The service was just amazing. Booked collection at 8.00pm Sunday night, parcel collected at 8.00 am and delivered at 8.30 am the next day.

The whole process was great. When I spoke with Parcel Monkey through the chat on the website, they were always, fast, clear and friendly in responding and through their answers gave me the always right guidance. Filling info on the web was easy as was the payment.
Parcel was picked on the day set and delivered on the day set.
The only thing to improve, would be to set a tighter timeline (not necessarily exact) for pick up and delivery, that way we wouldnt have to sit and wait for a whole day.

We needed a parcel delivered from Norfolk to Brittany.
It was price prohibitive from the Royal Mail.
We contacted Parcel Monkey to make arrangements and the parcel was picked up, delivered 48hours later, no fuss, no bother, job done. All for half the price we had been initially quoted.

Used parcel monkey when shipping a largish box to germany form the uk. Dead easy to use, post office wanted £60, parcelmonkey found an insurec courier for ~£20. Will use again.

After booking and paying for a 2 day international service which was difficult as there are restrictions to address lengths and the use of punctuation, the following day I received a message stating the collection date had been delayed by 24 hrs as what I had booked was an error in the listing of services available. When trying to contact customer services I had to wait most of the day for a response. The delivery company (dpd) were good.

I nearly gave up with the website having spent over 2 hours trying to arrange for a simple collection and delivery. In the end I kept going and the parcel arrived ok

My ParcelMonkey status page shows Your parcel is on the vehicle for delivery on 1st July. But have not yet received my parcel :( (4th July).

Booked at 4pm Thursday, for at least next day pick up (friday), only received email of confirmation on the friday morning that pick up was only on the Monday! Important documents to send overseas ASAP, turned out took longer than usual. Its Saturday (one week on)they havent even been received on the other end yet.

I would definitely recommend Parcel Monkey if you are looking to send a parcel.
I got a very good price for sending a heavy 19Kg large parcel from them. The carrier was Parcel Post a good dependable company. Fully tracked I was able to keep an eye on things as well as pass the tracking detailson to the recipient. The parcel arrived at its destination in 24 hours, sorted!
What a contrast to my unfortunate experience with ipostparcels/UKmail who I used to send a parcel to Portugal recently. I paid £19 for their 5-6 day delivery. Dropped off at their depot on the 26th of May it eventually arrived at my customer on the 23rd of June! Pathetic or what! Worse still is their customer services. I lodged a complaint on their contact us facility - was given a reference number - I am still waiting to hear back. I tried their online speak to us now with online chat - it took over 15 minutes for someone to respond and in the end they were useless and could give me no help.
I called their head office - got nowhere.
In the end I have written a letter to them but judging from the other avenues I have explored in my efforts to find out what went wrong, I am not expecting much. The impression I get is that they just dont care. I certainly wont be using them again.
I will though be using Parcel Monkey again! Dependable, reliable good value for money - quality!

All went well with pick up. Perfect. And it promptly appeared on the Track & Trace in Paris. Then a message appeared that the addressee had requested a delay in delivery. They hadnt. Turns out in France they only deliver once a week to the addressees place of residence - and as a matter of practice they just show it as "Addressee requested delayed delivery". And it was urgent. Typical French way of doing things apparently. This should be made clear on PMs T&Cs as a possibility.

Collection went fantastic. Super friendly helpful guys collected on Monday. No idea what happened agter that ? Not had email ( that Im aware of) or confirmation from vendor (return) . Liked the booking experience . Web based interface . All very sensible and user friendly. Just no idea whats happened since . Will check texts and mails .

the worst experience Ive ever had with a delivery service. You did not do anything, accept causing problems. My customer go angry and did not want to know that the delivery service did not pic the parcel, so it could be sent. I had to bring the parcel myself to the delivery service, so the result will be, that I would never ever use such poor delivery service. Hope you will read this comment and think about, because this happened not the first time

Appalling service, no contact phone number, 3rd day waiting for a parcel to be collected. It was on a 48 hour service. Courier has not collected from our shop. This is the 3rd time we have given parcelmonkey our money, and they have provided no service. Its literally theft. Please avoid using this questionable business.

After several aborted attempts at getting my daughters ski stuff to NZ finally stumbled across Parcel monkey. Had a webchat with sound advice with regards to method of packing and box collected as promised next day. Tracking disappeared but after another webchat was given ref no and followed all the way. Arrived in Queenstown 6 days later but delay caused by efficient NZ customs resulted in another 6 days. However box arrived safely and all intact so very pleased with service. Daughter chuffed - it felt like Christmas! So just over £100 well spent. Thank you.

Pick up the next day. The time slot on the morning was really helpful. Arrived from UK to Aus in a few days. Only gripe is against Aus customs inspectors - random search that cost me $40!!

Service worked well for me, however did not receive a receipt as promised once the parcel had left my hands, ParcelForce said parcel monkey would email me a receipt, yet still a week later they havent

A consignment they delivered arrived damaged beyond repair. The photographic evidence clearly shows that the goods were damaged in transit - but because the customer didnt photograph or keep the packaging, ParcelMonkey have refused to contemplate a claim. Clever spivs eh?
