Excellent next day pick up as promised. Booking process is easy and also very good competitive prices. Also the parcel was delivered within the promised window of 4 days. Very good service. Will definitely use them again

I have sent around 6 parcels over the last week or so with Parcel Monkey. The process is straightforward. My only bugbear is with DPD the fields for the recipients address are too small and you can often not fit enough characters in so the address makes sense. Other than that the website is easy to use. Choice of services are limited, but otherwise great.

I ended up out of pocket thanks to this company as they never did what I paid them to do. I thought being a courier comparison site they would find me the cheapest courier for what I needed and then go from there. Instead they took my money but failed to notify the courier that they had taken my job on the couriers behalf. They never paid the courier so therefore my NEXT DAY DELIVERY PARCEL was 3 days later still sitting where I dropped it off now no good to anyone!!!!! Refused to refund me for the contents of the box. These were personalised items for a birthday party which after the date were no good. Totally shocking and would not recommend to anyone. STAY CLEAR!!!!

I used parcel Monkey but so far but out of 6 orders 2 have never arrived. 1 order was shipped on the 13th July and its now the 29th September and our customer has not had delivery and we have not had return of the item . Whenever we ask the customer care they reply with "Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do to speed up the return of this item.As soon as it it received and processed, our Returns Manager will be in contact." Surely nearly 3 Months on this isnt a good enough comment and we wont be using them again as we now have had ti resend the order which was over £100 Use another service who actually can resolve a issue! We will update this review later.

Made a booking, carrier was DPD. It took ages for the system to generate a lable, very poor feedback on the website. Took the parcle to my local halfords for pickup. After two days it was still there, no info on Parcel Monkey or DPD website as to the status. When the final delivery was made, Im unable to view the proof of delivery because Im not signed up to the DPD website, and cannot retrospectivly sign up to view the delivery information which is not available of the Parcel Monkey site....

Chose the 1-2 day service as my client needed the item quickly. Said on the site that it wouldnt be picked up from myself and to look for the nearest DPD drop off location. Took it to one and waited 2 days before realising it hadnt got collected. By this time it would have been too late for the client to receive the item in time so asked if I can get my parcel back. To no avail the parcel got sent anyway (very late) and have got no response back. Very poor service and response. I will not be using yourselfs in the future.

This was the first time that I had even heard of Parcel Monkey, I found the site easy and clear to use, all went without problems, my parcel was collected and delivered for half the price I was expecting to pay. I will be using this service again.

Very poor service: offered a 2 day service to Ireland, which I bought. The label never arrived and I spent a lot of time trying to get answers from Customer Service as to where it was and whether I could still get my parcel to Ireland in time. They quoted an "IT error" and kept me waiting for over 2.5 hours before saying they would cancel it - much too late for me to make arrangements with another courier. They said the refund would take 5 days, but they did manage to do that within a couple of days after my complaint. I re-booked the following day with UPS and they delivered the parcel quickly with no messing about.

Using Parcel Monkey was easy and quick. Unfortunately Parcel Force were not so good. The first attempt at collection, I agreed the date and time (no later than 4.0pm) failed; collection was attempted at 6.01pm! The second attempt agreed for the next day, I also called to confirm the details, failed; no collection was attempted inspite of me being told it would be between 4.30 and 6.0pm. I have now lost the e-bay item and the seller is relisting due to the poor collection/delivery service

The pricing was a lot less than going directly to Parcelforce. As part of the booking process I had to give contact telephone numbers for sender and recipient and delivery instructions. The parcel wasnt collected on the day booked. It transpired the driver had gone to the wrong house, found no-one home and left. Given they had email and telephone details for me I would have hoped they might have communicated with me (as DPD does automatically - confirming details of collection/delivery including giving you an hour slot etc). Perhaps Parcel Monkey should take collection instructions? I emailed Parcelforce and got a response three days later that discussed a delivery issue not the collection issue. The recipient has missed delivery twice now. I wonder if the courier is following the delivery instructions to buzz neighbours in the block if the recipient isnt in? Lastly 30 characters for delivery instructions is ridiculously little to say anything helpful.

I thought this would be a good company to use given their reviews, but after parcel delivered they have an additional charge. It is based on what they feel the parcel should weigh rather than what it actually weighs. They base this on the volume declared. So if sending something lightweight they penalise you! How you are meant to work out the volume weight is beyond me, perhaps their site should state this to you. Best thing is they wait until parcel delivered to add the charge, seems very dishonest

I have used parcel monkey as suggested by a friend as ukmail and ipost parcels lost my item and damaged it bad yet they stated as I had no photos of packaging that they damaged I cannot get refunded so I lost £230 so now I use parcel monkey as they deliver on time without any hitches. I will continue to use them in future and always tell my friends and family to use them. Thankyou parcel monkey at least one company gets it right!

I have used parcel monkey several times in the past and I am always very happy with the cost and level of service. However, it has been some months since I last made a booking and Im not sure if I made a mistake on the site, but somehow I booked a drop off and not a collection service. It was frustrating as I waited in all day for nothing. I contacted customer service that evening and they confirmed that I had booked a drop off service. I dropped off my parcel the next day, and no problems whatsoever, my parcel was collected later that day and delivered the following morning. I will continue to use parcel monkey as the prices are so competitive, but I think it must have been my error and possibly the website looked a bit different from the last time I used it and I may have gone through the steps too quickly. I wont know for sure until I make my next booking.

Arranged a next day delivery and the parcel has not even been collected 10 days later, just received an email from the person who has got the parcel asking when its going to be collected. I really would like to have a refund for this and of course im not going to use this service of parcel monkey anymore

Was feeling that Parcel monkey was a contender.. Started off with a price from them and then did some research and found 30% less parcel posting.. Sorry Parcel monkey.. found a cheaper way to send!

Great website. Gives you a choice of carriers with various price bands and postage options. I booked a DPD service as it was really easy to use drop my parcel in at Halfords. Fully insured for a tenner less than the Post Office!
