Used parcel monkey to return an item. Price quoted was not the eventual price charged because of add ons. Only able to contact parcel monkey by email. No customer service telephone number so completely unable to ask for assistance other than via set questions accessed via email Would never recommend this company, always use someone else

I had to post a parcel to Denmark and the cost was just too much (even though it was pretty light) Plus with a severe lung condition, it is hard for me to get to the Post Office. I found Parcel Monkey and thought it sounded too good to be true. Not only was it much cheaper for the same service, it was picked up from my home within a few hours and was with my friend two days later. I could track it at every stage easily too. Shocked and very pleased. I will NEVER go to the Post Office again.

unfortunately i booked 2 seperate pick ups, and wasnt picked up on the day scheduled, and had to re-schedule the next day.

Didnt appear on the first appointment.was waiting all day at home for nothing. On the second appointment the driver called, while he was waiting in front of our building and refused to come up to get the parcel.all together, payed lot of money for poor service.

Needed to send an international parcel and priced parcelforce and others online. Logged on to ParcelMonkey and got a faster service and cheaper price than any other site I could find. Spot on, will make this my first point of call from now on.

Well wrapped return of a sink which was in its original packaging. Returned to us smashed to smithereens which we will now have to pay for as the item cannot be insured! Not happy as you can imagine and will not be using the service again, beware before sending anything that can break!!

I found the web site easy to use, your options varied and once booked everything was handled professionally and mt parcel arrived on time and in Malawi that is incredible.

Did an order on a 48 hour service, arrived later t be exact 72 hours later making me look bad and unreliable to the buyer that had bought my item. I paid for a 48 hour service, yet Parcel Monkey after contacting them were not interested apart from an empty apology. I had to contact them after 48 hours to ask what was going on, and their response was the driver had ran out of time, thats it. They made no attempt to contact me to let me know out of courtesy, I had to do all the running yet I am the customer. Personally speaking I would avoid this company, they sound great... but if you want to run the risk of paying for something (48 hour service) but getting something slightly different and worse but for the same money... then crack on. I complained afterwards due to the experience because they did not follow through on the service I had paid for, and their customer service again was a poor. A forced apology! Avoid!!

I sent 5 parcels on 2 separate deliveries from Edinburgh to Madrid. The parcels arrived in good condition and in less than 6 days. I was able to track my parcel all the way and I was advised of the pick-up and delivery times by email (DPD/Seur). The price was also very reasonable.

I have order DPD drop off delivery through Parcel monkey. However it took 3 days for for pickup. When I called DPD i was told that driver forgot to pick up parcel two times. Not really Parcel monkey fault.

We have used parcel monkey to make a parcel booking. We have paid the full price but we never received any shipping labels and the collection did also not happen. Despite we have send more then 7 emails to parcel monkey over the past 30 days we have still not received any refund. BECAREFUL with parcel monkey. It seems like possible fraud.

Collection was on time, I was able to track the parcel step by step and the price was good, the only problem was with the delivery, I waited the whole day and the parcels arrived late in the afternoon and all riuned and broken. Luckily the content was principally made of clothes so nothing got ruined, but I was disappointed by the shape of my parcels, it seems like they didnt really care about them.

I needed to return an item via a DPD pickup point and DPDs label was not being accepted directly via the two pickup points that are nearby my address (not sure if any of them accept it - apparently they are pickup only, but no drop off for DPD). I had no problem however, for my parcel to be accepted when I had a parcel monkey label. I had no issues with the return and all has gone smoothly. Thanks Parcel Monkey.

As a small business, Parcel Monkey is really useful as we probably have to arrange one parcel delivery per month and its not worth setting up accounts with different couriers.

I found the site a bit confusing to use.I eventually found a company it would better to have a actually person to talk to over the phone if you have issues like I did instead of trying to chat online . I was very unsure of what I had slected and Also with the insurance cover was not sure what I was selecting but in the end I got myvprcel sent of which was the main thing so I guess not bad the prices was resonably considering over places .

This is the 3rd time I have used Parcel Monkey and all times the service has been excellent all arrived within 6 days and reasonably priced ,the only downside it would be good if there could be a timeslot eg AM or PM for collection .would definitely recommend
