Very rarely collect on time. Very difficult to get a resolution when an issue. Not easy to get refunded for missed shipments

Our parcel is languishing at an unspecified location "poorly packaged" (which it wasnt) and there is no phone number to call to sort things out ! The collecting driver was happy with the package so the company should stand by this.

Parcel Monkey is extremely easy to use and it is the first time I have tried them. DHL alone to setup direct is not easy so I chose Parcel Monkey as a third party to do it for me and they delivered on time, in tact, and hassle free. I can highly recommend them and DHL of course. It is a thumbs up for me👠10/10

Parcel Monkey were efficient, and very easy to use. My parcel was picked up from my home exactly as booked. Would definitely recommend this service.

I found the process of setting up the delivery very straightforward and easy to use. Collection was slightly delayed due to fog but all worked fine. However, the service I selected guaranteed delivery in 3-4 days. After 4 days the tracking information said that my parcel had been delivered and signed for however I had not l received it. I contacted parcel monkey to query who had signed for it and was told it was actually still with customs and that I should follow up with them myself. This has not been easy as I do not speak the language and it looks like my item will not be delivered for another 3-4 days (so approx 10-11 days in total) by which point I plan to no longer be in the country. Apparently a copy of my passport was needed and this was not mentioned by parcel monkey. Because of the delay in delivery I have now had to change my plans at my own personal cost and am still very uncertain that I will receive the package. This is unacceptable and I would have hoped to have received more support and an apology for failing to fulfill the service offered by parcel monkey. I certainly wouldnt recommend using parcel monkey to my friends or family based in this experience.

I got sent the wrong label and the courier took the parcel then delivered it back to my old address and iv only just got it back.my customer is not happy and I cant find any support to resend Not happy

Really impressed with the website, so easy to use and helped me get a parcel delivered for the wife in a tight time frame. Good selection of carriers and made it really simple to see what the options were and the differences between the carriers. Will definitely use again

Two big parcels sent from Edinburgh to London recently - both delivered fine and on time.....Only issue is the Parcel Monkey website which is very "sticky" and has several glitches in it...get that sorted and itll be 5 stars next time!
