It seemed easier for me to take my parcel to the post office rather than waiting in for it to be collected. However, when I took my parcel to the chosen post office the employees there did not know I could drop off the parcel there and would no take it as it could not be registered in their system. After several phone calls (unfortunately the employee at the PO could not find a telephone number for parcelmonkey) I was then asked to take the parcel to the local sorting office. As the packet was only sent off yesterday I am currently unable to comment on the delivery of the parcel at its destination.

Lots of choice of provider and method, quick to respond to issues. I made a mistake on the postcode for a collection, customer service changed it immediately and without question when I emailed them. Ill be using them again for sure.

Very happy with price , service, cost of insurance is resonable, so far i have sent over 30 parcels and not had any issues, i will continue using these guys

I am not going to use parcel monkey ever again, they over-charged me when delivering at the destination, nothing that was agreed upon or mentioned before I placed order.

I booked 3-4 days service from Essex to Ireland via Parcel monkey with DPD. I have been instructed to drop off my parcel at one of their locations. I dropped my parcel on 9th of October. My parcel has been scanned and I have been given a card with how to track the item. On 14th October, I contacted DPD to chase it, but I was told to contact Parcel monkey. I spoke to Parcel Monkey staff to locate my parcel, but they could not and asked me to wait. Next day, on 15th October, I went to the drop off point and saw my parcel was still there... Finally my parcel has been delivered on 17th October and I have been given promise of a refund. I will definitely not use their service again. Sorry.

Ive only used Parcel Monkey a few times so far. Ive been very impressed with the easy to use booking system, the pricing is great and even more importantlynda my parcels have arrived on time.

The process was simple. The pick up was fast. However it was suppose to arrive a couple days ago, the same day they sent me this link to review their service. I find it very unsettling its still not arrived.

Pathetic, I am being asked to review the service and the parcel; booked in for collection 6 days ago has still not even been collected. There is no way to contact you, I have a very angry customer who thinks her delivery is on its way and I am furious.

Easy to find an inexpensive courier to France from the UK. Really straightforward transaction and parcel labels instantly available. I will definitely go straight to Parcel Monkey next time I need a package delivered overseas.

I was completely surprised at the cost I achieved and the punctuality of the service. I know a lot of this has to do with the carrier but the ease of PM made it all possible

!st pickup was not made and I chose this company for promise of next day pickup. This was a Thursday booking for a Friday pickup as I would be away from the Sunday. Parcel not picked up and you cannot phone them Email only so contacted them about non pickup and they said sorry but nothing they can do as they do not pickup Saturdays. They then rebooked for Monday so I had to get them to pickup next door. No show on Monday and they rebooked another consignment number number that I did not order and the parcel was apparently logged in Portsmouth which was absurd as it was still uncollected. Bearing in mind I was in Turkey and had to sort this out on vacation. Was eventually picked up Tuesday which thank god was signed for collection but believe it or not another driver turned up on Wednesday to pick the parcel up, I was now getting somewhat peeved cos sorry does not cover this anymore and I am still waiting for an apology, so be very aware and I will not be using them again.

This was looking like being a complete nightmare. A friend recommended Parcel Monkey, after a little snigger, I called.
The staff could not have been more helpful, and the prices incredibly cheap.
Superb service and delivered the next day.
If only everything is life could be so simple.

the booking and pick up arrnagement was good, the pro forma invoice systems them have though is poorly explained and also accessed illogically, which made it very confusing as to what to do, especially to correct it. Also no indication of number of copies to send. Worse was though that there was no need for proformas - the system should give you a printable CN22 form if sending gifts or samples abroad, but it does not exist in their system, so you have no choice. Now my parcel is stuck in Autralian customs, with no immediate prospect of being delivered. A CN22 would have allowed it to go straight through

Having sent many parcels to Dubai, some with ParcelMonkey, I am used to attaching the required customs documents. On this occasion the documents had to be attached to the side of the box due so as not obscure the address label. They claimed no documents were attached and will not send it on from Southampton. To add insult to injury they want to charge me ANOTHER £16 to return the item from Southampton to Cardiff. So Cardiff-Dubai = £18 Southampton-Cardiff £16. If I went on their website I could get that parcel delivered back to myself for £6.79. CROOKS!!! DAYLIGHT ROBBERY! Don not use them!!! EVER!

9 boxes personal effects. Labelled via web print. Collected on Tuesday morning 11:00 and in the Netherlands delivered on Thursday morning 09:00. Standard deal, (not an express deal) incredible value for money. OK restricted so a bit of risk without insurance but with a system that ticks like a clock is there really any risk.? Tracking, its a joy to watch your items moving over the map. Well done at only about a sixth of the cost of a moving company.

We paid for an overnight delivery of a parcel to be collected from us on Thursday. I waited in the entire day. Nobody turned up! No contact from the company at all. The next day again they didnt turn up so we actually tried taking the parcel ourselves to the designated company (DX) but they couldnt accept the parcel as Parcel Monkey never issued a label for the parcel. We emailed Parcel Monkey a few times and finally on Friday night they apologised for not processing our parcel and promised they would pick up on Monday (four days late!). So here I sit for yet another day waiting and waiting. I made a wager with my husband they wont turn up. It may cost more but please book directly through the delivery company and avoid these third party services. This is not the first time Ive been let down by third party delivery companies. I finally learned my lesson. If they dont turn up today I will bite the bullet and pay premium Royal Mail fees just to get this parcel out of the house. The recipient has been more than patient!

I have used Parcel Monkey quite a few times, the last four times were all with different courier services (DX, Yodel, myHermes and Parcel Force) Three of them never turned up. Parcel force did not show up for three days, I asked Parcel Monkey to cancel the collection and took my parcel to the post office, they failed to cancel it so Parcel Force turned up on the fifth day with nothing to collect and showed me on the machine they had only been given this one collection date for our address which shows Parcel Monkey were failing to book collections, the customer support lied about contacting Parcel Force and just sent copy and pasted replies. Still no refund a week later. The only time i will ever use them is with a service I can drop off my self. There are some far better sites for booking collections which never let me down.

You get the best postage price for the item you are sending, there is a step by step guide to get you through the process and an easy to print label at the end, it only takes a few minutes and you get a choice to take your parcel to a drop off or have it picked up from your door and a tracking number to follow its progress. What could be easier?
