Easy to book, good price & efficient collection & delivery. Would have liked an estimated window of delivery rather than just anytime between 8-6 but cant complain.

A very shoddy service, inadequate communication throughout, no correspondence when labels were not supplied, subsequently parcel was late being collected and my customer not happy! A customer phone line would benefit customers easy to find on web diet as well!! This would resolve problems quickly. Each email sent was not responded to immediately, a very frustrating experience!

Paid for 24 hour delivery but item was not picked up until this time had passed. Will not use it again and no one else should. This cost £36, I was robbed.

Was impressed by clear instructions, great easy website, so easy to obtain a quote for my large but not heavy package. Was surprised at size restrictions when using other courier websites. Got my quote, paid and package was collected before I even got out of bed the next morning!

They accepted my order for 4 parcels online then sent email with 3 labels. Was a struggle to organise 4th label poor online service.

Parcel Monkey are excellent both in servise and customer servise.For a value carrier they compare with the best at a much more affordable price.I will contiue to use Parcel Monkey for both International and domestic deliveries.They even compensate you if things dont run as planned through no fault of Parcel Monkey.Very satified.

My parcel to France was collected as agreed. 3 days later my son phoned to tell me it had arrived safely, there was a slight tear in the top of the box, but as it weighed 20 kilo was not surprised. I am very impressed with this service, and would certainly use them again.

I was nervous about sending a parcel to my son in the U.S. But it was really easy to do. The guidance on line and paperwork to print was easy and the price was not too shocking. My son got it 4 days later and all in tact

I had to change my collection date, and this was done very easily through the link in the confirmation email. No charge for rescheduling collection. Very good service.

The service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble, very good communication with the chat box. The only thing is, that i could not do my payment from abroad, which is sometimes not so easy for me. The prices are very good, so very highly recommended company to anyone.

Booked a parcel pickup through parcelmonkey and just like the last few times all worked out like it should. Price was very reasonable, picked up at a reasonable hour, delivered within 2 days from booking, the whole length of the country.

Ive never used a courier service before and that sort of organising Id avoid but had to get something picked up. I found out about parcel monkey and the whole thing was simple to set up and a couple of days later my parcel arrived! Very happy it was so simple

You cant contact them by phone! Their live chat dont know anything! They called me a liar, I wouldnt touch this company with a barge poll.... Sooooooooo rude !!! You pay peanuts you get Parcel Monkey.

I sent a parcel by Parcelforce to France. I was somewhat alarmed that for the best part of a day tracking said the parcel could not be located but ultimately it was delivered safely.
Parcelmonkey gave a very good price - only thing that could have been improved would have been if theyd highlighted that delays might occur due to Eurotunnel disruption.

I paid for a 48 hour collection but received it 96 hours later I was at work on first delivery bout got it the next day, packaging was badly damaged as no care had been taken for its destination.

Amazing service. Took my stuff in London early and in exactly 3 days I recieved the delivery in Madrid and everything ok. No damage, nothing left.

not collected on agreed day, no contact, impossible to call to see where driver is, lost money now due to delay, PM or DX not likely to compensate loss of income. use these Professionals for speed, reliability & quality, that is now in question

i emailed my details, i rang the next morning to get an indication of collection time, I was advised eithin the hour and as promised the guy arrived, her was very pleasant and helpful. the item was delivered as scheduled eith no problems. i would recommend and use parcel monkey again

I paid extra to insure for a parcel to be collected for me when it arrived via parcel force the bottom of the item was damaged it was a Blueair 650E air purifier however it was in perfect working condition but the castors at the bottom of the unit were damaged, parcel monkey wanted to inspect the unit they said they may??? keep ownership of it but i thought they meant while they were inspecting it, so i sent it off to them so they could inspect the damage to the unit, they have offered me £199.99 in compensation but their keeping my item that i paid (They are not going to return me item back to me) I mean its my item it works perfectly well it just doesnt roll about because the castors on the bottom of it are damaged i will not be able to get another unit in that condition for £199.99 + they parcel monkey have refused to return my item back to me!!!, I mean what are they going to do with it??? I want it back i would rather have it back then accept their compensation i will never ever use this company again i mean why do they want to keep my item i say again what are they going to do with it if you do use this company and your item is damaged never ever send it to them for inspection because you will never ever get your item back what a stupid company policy i mean why do parcel monkey want to keep your item what will they do with it????? my advise is always use another courier.com i have never ever had any problems using them never again will i use parcel monkey to ship or collect my goods again i i recommend you dont use parcel monkey ever!!!!.

Used this site to arrange a parcel delivery to Argentina, having paid over £50. Goods never arrived when I called to ‘Yodel’ who was the company collecting it took months to get them to find out the parcel was missing. Then when I spoke with Parcel monkey they said I should have been in touch within 7 days and I was didn’t I can’t claim. Expected delivery was 8-11 days. Also spoke to Yodel who apparently do not ship abroad so am doubly confused why Parcel Monkey even booked with them. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

a very poor performance from this company and a package un delivered despite being rescheduled and no real explanation why and very little help from a complacent e mail only help service , the upshot is that after weekI have had to go to another company and ask for a refund from " Parcels from Monkeys"

Good website, cheapest price for my selected carrier and the package was collected and labelled up by the driver without a hitch. It was received at its destination within 2 business days (according to the service Id booked).

Parcel Monkey as a search engine took us through a series of questions that led us to believe that if our parcel weighed a little over what I had estimated that a charge would be applied and the goods delivered. Instead without any communication they attempted to return the parcel back days later and one of those heart wrenching little notes was left on my door mat. The parcel had been all over the country just not to where I wanted it to go!
