Although I was slightly disappointed it wasnt delivered within the 2-3 days estimated, one must remember that it is an estimate and I was expecting much worse. 4 days is amazing for UK to usa

Item picked up on Wednesday and stated 2-3 days delivery It is now Tuesday and still no sign of the parcel Found no number to call parcel monkey so called Parcel Force direct with no help at all They wouldnt even contact the delivery company in Denmark I have one very upset customer who I dont believe will order with me again and I definitely wont use parcel monkey again

I have booked for express 24 and suppose to receive delivery by saturday but its tuesday today still havent receive my parcel.

Website was easy to use, put in the details, paid the fee and driver arrived and collected from us on time. Arrived at destination with no problems. What more could you want? Happy customer!

I was going to use Parcelforce48 but accidentally came to them via Parcelmonkey. Parcelforce48, by this means, was 50% cheaper than my original quote!
The only downside was they would not insure the said item, a guitar. I took the risk and saved myself over £10. Parcelforce delivered my guitar safely and I have still my £10.

I use parcelmonkey very regularly and have found it to be a generally good service. I usually select parcelforce as the courier and they are always reliable, however when I recently selected DX there was an issue and it took a week for my parcel to arrive and the box was badly damaged.

my parcel arrived in 1000 peices. I put on the notes Very Fradgile but no care was taken at all, I have totally waisted £80. Very, Very Poor service Clint cooper

When the parcels get lost yous say "we are just a price comparison site", "not our fault", "bla bla". Now that you know this parcel has been delivered you sent me a message to "review our service". What service? DPD did a good job, you did a good price. Still dont like or trust you for all the parcels you have lost in the past.

The parcel was picked up from my address Wednesday and was delivered to Denmark at the given address Friday morning, must say very quick service ... I will defiantly use parcelmonkeys again :)

I was browsing the internet for a cheaper way to send my parcels to overseas friends as going direct to the companies (FedEx, ups, parcelforce) was turning up very expensive and I had my fingers burnt using a different courier middleman in the past so was a little apprehensive at first.
However! I didnt have any need to be apprehensive at all, Parcelmonkey was super quick and super easy to use and parcelforce got my parcel to my friend in america in 2 days like promised (even if there was a doozy of a broken down van on the pickup date but they rang me and told me).
Will definitely be using your services in the future and will be recommending you to people wanting to send parcels overseas!

Found the site easy to navigate and use. Price comparisons seemed way cheaper then other courier options I looked at. The PM Portal provides a simple way in in to track the parcel through to the vendors site with one log in so if you had several parcels in transit you only need to link through the one site.

Ive used Parcel Monkey 3 times now, all for international shipments (2 by Parcel Monkey International to Asia, and one by Parcelforce to Switzerland), and every time the courier came to collect on the designated date. The shipments were delivered on time too, although this is the responsibility of the couriers themselves, rather than Parcel Monkey. Parcel Monkey emailed over the labels immediately. I cant really fault them, and would definitely use again

Despite booking references and emails and monies taken, the parcel collection was not even booked with the end courier. Consequently not collected. Major hassle as now we have to rebook and arrange for someone to be in for the collection and delivery again. Seriously not impressed.

Parcel Monkey robbed me of a chunk of my money by applying an additional charge out of the blue. They suggested that I under-declared the size and weight of my parcel and wouldnt budge! After calling the actual carrier myself and getting all the evidence that it was a mistake, they said they would process a refund. Youd think that would be the end of the story but NOPE! A week passes and still no refund, I contact them again and they continue saying theyve paid me back. Called my bank and theyve confirmed that no refund had been given to me. Parcel Monkey said well fix it within 24 hours, its been 5 days now, still no refund! Their customer service is a joke and they have completely lost my trust and custom. Any decent company would be bending over backwards to keep me as a customer once I proved to them I was in the right, but no! They just keep stringing me along! Do yourself a favor and AVOID at all costs!

Driver never came to pick up my parcel but I was still charged for the service. And I havent received my refund even though they said I would get it back. Its been about 3 weeks now. :(

Sent 5 parcels with them using a next day service, 1 week later had 5 complaints about parcels not arriving. All arrived 4 days late and responses from parcel monkey customer service were appalling, first reply stated it was a 48 hour service not 24 as stated on there website and after explaining delivery was over double the 48hour mark even if that was the case and it clearly stated DX 24 hour delivery the response I got was we have told our It department to change the website! No compensation or refund.

This was easy enough to arrange. The only minor criticism is that I would have liked a time slot for collection by parcelforce. They eventually arrived very late in the afternoon to pick up. Apart from that, an excellent service and I would highly recommend Parcel Monkey in future.

I booked my shipping last minute with Parcel Monkey as I was leaving uni halls within a few days and I needed my package to be picked up ASAP. All I packaged my stuff in was a doritos box from Sainsburys and a ton of brown tape. I didnt think that they were going to accept it as it was no where near their packaging guidelines but unbelievably a day after I got home the box arrived still in one piece and sealed. No damage to my stuff either!
Note: I shipped from Manchester to the Channel Islands.

Firstly, I cannot dispute the price for this service, however, I am not fully sure it was great value. I had 3 large heavy boxes to be collected and delivered. No time was given nor could it be selected which meant I had to get my friend (who happened to have the day off, thankfully) to stay in my house all day waiting for the collection men to take my neat and securely taped boxes. When the boxes arrived at their destination 22 hours later, they were in very poor condition! The boxes looked like they had just been thrown around the van. One of them looked like they had been ripped open. Everything was not in the neat packed style as I had sealed it in. It was like someone has routed through my boxes and moved everything around and turned upside down and back to front! Thankfully nothing was broken or damaged (not that I had many things in there that could have been). As I say, I cant argue with the price they charged me, but I would certainly hesitate to use this service again.

Really easy to use service - booked online, collected on time with courteous driver, tracked all the way and recipient contacted for delivery time in Spain. Really good service, very reasonable, why use the post office for sending anything abroad??

Just one problem I was not able to track my packet on parcel monkey or via service provider DPD. But as soon as I raised the issue I was sent a link which allowed me to check the progress of my parcel. Over all very pleased
