Easy to use great service, will use again.

9 boxes personal effects. Labelled via web print. Collected on Tuesday morning 11:00 and in the Netherlands delivered on Thursday morning 09:00. Standard deal, (not an express deal) incredible value for money. OK restricted so a bit of risk without insurance but with a system that ticks like a clock is there really any risk.? Tracking, its a joy to watch your items moving over the map. Well done at only about a sixth of the cost of a moving company.

We paid for an overnight delivery of a parcel to be collected from us on Thursday. I waited in the entire day. Nobody turned up! No contact from the company at all. The next day again they didnt turn up so we actually tried taking the parcel ourselves to the designated company (DX) but they couldnt accept the parcel as Parcel Monkey never issued a label for the parcel. We emailed Parcel Monkey a few times and finally on Friday night they apologised for not processing our parcel and promised they would pick up on Monday (four days late!). So here I sit for yet another day waiting and waiting. I made a wager with my husband they wont turn up. It may cost more but please book directly through the delivery company and avoid these third party services. This is not the first time Ive been let down by third party delivery companies. I finally learned my lesson. If they dont turn up today I will bite the bullet and pay premium Royal Mail fees just to get this parcel out of the house. The recipient has been more than patient!

I have used Parcel Monkey quite a few times, the last four times were all with different courier services (DX, Yodel, myHermes and Parcel Force) Three of them never turned up. Parcel force did not show up for three days, I asked Parcel Monkey to cancel the collection and took my parcel to the post office, they failed to cancel it so Parcel Force turned up on the fifth day with nothing to collect and showed me on the machine they had only been given this one collection date for our address which shows Parcel Monkey were failing to book collections, the customer support lied about contacting Parcel Force and just sent copy and pasted replies. Still no refund a week later. The only time i will ever use them is with a service I can drop off my self. There are some far better sites for booking collections which never let me down.

You get the best postage price for the item you are sending, there is a step by step guide to get you through the process and an easy to print label at the end, it only takes a few minutes and you get a choice to take your parcel to a drop off or have it picked up from your door and a tracking number to follow its progress. What could be easier?

they lost my parcel, took them 2 months to come back to me admitting that, would not during the two months provide me with a number to call the courier, had no idea where the parcel was for two months. I insured the items for £100 which they then denied the claim because the receipt I had exceeded that amount??? Disgusted and cannot believe they run a company. shocking customer service.

Posted Monday embarrassing chases from buyer, dpd card did not track and then got weird messages saying I had asked for the package to be delivered to another address mid week. Shambles and should get my money back!

Whilst my parcel arrived when I expected it was extremely frustrating to try and track progress on Parcel Monkeys website. Up to the date of the delivery the site only showed the order having been placed. As this was the first time I had used them I rang the "chat Line" and whilst I was told that someone would check for me no response was forthcoming so I had a second chat the next day and whilst waiting for the operative to check the status was cut off. At this point I gave up trying to track my parcel, there is little point in having a tracking system if it only ever tells me what I already know!. It was only on the day of delivery did I receive a note from DPD the courier giving me the tracking history.

Very good service, would definitely recommend it.
I had to ship 5 parcels to Italy. I booked the service on their website, in less than 30 minutes I received the shipping labels that I had to print, and the next day I got the email telling me which hour time slot my collection would be.
I received an email and text with the possibility to reply and change the collection date.
Collection was right on time, and my parcels are already at their final destination, in less than the estimated time (3 days instead of 5).
So I would definitely recommend the service.

I wish I could give you more stars because my parcel arrived safely to its destination in Ireland from the UK, but my experience at the post office made me very nervous as to whether it would arrive. You see, I paid for my parcel to be shipped online from London to Limerick. Rather than getting the parcel picked up from my house, I opted to take it to the closest post office, just one block away. At the post office, the person behind the counter asked me how much I had paid for the service and laughed at me saying it will never get picked up for that price and that I need to pay an extra £30. He said if I wanted I could still leave the package with him, but he doubted your company would bother picking it up. I was leaving the country the following morning and didnt know what to do. This man put a lot of fear into me and I lost trust in the service, which I had never used before. I did decide to leave it, against his recommendations, and am glad I did because it did arrive. But I guess I wanted you guys to know that this post office worker made my experience a nervous and unhappy one. If I were you, I would make sure someone has a word with him, cause he really doesnt help your company out.

Collection, delivery on time. Reasonable price. About tracking I had issues, as I had to find the delivery service (parcel force) main web site and track my order there. Parcel monkeys tracking service wasnt available.

Waited home all day but heard no ring on bell or knock on the door, yet slip was dropped through letter box saying we were missed! Still waiting for a re - collection. Paid for next day now we are three days behind plus weekend. very dissatisfied

23kg item sent to Poland to a fourth floor apartment with no lift. Pick up and delivery in four days - tracked all the way with siganture, who can argue with that for less than £20?

Having left my parcel at my designated drop off point and it not being collected for 6 days, it took several phone calls and emails to both the courier and Parcel Monkey to sort out the mess that Parcel Monkey had created by neglecting to action the pick up with the courier. They neglected to inform the courier and the collection was delayed. If it hadnt have been for a fortuitous email from my client informing me that he hasnt received the parcel, I wouldnt have known any different! I am a new customer with PM and I will not be using them again! They dont have a phone contact that you can speak to someone to sort things out. Only a Web chat facility which is inconvenient and slow. My advice is steer clear of Parcel Monkey and use other companies or go direct to the courier!
