2nd experience and they didnt disappoint. Collection UK Monday delivered French Alps Wednesday with tracking service all the way. Will use them again.

What a breeze.. So much easier to arrange parcel pick up and drop off from the comfort of your own home, I hadnt heard of parcel monkey until now, if only Id known sooner .... Will definitely use this service again and would recommend others try it too . So easy, just need a tape measure and scales handy ;-) xx

Easy to set up, very good price to dispatch a big parcel abroad, kept informed all the way, very punctual on collection and very timely delivery.... I have had a great experience and will use again.

Absolutely awful! Customer services non existent. Im still waiting for their replies to my emails, chats etc. If youre reading this and are considering using them; please do not! Pay the £1 or two extra and dont have the worry and stress Ive had trying to send a simple shipment. Read other peoples feedback if you still doubt me.

I have used your service in the past and it was so professional and precise that I decided to have another go. On that occasion it was ParcelForce that did the collection and delivery. This time, I got DPD to do the same pick up address, same delivery address. From mums house in the UK to my house in Ireland. Big mistake. Booking made for Monday. No show.No phone calls. No email. Mum stayed in the whole day. Nothing. Monday night I email the company because there is no number to ring. Got a reply only Tuesday evening confirming new collection for Wednesday. I email back saying they need to give a time slot for collection because at this stage my mum had stayed at home the whole of Monday and Tuesday waiting on somebody to show up and she had doctors appointment early on Wednesday morning. I get no reply. Wednesday 9:30. They show up. Mum is at the doctors, as predicted. I call DPD and get the following information: 1. They went out for collection on Monday but didnt find the house. They said they didnt ring me because Parcel Monkey did not pass to them the 3 phone numbers I provided! 2. They didnt come on Tuesday because they didnt get a rescheduled collection from Parcel Monkey. 3. They could not send the driver back to mums house on Wednesday because they didnt know the name of the driver, the mobile of the driver, the drivers route that included my mums address. 4. I re-arrange collection for Thursday and ask for the time slot as I know they have to have access to the drivers routes when making the booking. They said they didnt have access to the route and asked me to call again on Thursday. 5. They finally collect the parcel mid-afternoon on Thursday. When I asked to speak to a supervisor within DPD to help out with this chaos, there was no one who could talk to me. Although the girl on the phone was very polite, there was absolutely nothing she could do. They said the problem is with my booking with Parcel Monkey and I had to take up with them. I explain that in the past I used Parcel Monkey with success but the delivery company involved was Parcel Force, which makes me believe that the problem is with DPD and not with my initial booking. When I emailed Parcel Monkey I was told that my phone details were indeed passed to DPD. Meanwhile, I, the customer, am left with no confirmation of when the parcel will arrive (they could not provide this information either!), where it is, and who is in charge of it. DPD or Parcel Monkey?

Straight forward, easy to use, half the price of the Royal Mail even though it was Parcelforce that picked up my parcel. I sent my parcel to Australia it arrived quickly and without any problems. I would definitely use again and recommend to anyone!

you never called to my home to pick up my parcel, never answered my emails. i had to use a courier in irlam to deliver my parcel, on your behalf. having to drive to irlam myself. it transpired you had not got my details correct. in short a total waste of time. never use you again. marks out of 10 a zero

I sent a parcel from UK to America, I was suprised it didnt take too long to fill all those form for Americas customs, easy peasy, printed two labels, stick them on a box. Job done, next day first thing in the morning the parcel got picked up. Very fast and affodae service Larcel monkey provides!! Thank you for easy and stress free delivery

Hi collection was first class, it was 2 parcels one arrived within 24hours the service I booked but the second parcel took 48hours. Both parcels where needed together.

My parcel arrived safe and sound..this was my first time using parcel monkey and I shall be using them again...I have lost confidence in the post office to deliver anything for me...due to various items being lost. Thank u Parcel monkey..

I used DPD service for a parcel delivery outside the UK. Parcel was collected on the agreed day and I was even given information about the time span during which the driver would have arrived. Parcel arrived in three working days. I will use this service again.

I organised the details on Thursday night, so it would be collected on Friday, after several phone calls no one collected it Friday, then they rearranged to collect Monday, the parcel finally got collected at 4.55pm! I will give them there due, it arrived with the recipient the next day, but was severely damaged, to the point that it has been snapped in half! The parcel must have had some very heavy handling. I would not recommend using them, in the past I have used Hermes, and never had any problems, this was a rush decision and one I have lived to regret.

Ive used these people for years as they are the cheapest. But you need to assume they are *****s or you will be caught out. They have a system that seems to get rid of your details if your ip address is refreshed during purchase or with a fairly short timeout period. In the past I have had missed collections because they havent pushed the bell hard enough or whatever and because the system is so inflexible and customer service only interested in one handed replies to quickly move on to the next message, I have had to pay twice for the same item to be delivered through these people. They write their own address in the collection field when something needs to be taken to a parcelforce depot and do not provide a valid reference number anywhere sensible (it is hidden in the tracking information :-O .) I spent over an hour at that depot. Including messing around on their non mobile friendly website sending them an email asking for help which was answered later with "Hello, We would like to extend our heartfelt apologies for the inconvenience caused. Kindly give us the shipment number (PM_#######_#######) of your parcel so we can further assist you with your concern. Kind regards, May Tuesday 4th August 2015 at 15:40 " Given that the message was sent through my account and there was only one order, I find that pretty disappointing, they are just not interested. Recently booked a parcel with DPD through these people for collection. No one turned up. Called dpd, got nowhere. Rebooked through parcelmonkey, no one turned up. called DPD, finally found out that a collection had not and will not ever be arranged by parcel monkey and had to give them an account number which was the smallest fine print number on the delivery note to get DPD to book it directly through their system. It took seven days between paying for the courier and someone actually turning up! If you want a reliable parcel service that just works, or to keep current customers/good feedback on amazon or ebay, then Parcelmonkey is not for you. If you fancy yourself as inspector clouseau with more time on your hands then money, and no cares as to if or when something will actually leave your premises or arrive then these people are a perfect match. AND Parcelmonkey, Why did you ask me to write a review through this link instead of just asking me what I thought first?

Very easy site to use, easy to make your way around to choose the best courier and pick the best price. I had trouble at first, no fault but my own but the support team were amazing and pointed me in the right direction. Collection was prompt, on time and I was notified by text and emails of every move. Delivery was on time. Will definitely use this site again!!

We were initially very impressed when two of the three parcels we sent arrived in Greece. However to date the other parcel has not been delivered. We are concerned. The tracking # is CK123835947GB There has been no update since the 14th and your website would not accept a tweet. We have not received an answer to an email we sent yesterday.

Used parcel Monkey after myhermes had failed abysmally to deliver 2 drawer fronts (wrapped in bubble wrap and cardboard) to me without them looking as though they had been used in a rifle range. Parcel Monkey used parcel force 24. Items were delivered 2 days later without a scratch.

I paid for Parcelforce Express 48 but it took 72 (hours). Poor updates on Tracking and no answer to my email query as to why there was a delay.

Its the second time I use your service and its the second time my bags/bixes go to the a wrong adress. I was lucky that the person who received my boxes sebt them back to me. The adress was printed on the box and apparently you guys cant even read the name and the adress on the label before shipping it. The cose wasnt enough to trace it. Ill never use parcel monkey again. Worst service ever.

I havent had any helpful experience from oarcelmonkey. Their service is not good. And I recommend to do it with alternative provider. Their customer service response is slow and at times not useful.

You have asked how you did. Well, I have written to you 4 times to get better information and asked for a phone number where I can speak to a manager about my order. Still no good anwer from you. And to crown it all my parcel was last tracked to Singapore but it should be in Thailand. You promised delivery by 17th August but it is still in Singapore on the 20th. So much for good tracking and so much for your contract promise. Terrible service. Iain Cameron

Experience with Parcel Monkey was extremely disappointing. Ive used other cheap parcel services before including iPost and they were comparatively so much better. The issues included: - Lack of customer service - using the online system to communicate with customer service representatives was slow and inefficient - Poor customer service - when I did a response from Parcel Monkey, the response was inadequate and did not address the issue at hand - DPD Pickup service was inefficient - dropping the package at the local DPD pickup location was not a problem. The problem was in the fact that the DPD representative had no idea what he was doing. He did not know the process and ultimately was not able to accept my parcel. Another DPD pickup point said they could only receive parcels and not send parcels on my behalf. This was not clear in the DPD store locator website. Ultimately had to go to a bigger DPD pickup point 2 miles away. - Follow up with DPD was slow - Parcel Monkey could not contact DPD directly to ensure safe delivery of my item. It could only give me a response once the parcel was delivered. There is no communication between Parcel Monkey and its delivery companies Overall, the service was inadequate, frustrating and incompetent. I will not use parcel monkey again and I would tell my friends & family not to do so either. -
