I booked a parcel to go online, it had to be dropped off at a selection of points. I picked the most convenient by getting a taxi into town to drop the parcel off & meet some friends. Only to find the drop off point was the wrong one for that particular carrier; despite it showing on the website. I phoned parcel monkey to confirm this and was greeted by an offhand rude individual. I then had to get another taxi to another drop off point as I didnt want to carry it around all evening. I would have been cheaper to send it with Parcelforce than the £18 in taxi fares I spent running around due to the wrong information displayed on the website. Not amused

I got text message from delivery man he showed up at exact time that he informed me. Im very happy with the service with reasonable price :)

Last year I donated some cookies for charity in the USA. this year I decided to do it again, and made 60 large iced cookies. I followed the packing instructions fully, printed and enclosed 5 customs invoices in a clear wallet on the front as directed. First I was told I needed "an fda form" but no info as to which one. I didnt need this last year and the organiser who has been getting worldwide cookie donations for 4 years now had also never heard of it. I requested clarification and got nothing for 2 days until I investigated myself and filled out a form. I sent it via pdf to parcelmonkey. I thought all was well until over a week later they tell me my parcel was returned because it didnt have customs invoices - which it did! They told me I would need to pay both them and DPD to get them returned, or travel hundreds of miles to pick them up myself, or my beautiful handmade cookies would all be destroyed! There were 5 full copies of the invoice printed from their own stupid online customs invoice wizard, in a clear wallet on the front! Its incompetence either from parcelmonkey, dpd or both, and also a clear lack of communication between the two. No parcel packed by an experienced sender to all of the official parcelmonkey online instructions should ever be returned like this. Congratulations, not only am I now heartbroken and out of pocket, but youve also denied the charity their items too. Never want to use this company ever again, and both i and the charity should be reimbursed to the full cost stated on my customs invoice which, if anyone bothers to check, should be in the clear wallet on the front of the box - plus postage charges.

Website was very easy to use and prices were very competitive. Simply printed a label and dropped the parcel at my local chemist ... arrived with my client the very next day. Will certainly use again :)

Easy to use, good service the only downside I had was I did not have a specific time slot. so the collection could have been anywhere between 8am-6pm which isnt ideal. Apart from that the website was easy to use. I had no issues using the service.

I send a parcel through Parcel Monkey to Athens, Greece. They collected it within half an hour of my order and it was delivered only two working days later. The rate was very good. I am very happy and will use them again. Love the label that they prepare for you so you do not have to bother making a messy one yourself!

pick up was scheduled for an hour window and was picked up five minutes in - great stuff! person who delivered parcels to my elderly relative was unfriendly and did not help one bit in getting the parcels to the door. unacceptable.

What a company..... They send someone in to collect a parcel and if you are on the phone to somebody and cannot attend to them, they will take a parcel that isnt theirs and walk off!! Try complaining that one of your parcels has has been nicked and they respond by telling you that it is your responsibility to see that the correct parcel is collected!! What a bunch of clowns! The parcel that they stole from me should have been at a clients the following morning and this created no end of problems for me. NO APOLOGY, NO EXPLANATION, NO IDEA WHERE THE PARCEL IS, NO REFUND, NO HOPE! I have to go down the legal route now because, even though my parcel was insured for DX (DPD stole the parcel) Parcel Monkey refused to pay out.... Its an appropriate name parcel MONKEY!!!!

Booked the service a the very last minute and the parcel were collected 1h after which were great!
3 days later my parcel has arrived in France which were again a excellent service!
I have received email and msg in between updating me on the status .
Much cheaper than the normal post office services!!!

No problems with using Parcel Monkey. I simply input the dimensions and weight of my parcel, the address of where I needed it sent to and the fact that I wanted it signed for. It came up with two options both from Parcelforce. I chose the 48 hour option, stuck the printed label on my parcel and waited for them to pick up the next day. I could track the delivery online and view the signature received upon its delivery. An easy and prompt service to use for people who lead busy lives. Highly recommended.

Booked a collection on Monday the 12th still not had our package collected only to be email to day the 14th to say the 15th is the earliest collection day possible. This is not the first time something like this has happened will 100% be avoiding in the future. Would recommend you look else where.

Collection of parcel was a week late. I emailed to say that I was very dissatisfied, and received a trite, "Thank you for letting us know about this. Please get in touch if you have any further enquireies." Unsatisfactory from start to finish.

Needed parcel taken and delivered for a work event that I had ordered same day collection my colleague waited untill 630 still no show. She also got a parcel the following week no knock or noise and paperwork just waiting outside.

Absolutely disgusted with Parcel Monkey. My money was promptly taken and no service fulfilled. Parcel not collected and no reason provided. Requested 5 times for password reminder to be sent as would not be accepted at log on however this was never sent so unable to track parcel. Completely left in limbo with know where to turn due to the lack of parcel monkeys customer service. I will never use this company again and I will not be recommending to anyone else.

I sent a parcel to New Zealand and it arrived in 5 days. I was expecting it to take much longer. The website is easy to use and I was really impressed with the service. Parcelforce was my chosen carrier. A minor criticism would be that I didnt know what time my parcel was being collected. Would use again.

First time I have used the service. Only complaint is that I requested the package to left to the rear of the property if no one was at home. Royal Mail/Parcel Force left a calling card with a view to redelivery on the Monday. Apart from that, no other complaints. A good service which I will use again.

Aprox one third of the price of parcel force,which is great, could not print label and parcel force could not either, had to make a return trip the next day after sorting out the label issue on line,this was no so great.overall cheap price not to good on service,could be great if you could sort out printing issues.

This was the first time I have used Parcel Monkey but I was very pleased with the service. I opted to use DPD pickup as I didnt want to wait in all day to drop off a parcel, so I only had to drive a couple of miles to my nearest pick-up/drop-off point. Very handy. The parcel was delivered in time and intact. I will definitely use them again.

Easy to use and the company I chose was the cheapest and delivered my parcel to France in 2 days just like they said it would, including collection from my house. Regular emails from both the UK and French handlers. Very efficient and there was no damage to the goods after theyd been delivered - I was worried about that. Will definitely use them again.

YET AGAIN LET DOWN BY YODEL IN BOURNEMOUTH WHO FAILED TO another courier WHICH I STAYED IN ALL DAY FOR AND WHICH THEY LIED ABOUT SAYING THEY LEFT A CALLING CARD. I have pay for the service and i can not print the label so i am not getting the service and also i have to waste my time to solve the problem if i do not want to waste 50£

A package of mine was never delivered to a US customer. I did not receive any notification of this, until my customer let me know 2 months later! Now, more than three months later, I still dont know where it is. Furthermore they are claiming my customer didnt pay the duty but she promises she was never asked.
