Collected from home on the day I picked and arrived in Australia 6 days later, previous parcels have taken over 2 weeks! Very impressed will recommend and will definitely use again

Sent a Christmas parcel to my daughter in Galicia (Spain) by Royal Mail ) last year it took 19 days to get there (snail mail).
Sent one this year by Parcel Monkey - 8 days, which was only 6 working days.
A 5 star service at a reasonable price.

Sent quite a large parcel to the USA via Parcel Monkey. Cheaper than gong directly with Parcel Force. The option to complete & print the customs form online made the process much quicker and more straightforward. Collection and delivery were as promised. I will definitely use the service again.

They have been fine in the past. The booking process is straightforward. This is the first time Ive run into trouble but they have not been active in communicating or helping me gain any transparency on where my parcel could be.

I sent parcel to India worth £95 iPhone on Friday VIA DPD £18.99 1 kilo. They sent it over the weekend. Now in India they open parcels and value it. Even if your parcel says as a gift; customs charged them custom tax which cost them around £23 (not happy) Gift upto £100 should not have any custom tax. Aramex India shipper charged them £23 which was absolutely disgusting.
They did not come back to us and they were con. If you want to send electronics item to India please sell it here on ebay and send them cash via Paypal or bank transfer which will be a lot cheaper.
Conclusion: Parcel Monkey were great giving me cheapest courier hence 5*. Others were charging like £36 even £56 Indian tragedy was not fault of Parcelmonkey or DPD

You did good but in hindsight, due to a flat rate, it was 60% cheaper to send small parcels with Royal Mail. Good for bigger parcels. Will use again.

My parcel should be despatched in 3 to 4 days now it is day 9 and still waiting on delivery. This is what I have found on there web page: We would like to point out that Parcel Monkey is not a courier company, and we are not in control of the couriers actions, only the placing of orders. That said please note that if there is ever an issue we are here to support you all the way.

3 star because on live chat someone apologised - would have been less. Collection booked on Sunday 30th Nov - Parcel Monkey had it all over its website that if I booked in the next 11 hours collection would be for Monday. I booked, paid, printed off a customs doc. Waited in on Monday, and then Tuesday. Called my usual Parcelforce couriers on Tues evening to collect the parcel and get a label at the depot for the consignment. Parcel was taken but returned on Thurs by Parcelforce because no job had been booked by Parcelmonkey. I double checked everything - yes paid. I log in to my Parcelmonkey account to double check there is a record of the job - yes but oh error contact us. Live chat reveals that the parcel had missed the deadline for that days collections. What??? Apparently I should have checked my parcelmonkey account, like one checks an email account - every day just in case there is a message. NO! Why doesnt Parcelmonkey send me a quick email to alert me of a problem that THEY have created? They email me a job booking and a customs doc. Could they not email me a refund of payment since they were not going to book the job? That would have alerted me - lets face it Parcelmonkey should not have been keeping that payment as they were not going to be making the collection. There were 11 hours left to book for a Monday collection according to the website... Why doesnt Parcelmonkey just book the job so that at least a courier comes, albeit a bit late that would have been better than nothing at all. Not happy. It is rebooked 5 days late for transit to Switzerland - Ive had to apologise to a customer, spend time on the phone and live chat sorting it out - write this review so that Parcelmonkey improves the service/for the benefit of other customers - and the parcel is still by my feet as I write.

From uk to Spain, two days quicker than expected. Email day before delivery and you can change day of delivery if required. Great service at a great price, thank you.

Package was supposed to be delivered in 3-4 days with DPD Pickup, its already been a week and no sign of package (phoned the recipient to check). Tracking now has been updated to state delivery delayed because issues with the address (!): its the same address Ive already used dozens of times, absolutely correct and clearly stated on the parcel. Tracking info (quite detailed) doesnt even show the destination city, the last location (and closest to destination) was about 200 km away. Support not easy to get in touch with, and dont have a clue anyway. Much disappointed with the service, not using again.

I send a parcel to India as a gift, through parcel monkey , which was to reach in 8 to 10 days, but it reach after 25 days, after that the agent in India ask for more money from reciepent saying as a custom duty , as for me there where no dutyable items, if so then the parcel should have not been accepted, all the items were mention in the invoice, but we still aggree to pay custom duty,sometime later they ask us to pay broker fees, when ask to parcel monkey why that, they said it was goverment fees as ask to my reciepent in India ,that the agent in india are asking more money there are no such fees by Goverment complain to parcel monkey, they say you have to pay that fees,i think that is not right, I payed parcel monkey to deliver my parcel , why i have to pay broker fees to release the parcel, if so they should have mention it before complain to them many times ,but they say that i have to pay or the parcel will be dispose off I think this is just money making buisness and cheating peopple

Great service and always appears to be cheaper than the other parcel delivery comparison sites if your sending stuff abroad its a no brainer Royal mail wanted over £300 to send my parcel £only 80 with Parcel Monkey and a faster delivery service at that.
