed properly. Very tedious and hence the four, rather than five star review.
That said, it doesnt put me off using a great service...yet!

However i have 2 parcels on a support ticket because they have not been delivered. It is over 4 weeks since the support ticket was raised & the problem has not been resolved yet

I wanted to send my neice her graduation present and wanted a quick but reliable delivery service. I came across parcel monkey and although because of the cheap price i was a bit hesitant about the service quality, but i was pretty much amazed at how efficient and amazing this delivery seevice was. The parcel reached right on time and nothing was missing or damaged. I am impressed with the service and will use this again for sure!

I bought something on eBay which was collection only. I emailed the seller to see if I could organise my own collection and delivery which they were happy to do as long as I covered all the costs! My partner told me to go through parcel monkey. I had never done anything like this before so I went online, followed some really easy steps, paid (which was unbelievably cheap considering it was for 2 very large parcels), and it was done! 2 days later they both arrived together. Fantastic service and extremely reliable. Cheap and fast delivery! I would highly recommend this service to anyone who wants to organise there own collections! Thank you parcel monkey :-)

sent a parcel to holland received tracking numbers for their own site and DPD neither worked, so unable to track. e mailed to let them know couldnt track and given another tracking number but still cant track on their own site or DPD. 7 days later no idea what is going on and they then ask me when it was collected. Says it all, havent got a clue. So 7 days later I have no idea what has happened to my parcel except it was collected and thats it. totally useless dont use.

I sent 2 large strong plastic tanks and one arrived with the corner broken off. It must have had a severe knock to cause damage, I doubt if I could have broken it without using a sledge hammer. This job was sub-contracted to Parcelforce so their fault really.
