Cheap, reliable and quick. Parcel Monkey tracked the package and kept me informed of the time it was picked up and when it was signed for at the other end. Excellent and so much cheaper than other services.

Parcel was collected the next day by ParcelForce. Would have been nice to have a smaller collection time window, at least am/pm, but Im happy with the service overall.

DPD Didnt pick parcel up for 4 days! parcel monkey took no responsibility. had to eventually pick my parcel up from DPD pickup spot and went with another service.

At the moment, the service is lousy, I cant track my parcel, there is no contact number, will not use them again. It costs a lot of money for a lot of hassle, could have taken it to the post office for £1 more fully insured and not have to worry where the parcel is. Cant speak with DPD as they say the Monkey has to sort it, what a fiasco.

I had a lot of hassle getting my parcel delivered because it was not clear that I had chosen a pickup service when I thought it was going to be delivered to the actual address. I do not know whether this was because I misread or whether it was a DPD or Parcel Monkey problem, only that I am not a satisfied customer. By the time I was notified that the parcel was not delivered it was on its way back to me and I had to upgrade to get it delivered to where I wanted in the first place, 2 weeks later!

I am absolutely delighted with the service I received. My heavy large parcel was collected from my home and delivered in excellent time to my friend in Belgium. The price was amazingly low too. Thank you for your service

I cant rate this service high enough.
It is so easy to process and the efficiency was perfect. I sent a 20kg package to Cornwall from Watford which was quite big. I paid just over £10 +vat for 24hr tracked. I booked it Thursday AM, it was picked up from my house by 3PM and arrived at its destination about 10AM the next morning. The service is so convenient as you dont even have to take it anywhere to be sent. Six stars!!

My parcel arrived really quickly in France, but we are a bit off the beaten track so deliverers often phone to ask how to get to us. They couldnt do this however, because the phone number wasnt passed on with the address. The parcel was returned to the depot until I finally managed to contact the France office (that wasnt easy as the number on the site is not the person I needed to speak to) and gave my phone number. I got the parcel three days later than I should have, due to this omission.

We experienced no problems what so ever with this courier and would happily use again for our bigger items that we occasionally need to send. I would definitely recommend.

Took my suitcase to reading parcel force. They printed label and stuck on item..that was Thursday its a week later nd my case is where?... nobody seems to know... I paid for a 48 hr delivery and yes we had a bank holiday but still....

I bought a new service where you drop off at a local store. On my order it said it was being picked up from my house, which was tricky as I was going to out and had planned to drop it off. I spent an hour trying to find a telephone number to contact parcel monkey and all I could find was forums complaining at the lack of one! DPD could find my order as it was with Parcel Monkey. I eventually found a number to contact Parcel monkey indirectly and he was brilliant (the only good news). I was told I should use the online chat support. However, this only seemed to be available for making a new order not paid for ones. Messages in the help centre werent answered.
