Ive been highly satisfied with the delivery through Parcelmonkey. It takes than 24 hours what was a great surprise for me. My boxes were transfered without any damages or voids.

All parcel monkey did was find the cheapeast price for parcel, Royal Mail done the hard work. All parcel did was save me a few minuites looking for cheapest parcel carrier. The star rating is a joke.

I ordered by parcel-monkeys sending parcel via dpd-courier to my doughter, it was a Birthday gift. I payed the "service" in advance. Parcel had to be collected next day. After 7 days the parcel stays still not collected, money is gone, doughters birthday too. From parcel-monkeys comes only trivial answers, nothing more. Id like to know are parcel-monkeys swindlers, or totally losers? Now starting adventure part II: My money back! The parcel would be just sended on classic way, with the post. Expensive but save. My bigest dream: parcel-monkeys exists no more!

Needed to return a rather large item, and found that using Parcel Monkey was by far the cheapest option - in fact it was half the price I would have paid if I had gone to the courier directly. Very pleased with the service, would definitely use again.

Parcel Monkey lost my parcel and took over a month to acknowledge it was missing. They are refusing to compensate me adequately for their negligence and as such i am obliged to take them to court. Customer service was very friendly at start but starting to become disagreeable as they refuse to solve the issue and "invent" laws which go in their favour....

Was mostly happy with the service.. the only problem was waiting in all day for parcel force to come , in the end by 3pm i ended up driving up to huyton ind estate and dropping it off ..which ids not parcel monkeys fault

I cannot stree how poor the service from Parcel Monkey was. DO NOT USE under any circumstances. I paid in full for my courier. At the collection end they showed up and never phoned either of the two numbers they were given. Walked away and charged mi in FULL for the priveledge. I was never offered any refund. When I spoke to the courier I was told that Parcel Monkey did not issue either of the phone numbers. It was a nightmare getting hold of Parcel Monkey as they dont use phones. They still havnt even been able to delete me from their system (as requested) as they are so incapable.

Everything I could have asked for in a delivery company with the only exception being problems with non-UK debit/credit cards. This is only a minor issue as the collection was prompt, delivery quick, price excellent and website was easy to use. Would definitely use again.

I got my HUDL 2 tablet sent through the Parcelforce and it arrived in 5 days to New Zealand without any trouble. The tracking information was accurate and would definitely recommend this service to anyone who want to get things shipped out of UK.

I sent a part that was damaged by shovel handed *****s, I recived the costs for the part back but not the £30 postage so now im out of pocket. Useless!!!!! Ive paid for you to damage my item!!!! How is that fair!!!!

I experienced several issues with the service. First, the parcel arrived in seven days, instead of the four that they announce. Second, I had trouble with my tracking number. Finally, when the parcel arrived to the destination city the address was incorrect, so I had to urgently call to the deliver company to fix it. It finally arrived, and for the very low price of ParcelMonkey I do not complain much... Plus, excellent customer service, very friendly and helpful team.

Sent a parcel to Sweden using ParcelMonkey DPD 4-5 day service. Initially I booked the ParcelMonkey ParcelForce 3-4 day service, but DURING the booking they increased the advertised price. Im still awaiting the delivery of the parcel and now they are saying that is should be delivered on day 9. NOT ACCEPTABLE.

the web site will not allow you to put in the full name and address of the recipient you query it by type the question on the web site help which took around 10 minutes to link upto. there was no phone number option hence it took in excess of 30 minutes to process a simple request to send a parcel. ONLY USE IF THE ADDRESS HAS LESS THAN 12 LETTERS AND NUMBERS

Package sent to Italy - was returned to the UK 4 days ago- no contact to advise of this. Called them to find out what was going on and was told i would be called back- nothing. Phoned again today and am still waiting. Paid for a 3/4 day delivery- now 8 days and counting- Rubbish

When I contracted the service with you, I clicked on a box that said : If the weight exceeds the weight that I have provided they gonna charge me an extra 30 £. I agreed to this condition. But they still returned my parcel with the reason that my parcel exceded the weight by 1,8 kg.

When I booked with Parcelmonkey, I was able to book a collection for that VERY SAME DAY. When I looked at other companies to compare prices, the soonest the others could do was the next day. I was super impressed that Parcelmonkey had availability that very same day.
Then the whole process went very smoothly and quickly. Ill definitely use Parcelmonkey again in the future.

I arranged via parcel monkey for parcel force to come and pick up a parcel. ..the return of some shelves to a shop for refund. The process was easy and no complaints there..but that was a couple of weeks ago and the parcel has still not arrived at destination. It is lost somewhere in transit and I am not able to have my refund until it arrive at the store. Parcel force are not being helpful and I am out of pocket almost £80. A great service if it worked but now very difficult for me to trust again.

I booked a parcel pick up and the next day at 10pm the night before. It was collected before 9am the following day and was delivered the following afternoon as promised.
It impressed with the service via ParcelForce on behalf of Parcel Monkey and have used them before and will continue to in the future
